Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel

Great hotel, clean and comfortable and great service! I stayed at the Avani Sukhumvit in early July 2026 during a family vacation around Thailand. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy transit to both the airport and central Bangkok. Because it is directly connected to the BTS Skytrain network, getting around the city is incredibly convenient. The property is also connected to a Coffee Club and a local shopping mall filled with dining and clothing options. Our king rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for luggage. The excellent soundproofing meant we heard virtually no noise at night, which was a huge plus for the light sleeper in our group. We booked a package that included daily breakfast. While the breakfast was decent, it felt a bit repetitive day to day. A few of the steamed items could have been cooked a little longer before serving, making the buffet feel standard overall. In addition, I asked the hotel to help celebrate a family member's birthday. They beautifully decorated the bedroom, and several staff members came in to sing "Happy Birthday" complete with balloons and a cake. This wonderful gesture was deeply appreciated, especially since they provided it completely free of charge. Exceptional hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok, and this experience showed me how much the hotel truly values its guests. During my stay, there was a small housekeeping oversight—after my room was cleaned, the towels were not replenished. I had just returned from exercising, was sweaty, and the room was quite cool with the air conditioning on. Without any towels, I couldn’t even take a shower right away. I contacted the front desk, and they responded immediately by delivering fresh towels to my room. What impressed me even more was what happened the next day. The Executive Housekeeper personally sent me a handwritten apology card along with two adorable towel animals. They sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, thanked me for my understanding, and expressed their appreciation for my feedback. I believe that any hotel can occasionally make a mistake. What truly matters is how they respond. Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok handled the situation professionally, took my concerns seriously, and resolved the issue promptly with genuine care and sincerity. That level of customer service made a lasting impression on me. Because of the way they handled this situation, I will definitely choose Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok again whenever I visit Bangkok in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about its guests.

I see why people rate this hotel so highly. Probably the best value for money in Bangkok. Rooms are lovely and immaculate. The pool is truly a rooftop pool that gets sun all day. It's attached to the BTS. And the Avani spa onsite is incredible. The Avani Spa onsite is truly incredible. The staff are kind and welcoming and the prices are reasonable for a 5 star hotel. I booked a 2 hour treatment with 75 mins massage, then scalp treatment then facial with Khun Soda, therapist. I've had hundreds of massages in my life but hands down this was one of the best. She is so professional and knows exactly which pressure points and muscles are causing you issues without having to tell her. I feel like a new man! 100% recommend! You won't regret it!
