Asia Airport Hotel offers good value for money, with spacious accommodation and convenient access to Zeer Rangsit Shopping Center, where affordable shopping options are readily available. Although the hotel and restaurant are a little dated, they still appear well maintained. The swimming pool is a nice feature for families looking to enjoy some leisure time during their stay. The hotel is located outside central Bangkok, and reaching Don Mueang Airport takes around 15 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. Overall, it is a practical option for families and travellers looking for affordable accommodation with decent facilities.

Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel.
I made a booking on their website believing I was reserving a room at Asia Bangkok Hotel, but it was instead placed at Asia Airport Hotel without any clear warning or distinction. When I reached out for support, they refused to transfer the booking—even though both hotels are under the same brand—and insisted on a strict non-refundable policy.
This feels misleading and very unfair to customers. A simple solution could have been offered, but instead, they chose to enforce penalties with zero flexibility.
Customer service was unhelpful and showed no effort to resolve the issue especially Ms. Kunrada Lohakulvanich. For a hospitality business, this level of support is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to double-check carefully before booking and honestly, consider staying elsewhere to avoid this kind of experience.

This hotel’s at least ten years old. The rooms are decent and clean but nothing special. The breakfast buffet is okay. There's a small mall attached, but it mostly just sells tech, camping gear, and random stuff. They do have a McDonald's and Starbucks, but that’s about it. The area is pretty boring—I walked around and didn’t find anything interesting. If you need to be close to the airport, it’s just a few minutes away, but if you’re on vacation, there are way better options in the same price range. I wouldn’t come back unless I had an early flight out of Mueng.
Stayed 3 times in each year, this time is the worst. When I checked in, the carpet is full of paper rubbish and dust.The room is very dark. Each time when i come back the room has cockroaches in the carpet and bathroom. The wallpaper were torn and the bathroom drainage has problem. and water is yellowish in colour. Don't know why there are so many good reviews and rates, which are so unrealistic.
