Amazing full day out exploring Ubud. Our driver, Ma-de was fantastic and a big reason why our day was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this tour for a more laid back day trip, and recommend upgrading to the all inclusive ticket.

Booking through Trip Advisor is reliable and expedient - all communication goes through your email. The hot springs are lovely, a number of pools looking at the volcano Mt Batur. The temperature is regulated with natural cold water, just right.

Our driver was so wonderful Komang Winata - he was so lovely and was happy to answer our questions and share information about his culture, religion and the local area. We visited the rice fields, mountain hot springs and temple. He made us feel very comfortable. The buffet lunch was outstanding looking at the volcano. He was happy to be flexible with our timetable and gave us space to go out on our own always letting us know where he would be. Family of 3 with 13 years child.

We booked through Viator a few weeks before our arrival in Bali and I am confident to say this was the best tour experience I have ever had, our guide Ma-de was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, the entire day was mapped out perfectly we even got the chance to experience a luwak coffee plantation which my partner loved! Ma-de was incredibly informative and anyone considering this tour do it! The rice field, his guidance, the views and hot spring alone make it so worth it!

We did a full day Bali island tour,taking in a rice terrace complex,a coffee plantation,a Hindu temple visit,hot springs and dinner looking out on a volcano. Our driver Madea was just as importantly our guide and an excellent guide too.Madea is a great ambassador for Bali given that he was cheerful,very well spoken,very knowledgeable about each place we visited,giving local history and insite about each site.At the Hindu temple we were welcomed and made aware of the local do's and dont's of the Hindu religion.An interesting day spent by all our party.

We had such a great day experiencing this beautiful part of Bali. Putra took wonderful care of my family and very thoughtfully planned our day (waterfall first, all those steps! lots of bottled water; cold towels after activities; unexpectedly purchased my kids food to feed the Koi fish at the temple when he saw they were interested) and sharing his insights into the cultural and historical significance of the places we visited and things we saw along the way. Lunch at the Amora restaurant was top class and, wow, what an amazing location. The hot springs were really relaxing. The whole day was very well organised. Thank you very much :)

My husband, four year old son and I had the pleasure of being taken around Ubud and out near the volcanoes by Yande. Our tour included stops at a rice terrace, waterfall, coffee plantation, a beautiful (seriously, incredible) buffet with a view of the volcanoes, and down to the hot springs in front of Batur lake. It was an amazing day from start to finish. Yande was so kind, informative and patient and we really loved the whole experience. Thank you again!

We had so much fun with Dodik on our day trip around North Bali! He was super punctual, friendly, and tailored our trip to what we wanted to see and do (and not do, when we got tired by the end of the day). We appreciated him sharing his culture with us and teaching us about the different sites we visited. He helped guide us through the purification ceremony, and also took lots of pictures along the way. He’s also great at carpool karaoke! Suksma Dodik!

A brilliant day combining rice terraces, a volcano, hot springs and temples. We were staying at Jimbaran so be aware given the legendary Bali traffic that it will take around 2 hours to get to the Ubud area from there but still worth it. Gede was a great driver - friendly, safe and knowledgeable.

Phenomenal! Benik was a very punctual, safe and professional driver, and extremely knowledgeable. Heaps of fun too! The sites we visited were beyond beautiful, and Benik took some great photos too. This was the perfect day trip!

Our driver Benik was fantastic, he was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Benik picked us up at 7am and we went to the Rice Terraces and Waterfalls, at this time there was hardly anyone else around; it was so peaceful. The trip was fantastic! We were both very satisfied, we did not have to think about anything because our fantastic guide Wah Ko has thought of everything! He picked us up at the hotel and guided us to every place listed in the tour: from rice terraces to waterfalls, temple and spa. He was really an excellent companion, very helpful and prepared: he explained a lot about the places visited but also curiosities and local culture and religion. Last but not least, he was a great photographer for us, he allowed us to have some great shots that we can always take with us. We will not forget him as much as the experience. This was a smooth, memorable, and convenient tour around Ubud area. My tour guide, Desna, was highly professional answering all of my many questions while shuttling me around in challenging Bali traffic. It was nice to be in an air-conditioned vehicle and Desna was courteous and punctual. This tour covers a lot of ground that most tourists probably can’t do on their own, and I’m glad I took the time to see the wonderful sites!

Yes we thought this tour was awesome and all activities were great but the overall highlight was our superb guide Gidee (I hope I’ve spelt this somewhat correctly!). He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but an amazing human being, he made us feel like family and was great with our kids and everyone we encountered. I really hope whoever books this tour from this review is lucky enough to meet and share time with this wonderful man. Please for your own sake reach out and ask for this super friendly Balinese tour guide to make a good tour an unforgettable experience.

First day in Bali with this tour and a great start to the trip. I booked the tour one week prior and the company was excellent in the communication throughout the whole process. My guide Wayan texted me via whatsapp to pick me up at my hotel in Ubud. Vehicle was a comfortable ride and air conditioned in a Toyota passenger vehicle. We started off with the rice terrace and jungle swing, followed by a coffee plantation site and the native Lua coffee. Many coffee and tea tasting was great for morning tea. The highlight was definitely the hot springs and lunch at Mount Batur where the view was magnificent. Next was the trip at the temple and the holy water ritual for the Hindu religion. Finishing off was a visit to a waterfall and overall great variety in this tour.

