THE BEST HOTEL IN PRATUNAM, BANGKOK! 🇹🇭 Honestly, this place has become more than just a hotel for me. Every time I’m in Bangkok, especially when I’m here for work and pasabuy, having a comfortable and welcoming place to come home to makes such a big difference. The location is perfect for everything I need — shopping, sourcing, and getting around Pratunam. After long and tiring days, it feels so good to come back to a place where you can genuinely feel comfortable and taken care of. 🥹🤍 And I really want to give a special thank you to Sir James for always being so accommodating, kind, and helpful. Your warm hospitality and willingness to assist, even with the little things, truly make our stays extra special. It’s people like you who make guests feel more like family than customers. 🫶🏻 Thank you for always making us feel welcome. I truly appreciate you and all the effort you put into making our stay comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Pratunam, and somewhere I’ll always be happy to come back to whenever I’m in Bangkok. 🇹🇭🤍✨

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel had no running water due to maintenance from around 3:00 PM until at least 10:00 PM, and there was no proper solution provided. We came back after a full day of sightseeing, exhausted, only to find that we couldn’t even take a shower or use the bathroom properly. While we understand that maintenance issues can happen, guests should be informed in advance or offered a reasonable alternative, such as another room or accommodation. Leaving guests without water for over seven hours is simply unacceptable. This seriously affected our stay and ruined what should have been a relaxing evening. I hope the management will improve how they handle situations like this in the future.

There’s no place like Arck whenever I come to Thailand. It has become my go-to hotel because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to commend Sir James for always assisting us from check-in until check-out. He is consistently accommodating, friendly, and makes sure everything goes smoothly throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very homey, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Every stay has been comfortable, and the excellent service keeps us coming back. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The location is superb. Everything is near, the restaurants, night market and shopping malls, they are at a walking distance. The rooms are nice not too spacious but its okay for 2 adults. The only problem we had for the room is that they dont clean it every day unless you request it. They dont even change the sheets. We stayed here for 6 nights and they didn't change the bed sheets, they said we should have requested it but no one told us when we did our check in that we should request to get our room properly cleaned. Also, their WiFi doesnt work well at all. We should sign in thousand of times to get the connection. Overall the hotel is nice because of its location.
