I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place really had it coming. This is extremely far from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located next to a busy 9-lane road, which is extremely noisy throughout the day and night. The constant traffic noise seriously disrupted my rest and sleep. The hotel towels were old, worn and frayed. On the second day, there was a blackout affecting the entire hotel. I had just arrived on my motorcycle and was still wearing my helmet when a staff member asked me to prove that I was a hotel resident. She then told me to take the stairs as the lifts were not working (fair enough given the situation) I then asked if I could still access my room, and she confirmed that I could. However, when I reached my room on the 5th floor, my key card did not work and the door beeped red, (there were 3 other residents that were locked out too) I had to walk all the way back downstairs, only to be told that I had to wait longer. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, the experience was extremely disappointing. Don’t bother staying at this so-called 4-star hotel.

This “free parking” advertised on the booking sites is very misleading. The parking space under the hotel can accommodate 10 cars max. If you come after this, you will be directed to a dark alley (very dark at night) and park there. No surveillance whatsoever. Who’s gonna make sure no one does things to my car at night? Very disappointing. Additionally, the staff is not very helpful. They are rude and don’t have service mind at all. The room is also not that great. Bathroom drain doesn’t really work so whenever there’s a bit of water, the floor gets filled up with water and the water overflows everywhere. It’s impossible to have a dry floor here.
I try my best not to post bad reviews online but service at the hotel reception was utterly unacceptable. 1. On arrival, it was raining and we requested for the senior hotel staff (male staff) to give us a ride on the golf cart to MRT Lad Phrao (about 100m away). He rejected and said "it's raining, we can't use the golf cart". Isn't it precisely the fact that it's raining that's why we wanted a ride on the golf cart because if the weather was good we could have just walked. However, when we asked a different staff, he kindly agreed to our request. 2. Breakfast saga - the following morning, we were informed that we had no breakfast even though we booked breakfast through agoda. Restaurant waitress advised us to go to the reception to resolve the issue which we did. We showed the email confirmation from agoda to the same senior male staff that attended to us yesterday. He saw that I had the booking confirmation pdf opened on my phone and he requested for the agoda breakfast voucher? I replied that's not a voucher and his response was "I've worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, how can I not know what's a voucher"? Goodness, I was flabbergasted! Is that the way to speak to a hotel customer? I'm not a hotel employee. Just fyi, a booking confirmation is not a voucher - I wonder if that's the standard of English of the hotel staff after 20 years in the industry?? Never mind, the staff was dissecting every inch of the pdf fine print and it seemed like the staff was trying to find some fault so that they don't have to honour the breakfast. The black and white clearly stayed "included:breakfast" and he finally said he can't make a decision and have to call his boss and asked us to continue waiting. Breakfast was honoured in the end. He apologised but tried to put the blame on the new staff that checked us in yesterday. Reception staff desperately needs hospitality training. Rude and quite unprofessional.
Pretty good! Downside is the desk is way too small. You can hear your neighbour when they use it, e.g. dropping things, super annoying. They can fix this with a desk that’s not attached to the shared wall. Neighbour’s TV woke me up at 6AM. Hotel should let a limit on the TV volume. Also there’s a pretty loud bang when the front doors close, so you’ll have to get used to hearing that. Would be nice if the hotel added some cushioning to muffle the sound. Otherwise, pretty good rooms. Reasonable walk to shops. Only one lift which is a bit annoying. Also one laundry and drying machine.
I recently stayed here during a solo work trip and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-suited for solo travellers or couples. However, if you're travelling with children or as a larger family, the room size may feel a little less convenient. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman during my morning check-in, though unfortunately I can't recall his name. During the night shift, Tawan Chay was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond by driving me to the nearest 7-Eleven with the hotel buggy at around 3 AM. That level of service is something I truly appreciated. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. The room was serviced daily, and they were very thorough and detail-oriented. The reception staff during both check-in and check-out were friendly, professional, and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of choices ranging from English breakfast options to authentic Thai dishes. There was enough selection to keep things interesting throughout my stay. The only small thing I felt was missing was a luggage weighing scale for guests, but honestly, that's a minor point and didn't affect my stay much. As for the location, it's not particularly close to the city centre, so if you're planning to spend most of your time enjoying the city nightlife or attractions, expect a drive of around 30–40 minutes. There are also no convenience stores, food stalls, or shops within walking distance, as the hotel is located along a roadside area. My recommendation is to pick up any snacks, drinks, or essentials from 7-Eleven before returning to your room. If you need anything, you'll generally need to arrange transportation or a ride. That said, for my work trip, which was mostly around the outskirts, the location was actually ideal a good balance between the city and my work destinations. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The excellent service, clean rooms, attentive housekeeping, and friendly staff made the stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality
