Such a great day!! We saw lots of dolphins with a beautiful sunrise and then went to the natural, beautiful views of Northern Bali. Wira, our driver, was very accommodating and kind. He collected us on time and waited for us at each activity, he shared lots of local knowledge and wider knowledge about Indonesia with really good English. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again! Thank you! :)

The experience was great but the agency didn't contact us till we texted them to remind. The captain of our boat made sure that we got good sightings of the dolphins. Needs lots of patience to spot the dolphins in between the crowd of boats.
It was great travel) Organized the trip for us Riko for driver. We got up early, came to the beach, had a delicious breakfast of pancakes and swam to look at the dolphins) the boat was individual. When we arrived at the place, at first there was no one, but then a lot of dolphins appeared and they swam and jumped around us. It was amazing. My friends and I are very grateful to Riko for organizing the trip. Everything was very cool👍
March 1st i went on a Dolfin trip to the Lovina Bay, i Saw some dolfins and beautiful views. I had my driver named Tole, who was also my guide for the rest of the day. Tole was such a good guide that i already arranged a new trip with him as my driver and one of his friends as my guide. As a solo female traveler, it was lovely to have a private guide where you feel safe. I am already going on the Nusa Penada trip tomorrow March 3rd, I am so looking forward to a great trip again!
I booked the tour and 1hour later I received a message saying it had been cancelled due to bad weather. No apologies were given or alternatives suggested for the inconvience, of korse the money was taken out of my account and I had to request a refund several times, contacted the tour operator who ignored all my messages, and 2days after consistently message the driver who was suppose to pick me up he told me to send the ticket so that a refund could be process. Days before when I asked about a refund he just said ok. With no follow up communication I kept messaging, and I’m still currently waiting. Do not book this tour if u expect responsible communication and professionalism. Very bad costumer service.
My driver/tour guide was great! He was very friendly and took photos for me because I was the only one signed up for this tour. I had a great time and would recommend this tour! We saw wild dolphins and it was just an amazing experience.
We spend a good time! Nova was the greatest and kindest driver! I recommand him for sure if you want to have a great experience.
It was so quiet and the guide was perfect!! Thank you 🙏🏼 We’ve seen the daulphins and we were alone to the gigit waterfall, really appreciated.
We had an amazing trip with our tour guide Tole Driver. Would highly recommend this tour, we saw so many dolphins and the service was great.
Picked up from Kuta by Nyoman in the evening at 4.00 pm and was tranferred to Lovina. We stayed only one night. In early morning, we went to the sea and it’s around 2 hours. The boat ride was fine, there was beautiful sunrise too. It were able to see many of dolphins to close and they performed several tricks. We had a great time. When we go back, we also visited gitgit waterfalls, ulundanu temples and luwak coffee. It’s very interesting and we enjoyed our trip. Thank you Nyoman for a wonderful trip.
Takes 4hours to get there by driving. Our driver arrived 1.5hours late so we drove in the dark so pretty boring. Note breakfast is either 2 slices of bread with jam or one banana pancake. And the drivers are not tour guides but rather you are paying for (expensive) transport. The hotel room was basic, a local experience. The early morning trip to see the dolphins made up for it though. Would advise company to improve breakfast on offer and train guides to actually educate tourists about Bali. Would recommend to fellow travelers that you are better off booking a driver or car than paying for an over priced tour. Ps: the driver literally downloaded the TripAdvisor app on an accompanying tourist’s phone and hovered over him, pressuring him to write a review.
My husband and I had a wonderful time the entire tour. Our driver, Agus, was punctual and courteous. He picked us up from the hotel in Kuta and drove us safely to the north of the island, answering all our questions along the way. The bungalow was nice and clean, the area is quiet and the bed was comfortable. The dining area is right on the beach with tables lit by the tea light candles, a small pond in the center and the food was simple and delicious. My husband even dozed off on a chaise long soothed by the sounds of the waves. The owner woke us up in the morning and we started our boat ride just a few minutes before sunrise. The sea was calm and the breeze gentle. Seeing the dolphins was the whole point of the trip, and we certainly weren’t disappointed! We had breakfast when we returned; the selection is limited for tour takers, but for a small price we were able to order different items. Our nice driver came right on time again to continue our tour to Gitgit waterfall and Ulun Danu Bratan temple. The entire experience was relaxing and definitely worth it! I strongly recommend this tour.
