Amazing rides and swimming pool, however there needs to be better signage around the park to direct you to slides/rides. However being asked to get on a set of weighing scales infront of many many many other guests is just mortifying. Me and my girlfriend are no where near the weight restriction and told the guy how much we weigh and he looked us up and down and said ‘no you aren’t, check on the scales’ - the single handily the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me. Yes I’m not a size 4 but I’m no where near 120kg and I know this for certain because I’ve been on a weight loss journey and track my weight regularly. We immediately said no, and got out of the queue for the ride. Wanted the ground to swallow me. Salad for tea I think 👍🏻

There is so much to do at Waterbom for both children, teens and adults. Everyone had a great time. We booked the tickets that included all of the rides including flo riders but you can pay separately on the day. There is no cash on site and you have to top up a card with credit. This gets refunded at the end of the day. Fully expect to spend the whole day there. I'd advise you arrive early or if in a big group book a gazebo as the only annoying thing was the lack of sun loungers on the prime or central locations. Food was good with lots of differe t options too.
Better than Jamberoo by miles. I suggest you go in the afternoon as it’s half empty, closes at 6:30pm, plenty of time to go over all the slides. Loved it.
I went to the waterbom park with my daughter and we had a fantastic day! The wait times for the slides were not long and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was easy buying our tickets through Viator and it was cheaper than buying at the gate.
Fun day with family Small Lockers were 75000 for the day Plenty of shade everywhere Clean Staff all great Slides really fun for all ages Worth visiting for sure (i didnt want to go and had a very fun time)
What an epic day! Such a great water park with amazing rides and friendly staff. So clean throughout the whole park, and the bathrooms are constantly being cleaned. Great food choices and very reasonably priced. We got a Regular Gazebo (#9) at the Pleasure Pool which was the perfect central spot for us. Food was delivered straight to our gazebo when we ordered which was great. Highly recommend for a fun family day out!
Epic day out for the teens, heaps of rides for all levels of thrill. Plenty of space and well run.
This waterpark is outstanding! We are from the Gold Coast and have Wet n Wild and Whitewater World in our door step but Water Bom is far superior in every way! The access to the park is simple, we just caught a Grab who drop you to the gate. We had pre-booked tickets, recommended, and once inside the cashless system is straight forward. The rides are first class and so well maintained, it’s about as perfect as you could imagine from a ride thrillseeker approach. The main rides like Python and the drop slides que up pretty quickly so would recommend doing them first. The food and beverages are not expensive at all and the food variety offered was great. So much to do and an all round great family day out from our 2 year old to the Adults!
Fantastic water park with loads to do for all ages. More seating in all areas is a must.
This was a great day, the lines were not too hectic, staff were amazing and good very reasonably priced.
We took teenagers who have been to theme parks in the UK, Singapore and Australia and they loved it! Waterbom is very well run. We appreciated that they didn’t oversell tickets as the park was at full capacity but queues were fast moving and the park didn’t feel crowded. The food options are incredible! Such a refreshing change to have so many different things to choose from! I am coeliac and ordered a gluten free pizza. It wasn’t great as it had hardly any topping. Interesting beetroot base though and it wasn’t great good to have several other options. Everyone else had amazing food that they loved. The rides were challenging enough for our older teens and they could have spent longer at the park. The lockers and towels are well organised. You don’t need a cabana unless you have smaller children. They’re nice but with older children you are not sitting down much anyway. The park is absolutely stunning and so clean. We loved looking at all of the beautiful gardens. Our tickets came with a 15 min foot massage which I thought would just be an attempt to get you to upgrade to another massage but no; we were all treated to a decent foot and calf massage with no sell afterwards! Amazing! Get there early and enjoy the day. It’s a wonderful place, even if you just relax in the pools and lazy river or go on as many rides as possible. Well worth the entry fee.
Waterbom park is quite fun and quite chaotic in the good way, scared going up the tower and I didn't like the idea of going down any open water slides. Once I did it I enjoyed it, although I didn't try many water slides because of my fears, I can certainly see the appeal and it's a great destination for families and young people, although I don't know how rigorous the safety standards are on the equipment it seems like the staff are trained and take care and what they're doing and there is ample staff around the venue. The payment system with a wristband makes it quite easy to pay while you're there without having to carry your phone around. Depending on how much money you spend on food drinks and rods I recommend putting $100 on your wristband as I only did $30 and needed to end up topping it up after buying lunch. Overall very good experience
Amazing water park. Advice if you want a gazebo is to book early as possible and also txt them on WhatsApp for any cancellations. Food was very well priced inside, shopping centre also across the road which is air conditioned if it gets too hot.