The views of the Volcano and Rice parties were amazing and relaxing at the hot springs was fantastic. My guide Sinatra was patient, punctual and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a great tour today with ‘Pit’. We visited the rice terraces, volcanic hot springs with buffet lunch and Tirta Empul water temple. Pit was a great guy to show us around, very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly and a great driver……what more could you ask for?! Highly recommended tour and guide.

Today, we went on the Ubud Volcano Lake and Natural Hot Spring Tour. We booked late, the evening before, but our driver Ma-de was prompt for pick up at 8am. We began by visiting Tegalalang rice terrace (where we also had time to do the Jungle Swing). We had 1.5hrs soaking at the hot springs, before heading for a buffet lunch, with excellent meat, fish and veggie options. In the afternoon, we visited the Holy Spring Temple and the Tegenungan Waterfall. We avoided most crowds in the morning, and i would say it was definitely well worth the investment if you're looking for a trip that covers a bit of everything that Bali has to offer. Our guide was brilliant, informative and kept us hydrated with countless cooler box waters throughout the day. Thanks Ma-de

The tour was really amazing! Had a great last day and Jun (our guide) was really nice and helpful throughout. The entire trip was really nice and at the end he looked out for us at the waterfall and made sure we were safe. Very patient though we took a while for each activity. Would definitely recommend!!

Very enjoyable day out and excellent value for money. Manik was very knowledgeable and friendly and his English was excellent. He made us feel very welcome and guided us through the day very smoothly with perfect timings.

I would have no hesitation recommending Hire Bali Driver to anyone and will use them again as and when we return. Will also ask if we can have Kuit as our driver again too. Kuit was extremely knowledgeable and very informative imparting his knowledge about Indonesian culture, traditions, religion and the sites we toured and also an excellent cameraman and videographer. Clear and concise communication was easy via WhatsApp. He even dropped my wife’s sunglasses at the hotel as she left them in the car. Absolutely flawless.

We were fortunate to have Dudy from Hire Bali Driver as our driver/guide for this awesome tour. He is such a cool guy! We visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces first thing in the morning and later dined at a restaurant overlooking the spectacular Mount Batur and the lake. Then we spent time at Batur Natural Hotspring (a place with multiple hot springs pools for swimming and soaking) before visiting Tirta Empul Temple. The last stop was Tegenungan Waterfall before getting dropped off at our hotel. Each place was well worth visiting/exploring, and we didn’t feel rushed. We felt safe and well taken care of with Dudy by our side. To top it off, we really enjoyed the conversations with him during the rides. We definitely recommend the tour itself and Dudy the tour guide 😀

This tour was a literal perfect day!!! Omg. Dewa was our driver and guide and he was literally phenomenal. You need to ask for him. He was so knowledgeable that in every stop people were standing around listening to him and asking questions like he was working for the places we were at, but he just really knew his stuff. He was so cool and funny too!! He answered all questions from us and the other random tourists lol. I did not enjoy the swing at the rice terrace lol and screamed the whole time- he was a hoot about that too. Just hilarious. We had a lovely time and I wish we had done more tours with him. We spent the entire day with him and he even took us by two places that we mentioned we wished we had visited on the trip!! He did not have to do that and it ended up being amazing so we were so happy! Bali is magical but this tour was the cherry on top and Dewa was the whipped cream lol.

We had the best day out with Ma-de, he was on time to pick us up ready for a full day of sight seeing! We stopped at so many picturesque locations to take in the scenery and take lots of photos! We visited the Rice Terrace, Batur Volcano & hot springs, temple and waterfall to end the day! Our guide Ma-de was so helpful and answered all of our questions, gave us so much information and knowledge on each area. He was so friendly and helped us take lots of photos every place we stopped! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an all inclusive easy day out with no stress! 10/10!

Definitely a must take tour, especially with Desna. Top guide that is gracious, speaks English well an excellent driver is a hazardous traffic city like Ubud. Tour included rice paddies, coffee tasting, water temple, volcano and lLake Batur, natural hot springs, waterfalls and delicious buffet lunch. This tour covered so much ground in 9 hours and was the highlight of our tour. So many memories and Desna is an excellent photographer and videographer. Highly recommend him.

Amazing Tour! My wife and I had a great time. Our tour guide Berata was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about places we visited and gave us an unforgettable tour. Berata guided us through each venue and then would give us time to explore ourselves. We saw many things along the way and had a full day of adventure. The car was very nice and clean. If you are planning a trip to Bali I would highly recommend this tour, one of the best ones my wife and I have been on and we'll worth the money for how much we did and how much driving was done. I would highly recomend requesting Berata for your guide as is awesome and will give you a great experience.

My tour guide’s name was Desna and he was absolutely amazing, I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. In one day I saw the rice fields, volcano, bathed in hot springs, had a buffet lunch overlooking the mountain, visited the temple to see the local offerings/prayers and visited the waterfall in the middle of the jungle. Desna took photos of me everywhere and gave me enough time to explore on my own as well, which I greatly appreciated 🤗

The hot springs is a must see in Bali! Beautiful and relaxing scenery with a very friendly staff. Our wonderful driver Hendra was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He provided us with knowledge and insight into the culture of Bali! His driving skills are impeccable! Definitely felt safe being driven by him since the traffic in Bali can be a bit chaotic. The buffet Hendra took us to was delicious and had a beautiful scenery. Ive never repeated a same exact tour but I would definitely do this tour again with Hendra as my guide.

A must see experience! We had an amazing tour our drive Ma-de was espectacular, he took the time to explain all the different sites and also help us take the best pictures! We loved every minute of it and had the best honeymoon!!
