I visited recently and stayed for 3 nights 4 days at Amaranth.
We had a great time, the staff is very polite and friendly, they even arranged for complimentary cake for my son's birthday.
Food is very nice with multiple options, Indian food is not available but other options were also good and manageable.
Room is spacious for 2 adults, Service is too good with very fast response.
Would surely recommend and visit again.

Highly recommend you include breakfast buffet as part of booking. If not I think it is 400-500 BHT.

I stayed in multiple cities and hotels and this was by far the one that stood out as the best from what a Western point of view expects from a hotel.
I don't mean to criticize, but these are the enhancements I wish you had: Laundry is quick, but it's not good enough. After just one typical washing cycle at my house, certain stains that you were unable to remove are now gone.The closet light never turned off, the nighttable drawer was too tight, the refrigerator was too cold and froze some cheese I purchased, and the alarm clock malfunctioned and continued to beep every day even though it was in off mode. These small issues in the room had an impact on comfort.
The staff, on the other hand, were the best this hotel has. They are efficient, always willing to assist, and warm. This made my stay as pleasant as it could be.
**A 4-star hotel at its best.** The biggest advantage is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable but look a bit worn and could be cleaner. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay, especially if you need easy access to the airport.
Check in was a mess, unorganized and couldn’t find my booking. Then when booking manually told me the wrong room details and the whole experience was frustrating. They blamed it on the system but I’ve never experienced this at another property despite using agoda and other booking sites for years.
Finally I asked for a free upgrade to just get me what I originally booked- a room with a large bed, bath tub, and non smoking. But they refused to even do that.
First was the issue itself and second the decision not to upgrade me after the hassle as any other modern hotel who values customer experience would do.
It’s so easy to change a customers outlook but taking a small measure. You even had open rooms and there were no other guests checking in because it was already late in the evening. Overall a very poor decision on the part of management.