A great day with the family. We booked a cabana which made our time there extremely comfortable and special
Get ready to get wet...slide the day away and float calmly around the park.
Had a fantastic day at Waterbom Clean facilities and well run Kids and adults had a blast Lines for slides were reasonable - most only a 5 min max wait Suggest going early and riding the Python as that got busy after 10am with the longest wait times Flow rider cost $175000k IDR for 30 mins Food in the restaurant was great too - quick and fresh Enjoyed it much more than Wet n Wild in Gold Coast
Fabulous experience at the Waterbom. Great organisation including guiding to subbeds. The park has some really great rides for all ages and son liked the wave rider (extra to be paid for). The food and drinks was very reasonably priced compared to other water parks I have visited. The wrist band approach made it very easy to pay for things throughout the day. All in all, such a fab experience we went back again the following day.
Great day. Slides are fun for everyone (young and adults). Staff and facilities are world-class. Food is better than outside, highly recommend!
We had the most amazing day at Waterbom Bali! If you're visiting Bali with children, this is an absolute must-do. The park is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and packed with attractions for all ages. The younger kids were just as entertained as the teenagers, which isn't always easy to find! My top tip: book a gazebo well in advance. They sell out quickly, but it's absolutely worth it for the shade, comfort, and having a secure base for your family throughout the day. We stayed in the Oasis Gardens area, and it was perfect for escaping the crowds and enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere. From the moment the gates opened until closing time, we had an incredible day filled with fun, laughter, and great memories. Waterbom Bali exceeded all our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. Don't miss it! 🌴☀️💦
We had the most incredible day at Waterbom Bali! If you are traveling with kids, this is an absolute must-do. The park is beautifully landscaped, incredibly clean, and has slides for every age group—the little ones were just as entertained as the teenagers! My top tip: Book your cabana well in advance. It sells out fast, but it is worth every penny for the shade, comfort, and security of having a home base for the day. What really set this place apart, however, was the staff. I accidentally lost my sunglasses on one of the rides and didn't realize until hours later. I filed a lost report, and to my absolute shock, they not only found them but actually tracked me down in the park to return them! The service is world-class. We had a blast from opening until close. Do not miss this if you are in Bali!
We had the best day at Waterbom Bali! It was our first time visiting and we were very impressed with the overall park, how new and clean everything was. We tried most of the slides and loved them all and our 8 year old daughter really enjoyed all the kids slides and kids splash park. We didn't book a cabana and arrived too late to get sun lounges anywhere, it was quite busy, so if you have someone in your group who wants to have a relaxing day, only going on the slides a little bit, it's worth booking a cabana or getting there early to reserve some lounges. The whole park is cash free, you have to top up money onto a wrist band when entering the park, which made it easy to purchase drinks and food whenever and where ever we wanted all over the park. Any unspent money gets returned to you when you exit the park. We would highly recommend spending a day at Waterbom!
I expected two things: lots of people and just a few slides. Both things didn’t happen. Even if there were a lot of people they somehow weren’t noticeable, maybe apart from the time around 11am and one slide tower. I was with my husband and two kids. There are around 13 slides, on which we had an amazing experience. Mostly marked as extreme but for us they were different level. And different types. The staff is very kind and always willing to help or encourage if someone has doubts. The park is very wide, however if you will to rent a gazebo, it’s good to do it online in advance. We got to the park at around 10:15 and no standard gazebo was left (only the biggest for 10 people). The food was ok, quite tasty. It was a well spent day :)
Impressive organization, nice rides, easy to stay in. Need to be there quite early if you want to catch a sun bed
Amazing Water Park with the best slides. Adults and thrill seekers will enjoy as much as children. Staff were all really friendly. It’s a cashless environment you put money on a wristband and can top up throughout the park we put 300 initially but that wasn’t even enough for lunch
We highly recommend this park to anyone who loves waterslides. Even in August, the peak season the waiting lines were not longer than 10min. The park is very clean and well maintained, staff is smiling all day and very helpful. We will definitely come back when visiting Bali
For Bali is the Waterbom expensive, but also good! The water and the attraction and the lifeguards are very good!
