You have everything in one place! This was the perfect hotel for our group needs. Close to the Sirikit Convention Center, and with a complete package of services, this Marriott was at the level of a truly 5 stars hotel. The rooftop was amazing, cleaning services, breakfast areas, the complimentary M Club, gym, spa, wet area, all in just one place. I really enjoyed my stay here and hoping to go back.

The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Check-in was smooth and everyone we dealt with made the stay easy. The location is outstanding. Right on Soi 22, close to BTS, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Very convenient for getting around Bangkok. The restaurant downstairs served good traditional Thai food. Flavorful, well prepared, and convenient after a long day. No need to go far for a proper Thai meal. Would happily return.
Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park has some strong points, particularly its dining options and facilities, but my stay was affected by several service, maintenance, and safety issues that I would not expect from a Marriott property of this level. The first impression at the drop-off area was disappointing. The entrance was congested and poorly managed, and there was no bell staff available to assist with luggage. I had to handle my own bags while trying to find a staff member for assistance. The most concerning issues were in the locker and wellness area. Guests were using mobile phones around the jacuzzi and even playing music from a phone inside the sauna, with no staff present to monitor or address the situation. This raises privacy concerns in an area where guests are changing and using wet facilities. There was also a strong chemical odor throughout the locker room, intense enough to cause nasal irritation and dizziness. The jacuzzi did not feel properly maintained, with noticeable gritty debris or sediment at the bottom. Several areas of the floor were covered with standing water, creating a slipping hazard, with no visible staff regularly drying the area. Maintenance also needs attention. One shower head appeared partially blocked, spraying water unevenly, while the temperature control fluctuated unpredictably between extremely hot and cold water. The guest room itself was clean and well maintained despite the building showing its age, and the Thai-inspired décor gives the property some character. However, the in-room coffee setup was rather basic. There was no capsule coffee machine such as Nespresso or Nescafé Dolce Gusto; only instant coffee was provided. For a hotel at this level, I would have expected a proper coffee machine as part of the in-room amenities. Breakfast at Goji Kitchen + Bar was another mixed experience. The food itself was very good, with an impressive variety and generally good quality. However, the overall service flow needs improvement. Wayfinding to the restaurant was unclear, and there was no obvious host managing arrivals, checking guests, or assigning tables when I arrived. Table management was also confusing, with no clear system indicating whether a table was occupied or available. This makes it unnecessarily stressful to leave the table to get food during a buffet. Staff appeared overwhelmed and highly task-focused, with limited interaction or acknowledgment of guests. The coffee station was also a significant bottleneck, with an unusually long queue. On the positive side, the fitness center on the 9th floor is well equipped, with a good range of equipment for a proper workout. The hotel also provides a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Overall, the property has good fundamentals, particularly its food and fitness facilities, but the operational details need considerably more attention. Better supervision of the wellness area, preventive maintenance, safety checks, improved breakfast guest-flow management, and upgraded in-room amenities would make a substantial difference.
The hotel is large and impressive, but what stood out for me was the range of facilities and the overall comfort. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The M Club Lounge for eligible Marriott Bonvoy members was a big plus; a comfortable space to relax, have refreshments and enjoy the city view away from the busier areas of the hotel. The facilities are excellent. There’s a 24/7 gym, which is especially convenient if you like to work out early in the morning or late at night. They also have a swimming pool and even a squash court, so there are plenty of options for staying active during the trip. The lobby is beautiful and grand, and the overall service felt professional and well organised. Location is also convenient for exploring Bangkok while still having everything you need inside the hotel. A very solid Marriott property, particularly for Bonvoy members who can make use of the lounge benefits. Would definitely stay here again.
I booked two rooms for my family at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park from December 13–17, and we had a great stay. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained, and check-in was quick and smooth thanks to Peach. The lobby is absolutely stunning. By far one of the most elegant hotel lobbies I’ve seen. The location is extremely convenient, with a Lawson and 7-Eleven just a minute or two away across the street, several street food vendors nearby, and EmSphere Mall only about a seven-minute walk. Goji Kitchen + Bar was a great dining experience and definitely worth trying at least once. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly. The only minor downside was checkout at the Goji Kitchen + Bar, which took about 30 minutes, possibly due to a high number of guests dining, but it didn’t take away much from the overall experience. The rooftop bar was another highlight. It was a relaxed vibe, strong drinks (not watered down), reasonable prices, and an amazing view. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely return and book this hotel again.