This was an something we booked as one of our expeditions on our honeymoon. Our tour guide was fantastic! He took us to see the all the sites and went above and beyond. He spoke good English and answered our many questions helping us understand the culture. The dolphin tour was fun and we saw plenty of dolphins, but there are a lot of other boats out there doing the same. The waterfall was beautiful. Also, the temple was one of the most famous that my wife was dying to see so that was great as well.
Our experience was a little different than we expected, but it was fun. Our driver picked us up from our south Bali location, but the person who coordinated our pick-up had pre warned us hat it would cost us an extra 200,000 IDR because we were not at one of their standard pick-up locations. He then drove us to Lovina where we stayed the night. The hotel was fine; it room was be two rooms that they had knocked out a wall from between. Because we were a party of 3, the hotel brought in an extra twin sized mattress and put it on the floor on the opposite side of the room (previously the other room). We paid for dinner in the hotel restaurant while they made up the little bed. Hotel employees knocked on the door at 5:15 to wake us. We went to the hotel restaurant, were guided up the street to get life jackets, and brought back to the beach to our waiting boat. Our boat driver lead us, before dawn our into the ocean and told us we would wait, that the dolphins would arrive with the sun. We noticed many other little boats like ours headed out from shore as well. Soon there were hundreds of little boats just waiting to see the dolphins. The sun rose, and sure enough, we started seeing little glimpses of dolphins! A top fin here, a partial jump there it was amazing. As soon as a little boat noticed dolphin activity they fired up their engine and raced toward the dolphins they identified. When this happened, all the others would face to the same spot. It became a game of who could get there first. The mass of boats would chase the dolphin pod under water and away each time. It was fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our selves, but it was not the quiet and serene experience we had been expecting. After our 1.5 hour boat ride, we came back for our complimentary breakfast. Our driver had mechanical issues, so we sat in the restaurant while we waited for him. We left soon after, and headed to Bali's highest waterfall. The trail to it was easier than other waterfalls we had hiked to in Bali. We bought a couple of things from vendors on our way back up. Their prices weren't bad and they were willing to barter. We went from there to a temple. The weather was foggy and raining on top of the mountain where the temple was. Our guide/driver lent us 2 umbrellass. We didn't see much due to the weather. We ate lunch at the buffet there It was reasonably priced. Then our driver took us back to our south Bali accommodation. We had fun.
We set off with Ghent and Anton the super driver for the dolphin tour. What are we supposed to say? It truly is the absolute hammer!! After about 1 hour boat trip the dolphins were allowed to experience in the wild, held us on the boat and gave us the breathtaking nature experience without stress and hassle. We were able to decide for ourselves how long we wanted to stay in the water, which is pure freedom in every respect. On the way back to Anton our driver unfortunately the weather did not participate anymore. Planned still preserve 2 snorkel stoops but it has started to storm and rain heavily which made the snorkeling fall into the water. Gent immediately suggested an alternative program: We then went original Balinese lunch with various dishes we have not yet known (already been to Bali 6 times) after still enjoyed a cozy and relaxed trip home to Legian. Anton is a super driver and Ghent with his stories about Bali an absolute must for any Bali holidaymaker. Thank you for the super nice day Greetings Mariel and Roland
Awful, the poor dolphins don't even come to the surface of the number of boats that there are, very invasive for the poor animal.
Beautiful dolphin tour. They swim and jump all around you. We found the snorkeling a bit disappointing (there are much nicer places)! We paid $25 per person (2 people own boat) for both tours).
Marta was our guide and he was the best. He took us to Lovina Beach and the waterfalls and it went really well. I recommend Marta!
We saw a lot of dolphins, the guide could explain everything in good English. Furthermore, the drive to the beach and the return journey was very pleasant. Definitely recommended.
Way too much money for this tour!! I would advise: book a hotel near lovina and go on your own.
We had a great trip! The highlight was surely the many dolphins that came from all sides. We had Nova as a driver who was very nice and also told us all about the area like the different plants that grow at the Git-git waterfall.
In addition to the amazing dolphins, my friends and I almost enjoyed the guided tour more. With a nice, talkative and above all knowledgeable driver, this experience was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this driver to future company, paying attention to needs, and nice company from start to finish.
Early morning outing in Balinese boats In the background the sunrise and after a few minutes sailing dolphins not a step ten but dozens of dolphins swimming to the right or left of the boat a magnificent spectacle despite the presence of many boats Pirouettes, jumps they were playing waves and photographers Must do