We have now visited Waterbom Bali twice, and both visits were fantastic experiences for our family. On our first visit in June, we asked at the ticket counter because we had seen a family package online that included lockers and towels. It actually turned out to be cheaper and easier to arrange everything on the spot using our phones. The whole process was quick and straightforward. When we visited again in August, online booking was no longer available, so we simply walked from our hotel – about 10 minutes away – and purchased our tickets at the entrance. Once again, everything was easy and well organised. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also really liked the cashless payment system. You receive a wristband with an integrated chip, which you can use to pay throughout the park. It makes everything very convenient and means you don't have to carry cash or worry about your wallet while enjoying the attractions. Our children are still under 1.20 m tall, so they were unable to use some of the larger slides. However, that certainly did not stop them from having an amazing day. The AquaPlay area was a huge hit and kept them entertained for hours. One of the highlights for us was the FlowRider. There happened to be a family of experienced surfers using it, and we probably spent 15 minutes just watching them. It was great entertainment in itself and impressive to see what can be done on the wave. The pool bars are also highly recommended. Our daughters shared one of the giant milkshakes topped with a doughnut and were absolutely thrilled. Sometimes it's the little holiday treats that create the biggest smiles! The food throughout the park was surprisingly good. Even with special requests, everything was handled without any problems. One of our favourite memories was having lunch delivered directly to the AquaPlay area while the kids played under the giant tipping bucket. As parents, we also appreciated how family-friendly the park is. At one point, we wanted to ride the Boomerang together. The lifeguards were happy to keep an eye on our daughters for a few minutes while we enjoyed the slide as a couple. It may seem like a small thing, but gestures like that make a big difference when travelling with young children. The only thing that disappointed us slightly was the inconsistency regarding ride restrictions. During our June visit, both of our daughters were allowed to ride the Twin Racers mat slide. When we returned in August, only one of them was allowed to use it, despite there being no noticeable change in height or age. We fully respect safety rules, but it would be helpful if they were applied consistently so families know what to expect. That said, this was only a minor issue in what was otherwise another fantastic day out. For us, Waterbom is one of those rare attractions where you can easily spend an entire day without getting bored. Excellent facilities, great food, friendly staff and plenty to keep younger children entertained. And perhaps the best compliment we can give Waterbom as parents: after a full day of slides, swimming, running around AquaPlay, enjoying milkshakes and exploring the park, both of our daughters were finally tired by the end of the day! 😉 Anyone travelling with energetic young children will understand just how valuable that is. We left with happy kids, great memories and a couple of very relaxed parents. That's probably the strongest recommendation we can give. After two visits, we can confidently say: we would happily come back for a third!
I really love Waterbom. Japan also has large pool facilities, but none of them let you relax in nature like this. It feels truly wonderful. I get the impression that the prices are a bit high overall, but I believe it’s worth every penny. I want to visit again soon.
We had the most amazing family day at Waterbom! Buying tickets online was super easy, and getting into the park was a breeze. The prepaid wristbands made buying food, drinks, and pictures so convenient. The ride selection for both kids and adults is fantastic, and the lines moved surprisingly fast, which is a huge plus with little ones! We hired a gazebo that ended up being right next to the pristine washrooms and showers. Great food, delicious coffees and desserts, and top-notch service all around. Highly recommended!
Great waterpark in excellent condition with the best safety and staffing I've experienced at a waterpark. Give yourself the whole day if you can. Getting in takes away while due to security etc.
