We spent 4 nights at this hotel. There was some construction going on which was fine although would have been nice to be notified of before hand. Rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable beds. Cleanliness could have been slightly better in the rooms. Also note the pool is very cold! Great location from the BTS and MTR. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

We family of three stayed 3 nights at Arte Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally good and efficient. The treatment of the hotel staffs were exquisitely friendly, attentive and always willing to help the guests. Highly recommended for affordable price, transport convenient and quality service! The location was unbeatable, nearby huge "Terminal 21" Shopping Mall, popular restaurants and public train station. Nevertheless, we went to the hotel's terrace pool for the morning swim, relaxing and chill for a hour session. A comfortable and pleasant stayed in Arte Hotel. We sincerely thank you the hotel staffs for your kindness and excellent service during our stay over the weekends!💞

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and kind. With a little encouragement they relax the rules and laugh joke and smile with you. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. The air conditioning system is extremely efficient so sleeping is easy. The dining area is stocked with many and varied foods. Most nationalities are well catered for The clientele at the Arte Hotel seem to very easy and don't over run the complex with a single non cohesive group Thank you Arte Hotel MURRAY NORTON

After visiting Hua Hin, I had to stay in Bangkok for one night due to my flight schedule. I was exhausted after a 4-hour bus ride, but I felt relieved as soon as I arrived at the accommodation. The staff welcomed me warmly and kindly upgraded my room to one with a balcony. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with strong, refreshing air conditioning. On the 9th floor, there was a rooftop swimming pool, and a small gym on B1, which made the stay even more relaxing. I was able to rest properly and recover from my long journey. I would definitely love to stay here again, as I was extremely satisfied with the experience 😁
