Our room was specious and clean and it was very useful having a washing machine in the room. Staff member Rung Sa did a great job servicing our room. The location served our needs. The standout for this hotel was the very helpful staff. We also loved the pool.
Had a great stay here! My flight was delayed and I was able to check in at 3am with no issues. Coffee in the lobby is incredible too. Bitoey, Jame Ray, Mint were all provided wonderful service too.
What a great hotel. It's down a side alley off Sukhumvit main Rd. You can not hear the Bangkok hussle from the Hotel. Very easy 300meter walk to trains. Tops shopping store at end of the street, with a 7-11 100meters away.. The staff are amazing. I want to give a big shout out to SA our room cleaner. She was great. But James (Jimy) on the front door was Fantastic. His knowledge of the local area and his friendly smiling personality really made the Hotel great for us.
Good location with easy access to BTS and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk from EmQuartier also. All the staff were really friendly and helpful particularly that ones that I dealt with James, Ray and Mint. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean rooms, restaurant, gym etc. Room very spacious with good air con. Everything in the gym is functional so all in all, much better than most hotel gyms. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was good. Overall a very good stay and would definitely recommend a stay
I’m staying in room 1511. The cleaning service is very good—they come to check and clean the room every day. The room is quite big and comfortable for two people.
It has a kitchen area with a microwave, a large fridge, and a washing machine. There’s also a balcony with seating outside for people who want to smoke, so there’s no smell of smoke inside the room.
You can easily tell who takes care of the room, and if you need anything, you can just ask her.
