Amari Bangkok is the 5 star hotel that will provide your family a worst than road side dormitory living experience at the humongous price so that you can never ever forget to curse your stay and register a hotel as the worst stay ever for your lifetime memory Check In Counter Team Perfectly Trained to Cheat and Dupe the guests: At the check in when the assistant tells you they are giving you an excellent room which is newly renovated. It’s absolutely lie and they give you mid floor stay where you will have to wait for multiple lifts to go down because lift from higher floor always comes full Further their lift floor selection system is absolutely horrible. It will show you the incoming lift number and time to arrival, however, if the lift on the higher floor gets full then it cancels the lift stop at your floor and you won’t even know until to again request for another lift. May be like the culture of Amari team to cheat their guests same design they have built in their lift system. Housekeeping: Your room house keeper proudly leaves her name in the room. The moment you will take off your slippers and take a mesmerising walk on the room floor. It will give you exact feel like walking barefoot on the busy road in front of the Amari Bangkok Hotel. Seems they have made effort to retain the ancient remains of their renovations on the room floor. We had taken 2 rooms and the experience was exactly the same. Breakfast: If you’re unlucky on some day and instead of 4th floor their team shift you to 3rd floor for morning breakfast then be ready to get undercut and poor quality stale food to eat. I have endless horrible experience for this horrible hotel to narrate and I’m sure it will be difficult for any other hotel in the world to break Amari’s worst experience record. Amari Bangkok deserves a perfect minus 10 hotel rating in the world

The hotel looks good, all the services, from cleaning the rooms to the last employee, were excellent. I upgraded my stay to a Premier Club room which includes access to the lounge. Worth every shekel. Exceptional service from arrival at the hotel until departure. Personal and kind treatment from the entire staff. Highly recommended.

The staff made our stay at Amari Bangkok memorable. Everyone we met was welcoming and attentive, from the team helping with our bags on arrival to the housekeeping staff greeting us in the corridors. Check-in was smooth, the reception team’s English was excellent, and being addressed by name when calling reception was a lovely personal touch. We also appreciated that staff spoke English between themselves while assisting us, so we could follow the conversation. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet in style and very comfortable, with a bed that was genuinely difficult to leave in the morning! The room is not brand new, but we felt completely at ease there. Breakfast was a highlight, and the facilities added a lot to the stay: a lovely swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzis and a very good gym. The location is also extremely practical for shopping, with an easy walk and a simple street crossing, without having to navigate a footbridge. What impressed us most was receiving this level of personal service at such a reasonable price. Amari Bangkok exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Five stars, thoroughly deserved.

Gorgeous hotel! Clean, smells great. Breakfast was a big variety. Staff are welcoming, friendly, always smiling. MILD checked us in. She is a gem to the hotel! She let us check in at 11am, we had been travelling from the previous morning at 10am and we were exhausted and wanting a shower! mild was a blessing! We didn’t have to wait until the afternoon. Thank you Amari Bangkok for your excellent hospitality 🌟
