I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers a very high standard, with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and excellent facilities. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a great selection of delicious, high-quality food. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was not quite effective enough to keep the room comfortably cool. Despite this minor inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the entire team. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, especially with our children. They made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay, which made our experience even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the amazing service and kindness shown by the team. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Bangkok. We would definitely love to come back again!

The staff members were incredibly friendly, and the hotel's condition was highly satisfying. ​I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to several staff members who made our stay unforgettable: ​The gentleman at Check-in (July 6th, Mon, around 3 PM): A middle-aged male staff member handled our check-in with exceptional attention to detail. ​The gentleman at Bell Service (July 6th): Another middle-aged male staff member took care of our luggage so kindly, ensuring everything was perfectly organized and moved. ​Scarlett: Throughout our entire stay, Scarlett was amazing. She provided us with great travel tips and excellent restaurant recommendations, and she always proactively asked if we needed anything else. ​Mr. Nai (July 9th, Check-out around 12 PM): On our last day, Mr. Nai assisted with our luggage and showed wonderful kindness and thoughtfulness. ​There was also a middle-aged male staff member who consistently helped us with our luggage and provided assistance from check-in all the way to check-out. Although I unfortunately couldn't catch his name, his outstanding kindness left a deep impression on us. ​Overall, we had an absolutely satisfying and delightful experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, both the front desk and lobby staff extended warm, gracious service that remained consistently exceptional throughout our visit. As an ASR member, I was especially pleased to be offered both early check-in and late check-out, which added a great deal of comfort and flexibility to our stay. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the team — we were always greeted with genuine warmth whenever we left or returned. A special mention to the staff member who assisted with opening our car doors; his friendliness and consistency over the entire 7-day stay added a thoughtful, personal touch that truly elevated the experience. We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning, likely due to the intense Bangkok heat, as it wasn’t sufficiently cool for two days. However, the team responded promptly each time and resolved it efficiently, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Although it’s not very close to the BTS, it is centrally located in Bangkok, making it very convenient to get around, especially by Grab. We can’t wait to come back again!
