Ubud: Monkey Forest, Water Temple, Rice Terrace, Waterfall

The whole tour was excellent with a great variety of spots. My guide pande was excellent as a driver, guide and personal photographer.

Dama was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We all enjoyed ourselves. Lots to see. Take a swimming costume and towel for the waterfall. If you like coffee then make sure to try the Lewak coffee.

We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Bali. We visited the rice terraces, beautiful temples, a stunning waterfall and the Monkey Forest, and every stop was incredible. Our guide (Ketu) was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much about Balinese culture, history and traditions, which made the experience so much more meaningful than simply visiting the sights. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we were comfortable, had plenty of time to enjoy each location, and even helped us take some great photos along the way. If you’re looking for a day tour that combines amazing scenery, fascinating culture and exceptional service, I would highly recommend this trip. It was one of the highlights of our holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. Thank you for making our day in Bali so memorable!

We made our trip with Santanu that was a greater guide for us, very nice and organized, and always happy to give us a cultural background in every place we pass through. The tips were also useful. He was also available to take us to dinner and make the transfer to a ferry. The places were amazing, reflecting the beauty of Bali. We more than recommend!

Agus is a great tour guide and I highly recommend him if you are willing to spend your time actively and informative. While driving form one place to another Agus maintained a conversation with us, presented local customs and answered all of our questions. Monkey forest welcomed us with an inclement weather, but don’t worry, there are umbrellas to borrow. Keep in mind, there is a changing room near the waterfall, so you can swim. All in all highly recommend. That was a great start of our journey.

Tut was an incredible tour guide from start to finish. He gave us such a warm welcome when picking us up from our villa and instantly made us feel comfortable. From Monkey Forest to the rice terraces (where he encouraged me to conquer my fear and do the zip line, so grateful!), every stop was amazing. Our tour with Restu was hands down one of the highlights of our entire trip to Bali. From the very start, he went above and beyond to make the day work perfectly for us, adapting the itinerary around our pace, interests, and timings without ever making us feel rushed. A good private tour to see highlights of Ubud. Enjoyed rice terraces and tenple visit the best. Ketut was a lovely guide. Only callout is the itinerary is not clear around water temple (whats involved to wear etc) so missed out and what waterfall as already went on another tour. Beware the cheeky monkeys!

His English is excellent, so communication was always smooth and easy, and he explained everything clearly throughout the day. Tour was great, recommended to be picked up to avoid such traffic. Bayu was on time, Very Good driver and clean car. Speak fluent English. He is a good listener, very patience to all questions thrown at him by my husband (little speaking English 😊) We are happy to have taken this tour and coincide with him. Worth the money no hassle compare going on your own.

My trip surpassed my expectations largely due to Romy my driver/guide. Romy was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and an altogether delightful young man. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and would 100% recommend Romy as a driver/guide.

Romy was an excellent guide and made our day smooth and enjoyable, even with two young kids (1 and 3). He gave clear, engaging background at each stop and adjusted the schedule seamlessly whenever we needed extra breaks or had to shorten visits. He was very attentive—taking great photos, helping entertain the kids, and even holding one of them so we could take turns using the restroom. We really appreciated his flexibility, kindness, and warm personality. Highly recommend.

The Ubud monkey forest, watet temple, rice terace and waterfall tour was a great day out. This tour would be a great introduction to the Ubud area in Bali for those who have not been before. Iwayan budiatra our driver was a great guide and made the tour feel seamless. He was happy to show us other activities in and around the Ubud area as we had time to do so, which really added to our experience. Would definitely recommend this tour and Iwayan budiarta as our driver.

If you only had one day in Bali, this is the activity that you must do! Romy, my guide is simply the best. Not only was he my driver and guide, he acted as my personal assistant, photographer and Sherpa. I was so amazed with the number of coffees and teas you can try at Lumbung Sari. I drank them all and ended up with 7 packs to bring home. Next was the Monkey Forest where I have seen so many of our primate friends. Then it was the Rice Terraces at Tegalalang. So breathtakingly beautiful. Afterwards, it was the piece de resistance for me the chance to do purification at the Tirta Empul Temple. It was an out of this world experience. Final destination was Tegenungan Waterfall. Unfortunately because of the earlier rains we didn’t see it in its usual beauty.

We had a wonderful day during our day trip in Ubud going to Rice terraces, waterfall , temple and monkey forest. Our driver Ketut was amazing. Very prompt courteous and a very skilled driver. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Picked great spot for lunch and took many pictures for us. We can’t recommend him enough.

We had a fabulous time visiting the monkey sanctuary, rice terrace, water temple and waterfall. Our tour guide Dama was excellent with great knowledge about the attractions and also the local culture which was really interesting. Dama made an excellent suggestion of visiting the coffee plantation where we sampled many different varieties of coffees and teas including the rare and famous Lowak coffee. The mangosteen tea and avocado coffee were by far our favourites. The monkey sanctuary is a must where watching the monkeys is the best entertainment! I would definitely recommend this tour to fully experience what Ubud has to offer.

We had a fantastic day, just the two of us with our guide who was attentive and patient throughout. He was an impeccable driver, very knowledgeable and was really only focused on our enjoyment.
