I had a great experience at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Arana, Kie, Mm and Wazabi! They were very welcoming and even helped me check in early, which I really appreciated after arriving at the hotel. Everyone was patient, professional and always greeted me with a smile. Their kindness and great service made my stay much more comfortable. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
Nice location. Staff spoke good english. However the rooms were subpar and the service was horrible. The staff had to verify the room was ok before allowing us to check out which means i had to sit as the desk for 10 minutes and wait. They also kept my laundry hostage until I paid the 2000 baht bill despite them already having my credit card. Overall it was obvious that the hotel was low on money and struggling to opperate. Much better hotels for the price in the area. Do not recommend staying here.
My name is Meenakshi Sarin , Raipur and I visited Bangkok with my mother for a vacation. Our stay at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we reached the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Fit, who provided us with excellent guidance and made us feel completely comfortable. He explained everything about our room, the hotel facilities, the rules and regulations, and also guided us on how we could make the most of our stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Bangkok. All the staff members at the hotel were extremely humble, polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel rooms, swimming pool, cafés, and breakfast area were all are beautifully maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent and made our vacation even more enjoyable. A special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Fit at the front desk. I truly appreciate his exceptional hospitality, kind nature, and professional behaviour. His warm and helpful attitude made a wonderful first impression and added greatly to our experience. Excellent stay at Ambassador Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at Aira Hotel. Stayed there for 6 days in August. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service for Nut, Fon and all was excellent, and helpful staff throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, right in Sukhumvit 11 & 13 close to restaurants, nightlife, Terminal 21 shopping, street market. and public transport. Overall, a great hotel with excellent rooms, service, and location. I highly recommended!
Not long ago I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during my first visit to Thailand. Before arriving, I had quite a few concerns and uncertainties, as it was my first time in the country. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my experience was far better than I had initially expected. The room was beautiful, comfortable and offered a wonderful view. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious choices. What impressed me most, however, was the quality of service provided by the hotel staff. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Keef, one of the reception staff, who gave such a warm and genuine welcome to me and my family. He was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and took the time to recommend places to visit, explain the best ways to get around, and suggest shopping malls and other interesting destinations in Bangkok. His attentiveness and willingness to assist made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. My family and I were truly impressed by the hospitality we received. I sincerely hope that Keef will continue to grow and achieve great success in his career. The hotel is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and thoughtful as part of its team