Waterbom Bali is definitely one of the places worth visiting while in Bali. It is a beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained water park, surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The whole place is very well designed, clean, and creates a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The biggest highlight is, of course, the fantastic selection of water attractions and slides. There is something for everyone – from relaxing areas and family-friendly attractions to exciting slides for those looking for a real adrenaline rush. The variety is impressive, and you can easily spend the entire day here without getting bored. The organisation of the park is also excellent. Everything is well signposted, the staff are friendly and helpful, and safety seems to be taken very seriously. Despite the size of the park and the number of visitors, it never felt chaotic. Another pleasant surprise was the food. There is a good variety of options available, and the quality is genuinely good for a water park. You can easily take a break for lunch, snacks, or a drink without having to leave the park. Overall, Waterbom Bali is a fantastic place for both families and adults. Beautiful surroundings, great attractions, good food, excellent organisation, and plenty of fun make it very easy to spend a full day here. Highly recommended! Definitely one of the highlights of our Bali trip
What a fantastic day! Waterbom Bali is an incredible water park. There are so many slides and suitable for toddlers all the way up to thrill seekers. Easy entrance with barely any wait time. The park is kept so clean. All of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond with all guests and ourselves. The food choices were fantastic - not just fat greasy food. There were salads, wraps, local food, Mexican, sushi, pasta, pizza and I could go on. All food cooked fresh. You could get ice cream, coffee, cookies, doughnuts, popcorn, smoothies, milkshakes and fresh juices. The toilets were also kept very clean too. I would definitely do this water park again and 100% recommend
Waterbom is a must go in Bali. Although its entrance is not grand, it’s big inside and full of trees coverage. You can pick rides according to your acceptance of thrill. Queuing time is reasonable.
This was our second time! We enjoyed very much, the onlything is that there are not much sunbeds. So be early!
Excellent outing and a very clean and well organised set up. Going early is worth it for shorter waiting times.
We had a wonderful time with the children. Slices were great. Food needs improvement. Was horrible. Would have spent a lot more if you could get healthy food.
Our family had an unforgettable experience at Waterbom during our recent trip to Bali. The booking process was seemless and the waterpark facility was world class!!!! The crowds each day are limited so wait times for rides are very reasonable (no longer than 20-25mins). Food and beverage options for lunch are fantastic and the option of having a massage while the kids go wild on the water slides is genius! All the staff in the park are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to assist. Special mention to Wirsa who was absolutely fantastic and assisted to organise a family day pass as well as cabana hire for our group. Would highly recommend spending a day at Waterbom while visiting Bali!
Loved every single minute of it! I am not really a waterpark fan so mostly went for my two teenagers, age 16 and 14, but absolutely loved it myself: we hired a Luxury Gazebo which really added to my positivity! Having your own space to relax, leave your bags and valuables in the safe was great! Also, you could order food and drinks in the nearest restaurants and they would deliver in the gazebo! Amazing. The staff are all super friendly, throughout the day. Also very helpful! For every slide there is one member of staff at the top, making sure you are ok and safe and one at the bottom, making sure you are landing safely and can get out of the floaty. They also manage the queues well. The food was amazing (one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had - and I ate one in Central Park in NYC so that says something) and very reasonably priced. Loved the photos that were taken everywhere and the fact that on the rides they use facial recognition. Top tip: they could not find my photo on one of the slides and it makes it easier for the staff to find you if they kind of know what time you were on, so checking your watch every now and again can help. Very smooth check out, with staff still smiling. So absolutely great; and if you can afford it - would definitely book a Gazebo for the day!
This is one of the best waterparks ive been to! its so clean, well priced, great food options for everyone, lots of space and bed available.
Good day but the cashless money thing was bit of a crock. Forced deposits on wrist band and locker deducted from ur uploaded money bit of crap as it deducts from the money put in. Understand things cost $$ for convenience but when on budget it leaves u a lot less to use for the food etc and this ++ is crap too. Just put the real price up would making a purchase easier for all to understand how much things cost. And over $20/photo is crap as is only a download not a picturesquely it cant be that expensive to use email.
