Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel! 🏨 The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable after a long day exploring Bangkok. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the seafood buffet at One Ratchada was definitely a highlight. 🦐 The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Metro Lounge was a nice place to relax. Great location, great food, and an easy hotel to recommend — I’d happily stay here again! 😊

We stayed here in January and February 2026 and really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a gym, swimming pool, and hot spring, which was especially relaxing after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with a very good variety of food. As we both prefer gluten-free options, we asked whether gluten-free bread was available, and the staff were happy to provide it upon request. We also really liked the thoughtful postcard service in the lobby. There was a small area with free postcards that guests could take and write. You could simply leave the completed postcard with the reception, and the hotel would mail it to your address free of charge. It was such a nice and memorable touch. The location was very convenient as well. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall next door, and there is another large mall just across the street, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Just one stop away, you can also reach a night market and a Big C supermarket. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and especially appreciated the spacious room, relaxing facilities, excellent breakfast, and convenient location.

We had a pleasant stay at Avani. The location is excellent, with the MRT station just downstairs and a shopping mall directly opposite, making it very convenient to get around. Do note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the construction noise can be quite noticeable during the day. As a Titanium Elite member, we were upgraded to a suite on the club floor, which we appreciated. However, it would have been even better if complimentary lounge access had been included with the upgrade. In this regard, I feel the Hilton Honors programme offers better elite upgrade benefits. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The toiletries in the bathroom are provided in refillable dispensers that are neither sealed nor locked, which left us with some concerns about hygiene and possible contamination. We were also surprised to learn that the laundry bag is chargeable at 100 THB, which is quite unusual for a hotel of this standard. The reception staff were excellent, professional, welcoming, and fluent in English. However, the restaurant staff were less attentive and did not come across as particularly friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay. While the location and front desk service were definite highlights, there are a few areas that could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and providing excellent service throughout my visit. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more memorable. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, with convenient access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Bangkok. Overall, Avani Ratchada Bangkok exceeded my expectations in every way. With its beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent location, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Bangkok. I will definitely be returning in the future.
