Akara Hotel Bangkok

After hearing a lot about Akara Bangkok and reading the positive reviews, I booked confidently, expecting a five-star hotel experience. My stay was OKAY, but it did not live up to those expectations. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience did not feel like that of a five-star hotel. Given the glowing reviews, I expected something more impressive and left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. The train station directly behind the hotel generated noticeable noise, which could be distracting. The breakfast buffet also had a limited selection, very average and felt overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but not the five-star experience at all. I will be considering other options for my next visit to Bangkok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Stay at Akara Hotel Bangkok We had a wonderful stay at Akara Hotel Bangkok and would highly recommend it, especially for families. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. A special mention must go to Ray at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were travelling as a family of four and had booked two rooms. Ray very kindly upgraded our rooms so that we could be together, which made such a difference and was hugely appreciated. He took the time to understand what we needed and made sure everything was sorted for us. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location for exploring Bangkok. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. Thank you especially to Ray for making our family stay so memorable. Exceptional customer service like this really makes a hotel stand out, and we would definitely stay at Akara again when we return to Bangkok! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were were nice and helpful. Appreciation to Ray and Tea for making our accommodation enjoyable and also arranging our transportation. Rooms are good and comfortable, the size is ok. Very clean. The location is a bit far from shopping malls, but Grab drivers are easily located at affordable prices.

Best staff "Ray" - is amazing. Rooms are brilliant. The complementary mango rice, pool makes the hotel worth it. The breakfast and restaurant is brilliant. Most comfortable and safe. Housekeeping were great too. Thailand is the best place and this is the best hotel.