Amazing. Just do it! No excuses - just go. Waterbom is brilliant. It advertises as being voted the best waterpark in Asia, as of 2025. From my experience, they have earned this title. But there are a few tips you should consider, to make the most of your day. 1) Be early. The lockers and Gazebos are all booked by about 11:00am each and every morning. If you don’t want to be carrying your stuff around all day, get there at opening time. 2) This is a cashless resort. You load money onto a wristband on entry, this can be topped up at select places once inside. On leaving, any left over funds are returned to you in cash. If going at the start of your holiday, this is pretty much an ATM without transaction fees. 3) Wear comfy swimming custom and suitable footwear; crocs/flip-flops etc. it’s a lot of walking, it’s a lot of stairs, and it’s hot. The paths are often made of pebbles poured onto concrete. Shoes will prevent you from getting sore feet. Comfortable swimwear will prevent rubbing. 4) Check your swimwear. They take safety seriously; especially in relation to the slides. No metal, of any kind, is allowed on the slides. No zips. No exposed fasteners or rivets, no Jewelry etc. I saw countless visitors walking around in swimwear which had been turned inside out. The main reason being small, metal, drainage holes in the back of swimming shorts. The staff also provided a service of cutting out (with scissors), any offending metal parts, which meant some guest walked around like Edward Scissor-Hands had scratched their butts. — As for the park, it’s great fun. There are plenty of attractions which are suitable for people of all ages and heights. The maximum weight of a person, for most slides, was 138Kg. Several slides had a minimum height for riders, ranging from 100cm-140cm. Each slide was staffed and they check for weight and height of riders, as and when required. Wait times for slides were available on an App and digital signage around the park. We went on a busy day and the longest we waited was about 30 minutes. However, the lines rarely exceeded 15 minutes or so of waiting. The layout and organisation were fantastic, as were the staff, guiding you on where to go. There are a lot of steps up to each slide, as to be expected, but they are cleanly signposted to each slide. Staff, excellent, they all looked happy to be there and genuinely wanted you to have a great time. Just as impressive was the food and drink options. Lots of variety. All of it fresh and delicious. Expensive by Balinese standards (about double the price of equivalent items outside of the park) - but the price point was still good value for tourists. Really loved the place. Fantastic was to round off our trip to Bali.
Great day out. Although you can’t take food inside it’s all reasonably priced. Book well in advance for a gazebo though as they seem to book out 6-8 weeks in advance
I can't mention any specific names because honestly, every single staff member we met was amazing. No matter which section we were in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. The hospitality felt very sincere and consistent throughout the entire experience. What I really appreciated was that there was always someone in charge in each area, which made us feel well taken care of and extra safe. The food was also great, and the service was exactly what we hoped for; smooth, attentive, and professional without feeling forced. Considering the food, facilities, and overall level of service, I would say the value is absolutely worth it. It’s rare to receive such consistently excellent service from every team member you come across, but that was exactly our experience here. We'll definitely be back again! :)
My family spent a very nice day at Waterbom Bali! Since we stayed nearby in Kuta, we walked to the park. Lots of different activities from very young to grown ups. Staff enforced safety and made sure riders followed safety protocols . (My daughter was just short of 120 cm minimum height to ride some slides.). There were many guests but lines moved fairly quickly. Very clean too. Nice place to spend a day in Bali!
Bit expensive but worse it Kids loved every thing
Premium experience. Safe, fun, great food & facilities. We booked a gazebo which was cool, shady and peaceful. Highly recommend.
We took 3 kids ranging from 13-20 and it was a great day for all of us. There is something for everyone. There were already queues at the door when we arrived before it opened (it was school holidays) but the line moved quickly. I recommend finding some shaded sun loungers as your base for the day if you haven't pre booked a gazebo. We got the day pass that included a towel and locker which meant we had less to carry with us and were able to store our items safely. The cashless system is a great idea...although be aware that they refund any remaining balance in cash. Another thing to consider is accessibility-all the rides except the Lazy River have a number of steps, there are pools as well but something to consider when planning your day. There is also a minimum weight limit (and height) so our 13 year old did have to go tandem on a few rides instead of going by herself. We loved it and considered it money well spent for a day out with the family. Most of the time the kids went off and did their own thing and came back to our base for food!
This park is amazing for families. The grounds are beautiful and the park feels new and cared for. It is expensive for Bali I guess, but it felt so worth it. The food inside was really nice and at resort rates but not hugely overpriced like some theme parks and also offered more than just fried crap like you would usually get. Highly recommend.
What a fun place - no matter what age you are. Food was great too. Special note: I lost my hat and sunglasses and the staff went out of their way to find them. They messaged me ad I went the next day to collect. But then my wife left her hat there and they found that too. Thanks again
Awesome rides with not too much waiting time (heaps quieter after lunch) Staff are all friendly and helpful, well thought out shaded areas too There is something for all of the family :-)
