What $10 for a lost key!!! The hotel location is good, it's a bit dated frankly it the quality of the room and amenities is great. If you are on work stuff and want a quiet place yet spacious. This is excellent. I have been traveling for work for the past 15 years. Never ever have I come across a hotel that would charge you $10 per lost key. That's insane and unacceptable.

Not great. Cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty overall with stains all over the place, ridiculously loud a/c, bad lightning. The only good thing about the place is location. Wi-Fi auth sometimes just doesn’t work.

4* hotel thay has seen better days. It is due for renovation. The bed was lumpy and not so comfortable. It has a small pool but there were a lot of insects floating in it. My room faced a street with a lot of traffic. But there were several channels in English on the tv

I'm here on vacation for 2 week. The room is clean and nice and price is reasonable. The pool is too small. however what bothered me is the maid the first few day she was nice until one day I'm in the room and she doesn't come to clean up and i call her. She thought that I am in the room and she doesn't need to clean it. when she came and saw that i have a visitor and she keep complaining that you have to many people...you have to many people. What!! you 're work in service job how can you complaint the customer like this! She doesn't have a service mind. before she left the room she said she going to report!! Here you go I report you too. Good Luck. After the beach trip i have to stay in BKK for a few day before I leave. I will don't come back here!!
