The hotel is in a great location — close enough to the airport to be very convenient, but far enough away that you don’t hear any airplane noise. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can literally arrive with just the clothes on your back! The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The staff were always available to help. We arrived at around 3 AM, and there were still staff members ready to assist us. And the breakfast was the best in the area! Everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee was great, and there were plenty of choices to make sure we were full before checking out. Highly recommended! Great value for money, excellent service, and a very pleasant stay. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. ขัดใจอย่างเดียว น้องกระทิงด้านหน้าชื่อไข่ย้อย แต่ไข่ไม่ย้อย 555

Stay: 30 July 2026 – 31 July 2026 Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 AM, exhausted after our journey. The front desk receptionist told us we could check in early by paying 600 THB. Since the regular check-in time was 3:00 PM (which we were not aware of), we initially decided to wait. After some time, we agreed to pay 600 THB, but the receptionist then changed her statement and said it was 600 THB per room. We had booked two rooms. When I questioned this, she insisted that she had already explained it that way and even claimed the CCTV would prove it. However, when I asked her to show the footage, she refused. She accepted 600 THB for one room but did not provide any receipt. The hotel also refused to provide an extra bottle of water and charge 80 THB for a 500 ml bottle so refused. The electric kettle in our room was not working and had to be replaced. The bathroom was quite small, and the room was not very spacious. The checkout experience was equally unpleasant. Although we checked out at around 12:10–12:15 PM, only about 10–15 minutes after the checkout time, the same receptionist again demanded 600 THB per room as a late checkout fee. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. When I firmly refused to pay any additional money, she immediately dropped the demand. Tv also don't have internet connection or smart TV, just some local thai channels. Overall, the receptionist's behavior completely spoiled our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Before arriving, I made a note through the OTA that I had accidentally booked the wrong room type and kindly requested a room with one double bed instead of twin beds. When I checked in, the receptionist was friendly and smiled throughout the conversation. She checked the system and told me that the hotel was fully booked that night. Since I was staying for two nights, I asked if it would be possible to change rooms the following day. She checked again and told me the hotel was fully booked until the 28th, so changing rooms was not possible. I accepted the situation because I understood that it wasn’t the hotel’s fault if there were no rooms available. However, after checking into the room, I found that the bathroom was extremely small and not clean (see attached photos). Out of curiosity, I searched online for rooms at the same hotel for the following night and found that Standard Double Rooms were still available for booking. This means the explanation I received at check-in was simply not true. If changing my room was not possible for operational reasons, I would have appreciated an honest explanation. Saying the hotel was “fully booked” when rooms were clearly still being sold made me feel deceived and completely ruined my trust in the hotel. Because of this experience, I will only stay for tonight and will find another hotel for my second night. Honest communication is far more important than making excuses.
The perfect hotel if you have a quick layover for the Don Mueng airport. Located very close, this hotel is in a great area with some nice food spots. The hotel itself is very nice, with its own 24/7 japanese restaurant, which you can also get as room service, and bar. Considering how affordable it was for us to stay here, we were shocked at how nice it was. Good to note there is also a free shuttle every hour to the airport, just make sure to book it in when you're checking in at the hotel!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for the Hotel. But Be Careful When Booking via Agencies. I had a mixed experience that I think is worth sharing. I booked my stay through Agoda and had already paid in full, with a confirmed booking email. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 2:40 PM and queued for check-in at 2:41 PM, I was informed that the hotel had already rejected my booking back to the agency. At that point, I had to coordinate directly with Agoda myself. Thankfully, Agoda’s support team was quite responsive and helpful. They investigated the issue (since my booking was still showing as confirmed on their side at first), contacted the hotel, and eventually resolved the situation by canceling the booking, issuing a full refund, and providing a cash coupon for future use within six months. Since I still needed a room, I booked directly with the hotel at the counter. There was only one Junior Suite left for that day. Even after payment, I had to wait for housekeeping to finish preparing the room, and I was finally able to check in at around 3:50 PM. The room itself was excellent very comfortable and well-equipped. It feels more like a residence, with amenities like a washing machine and electric stove. The hotel also provides thoughtful extras like earplugs (which are actually useful, as I could hear footsteps from the floor above quite clearly) and even free charger rentals. Overall, the stay itself was good, but this experience highlighted an important lesson: if you book through an agency, it’s worth double-checking directly with the hotel to make sure your reservation is properly received and confirmed on their end. I understand that booking conflicts can happen, especially with third-party platforms, but I do feel that I should have been notified in advance either by the hotel or the agency rather than finding out only upon arrival. Still, aside from the booking issue, the room and facilities were great. Just sharing this as a real experience (and a small warning for fellow travelers!).
