I recently stayed for 6 nights. Overall it was a very nice stay. The staff were exceptional. Yes the place looks a bit tired, but amenities are in a good shape, specially the gym. Location is a bit too far to walk (10-15mins) to the Silom main area/ One Bangkok/ decent massage place, but I didn’t mind it.

Stayed for about 2 weeks in mid July in the deluxe room. Location - within the silom/sathorn area, less than 10 mins walk to either Central Park or One Bangkok. There is a local food place with many stalls just few meters from the hotel if you wish to try local food. Also a nice Isan restaurant Northeast which is around the corner, and a croissant take away place Captain Squid few steps from the restaurant. The hotel is more like a residence than hotel. The rooms are large with sleeping, sofa area and small kitchen. Has a large refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, plates and utensils, if you wish to cook. The hotel has quite an adequate gym and sauna facilities. Wifi is stable. My room however was on the dark side, you really need to on the lights even in the day. The hotel has seen better days, the decor is outdated but still clean and well-maintained. Staff are friendly especially the security who greets everyone that comes in and go out. Kudos to the housekeeping also for thoughtful arrangement to provide my room with a clothes rack and also extra bottles of water.
I stayed on the 6th floor for a week. The 1 bedroom suite was exceptionally spacious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and do their best to meet your preferences. The wifi is strong enough to work remotely - I did online classes for 4-6 hours per day using Teams, ClassIn and Zoom and all platforms worked seamlessly with the public wifi. It's located next Lumpini Park, which is just fantastic. There is nearby nightlife, shopping and local places for food. The food court directly next to the hotel is super good and very reasonably priced, also.
I found this place while browsing hotel prices on Google Maps for my first ever trip to Bangkok. I booked the Deluxe King Room for myself and to my surprise the room was spacious enough to fit three people comfortably: two on the bed and one on the sofa. The place is very well equipped. There's a microwave, a huge refrigerator, an induction stove, cooking utensils and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The room itself is so spacious and I got to enjoy all that space to myself! There's also a swimming pool and a gym downstairs, both of which I didn't get to try since I was busy exploring the city throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very strategic, in my opinion. Whenever I travel, I always choose accommodation near a metro or subway station because it makes getting around much easier. AT EASE Saladaeng by AETAS was the perfect option for me in that regard, as it's only an 8-10 minute walk to BTS Sala Daeng and a 5-8 minute walk to MRT Lumphini. There are also 7-Eleven stores at both ends of the street where the hotel is located so you don't have to worry about finding essential items or snacks to satisfy your late night cravings. So yeah, I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The location is perfect, Lumpini park and Metro station is in a short walk distance. Staff is very friendly and nice, especially breakfast team is superb. The head of the breakfast team at the restaurant is very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfy, though the furniture was a bit dated. But everything worked fine. Excellent value for money!
