Arnoma Grand Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at Arnoma Grand Bangkok from 9 to 12 October, and our experience exceeded expectations! ❤️ What made our stay truly unforgettable was the thoughtful birthday surprise arranged by the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team and the Duty Manager for the lovely birthday cake and birthday card. This unexpected gesture genuinely touched my heart and made the celebration extra special. It was a beautiful reminder that the team goes beyond simply providing a place to stay — they make guests feel valued, appreciated, and cared for. We were also impressed by the hotel’s convenient location, comfortable accommodation, and warm hospitality. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made our entire stay pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend Arnoma Grand Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok! If you are looking for a hotel with a great location, comfortable surroundings, and a team that truly understands the meaning of hospitality, this is definitely a place to consider. The personal touches, such as the birthday cake and card, made all the difference and turned a lovely stay into a memorable experience. Indeed a good location but the rest was. I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and it was very unsatisfactory. The room was not the best. The moment I entered the phone was making such a screeching noise and it was really irritating. At night some weird sounds made it difficult to sleep. Moreover the service was not very welcoming. My mother was denied a cup of cappuccino which was not what we expected from a hotel with such a good location. While checking out, the receptionist told me to contact room service to take my baggage out and guess what the phone was not working.my mother and I had to carry 3 heavy bags down. Some staff saw us struggling but they were just standing and smiling instead of actually helping. Genuinely such a disappointing experience

Our 3rd trip to Arnoma Grand. Location and Staff that keeps this hotel occupancy striving. Front office staff Zoe is outstanding, friendly & helpful. Always smiling & forthcoming. She even organised a cake and some decorations in the room for my 60th Birthday. Even a senior concierge staff(don’t know his name), always smiley & friendly. He even remembers me that we stayed there for a couple of time. The room really needs to do a make over to stay competitive compared to Moxy. Very woody smell whenever we are in the room.

Honestly, this is a good location and convenient place to go anywhere in a city area. Been a regular customer since when I was a kid until adults, roughly 20 over years. There was an executive lounge previously, which we always stayed, but for some reason, they don't provide this services already. Every since we frequently stayed in here, I notice the room conditions cannot make it, very old, wall paper torn, cannot maintain it's looks. Bath tube was dirty, shower head mouldy. Before our stay, we communicated with this reservation manager, supposedly to request for one of the room to be twin bed but was given king bed. Told them our connecting room to have 3 towel each. But didn't. There is also a communication breakdown within the internal staff from fronts office and the housekeeping department. Stayed for 7 nights, and for first 3 nights, after make up room is done, I have to first check the towels because I have 2 children to shower. Then I have to make a hassle to call them 3 times via front office. We know one of the staff from the executive lounge which she is now at front office and is very friendly to us, seeing me grew up. Other than that, front office and concierge are friendly and welcoming on our first day.
