We had Bagus as our guide/driver and he provided an extra dimension to the memorable experience of seeing some of the wonderful sights and sounds Bali has to offer.. in 1 day (!) Good conversationalist in an unobtrusive way, it was very obvious he knows Bali inside out and could talk about a wide range of interests in regards to Bali/Indonesia and its culture(s). On our way to the different sights, he gave us interesting details on what to expect - the Batik clothing process, the monkey forrest, woodcarving etc etc. He told the stories with more enthusiasm and in greater detail than the people on the actual site. Highly recommended.

I initially met Bagus through the Heaven’s Gate Tour that I booked. Because I was so impressed with him I asked if he would continue as my driver for the remainder of my trip. He was amazing- he was very kind and sweet- always in good form and smiling. Bagus is a very gentle soul. He is punctual and caring and I felt like a princess being escorted from place to place. He collected me from Swing Heaven to bring me to a Healer that he had organised for me at short notice. This particular healer is very much booked up but Bagus ensured that he got me a slot before I went home and I am very grateful for this. Bagus is not intrusive and he knows how to give space when needed- for example before and after the healer I was anxious and emotional and Bagus just quietly sat with me. I also booked Bagus to bring me to the airport and before this we returned to Monkey Forest to see if I could secure a selfie with a monkey and Bagus did not let me down. I got my photographs and it was all done in an enjoyable and calm manner. Bagus also brought me to a Silver Crafting workshop and on our journeys we would chat and he’d tell me anything I needed to know about the different areas or the culture and beliefs of the Balinese. I was very lucky to meet Bagus. The photographs he took speak for themselves. Thanks Bagus. I will miss you and Bali. If I return some day I will definitely be hoping to secure you as my guide.

For my first trip to Bali, I was fortunate to have Bagus as my driver and guide. He did an outstanding job in showing me all the attractions, explaining ahead of time so when I arrived at each one I was able to take in even more information. I couldn’t charge my phone so he took many pictures on his phone, took me to 4 different phone stores to help solve my problem and then airdropped all the pictures to my phone once we got it working again. He really went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything as well as ensuring that I have a working phone for the rest of my trip! Well done Bagus!!

We went out with Bagus today and what a wonderful day it was. Bagus is neat, helpful, informative, terribly friendly and knows how to let his guests experience Bali. We had a beautiful italian tour in Ubud with Bagus. We visited most famous places in Ubud area (temples, waterfalls, rice fields). We used this service during our vacation in Bali. From the planning stage, our guide Bagus was fantastic: he supported us in choosing the itinerary, suggesting various routes, and especially customized the entire itinerary based on our preferences. Once we arrived, he was always available, punctual, and flexible—even modifying the originally planned itinerary according to our needs. Moreover, he told us all the Balinese customs and traditions in great detail, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in this incredible experience (and he also has excellent photography skills). In short, BAGUS FOR PRESIDENT!

I absolutely recommend this tour. Klau, our very helpful driver, accompanied us to the most beautiful places on the island and Ubud: monkey forest, Tegalalan, ubud market, tirta empul, goa gajah which represent the beauty of Bali. It is essential to have a driver because there is a lot of traffic and it is convenient to have a driver who knows the roads. Furthermore, in every place he accompanied us, he accompanied us inside taking photos or waited until we left.

BaliOne was the tour company I booked through Viator. They did not show up for the 8:30AM appointed pickup time. I called them and sent them WhatsApp message about not being picked up but no one responded. I also contacted Viator which tried contacting them too but got no response either. The Viator representative suggested I keep waiting in case BaliOne driver was stuck in traffic. I waited at my hotel lobby for over an hour and no one showed up. I called multiple times and finally after over an hour of waiting someone picked up the phone with BaliOne. The person said they did not get my booking, even though I booked over a month ago through Viator and got multiple confirmation emails reminding me of the tour through Viator. The Viator representative I spoke to said they alway confirm with the tour company before confirming. I have worked used Viator before so I tend to believe them and they are a large company with good reviews. I'm pretty sure BaliOne screwed up and dropped the ball. I don't know how they are on a tour since I never got to go go on the tour with them. It is just how they handled the situation which was very disappointing.

We did a full day of Ubud tour with Bagus Yadnya. There was room to personalize the itinerary, so we visited the Puseh temple, Tegalalang rice terraces and Tirta Empul temple. There was even the possibility for some stops along the way if there was something nice on the route to our next scheduled destination, so we also visited a coffee, tea and spices plantation. Bagus could tell so much about Balinese culture, religion and traditions. The drive everywhere was great, he had prepared cold water and various local snacks and had good airco in the car. He also knew a good place to have lunch, which turned out to have an amazing view. All in all, we had a fantastic day with Bagus and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to see the Ubud area in a relaxed, educative and fun way!

We spent one full day with Bagus Yandnya in a private tour and it was definitely amazing!! He explained us many things about Bali, and took us amazing pictures and videos in different places. We visited rice fields Tegalalang, waterfall Tegenuang, Monkey forest, elephant cave temple and tirtta empul and let us partecipate to melukat. The guided tour was amazing. Bagus was an awesome tour guide who had so much awesome facts about Ubud. The car ride between attractions was smooth and air conditioned. He let us take our time between each attraction. Overall great experience would definitely recommend.

We didn't really know what to expect as had never been to Bali before but our driver Bagus could not have done anything better. It was a long day and he drove us to 7 different places all over the island and was so friendly and informative. We learned so much about the island and its culture. If you're in two minds about booking this trip, just do it. You won't regret it. We had a morning free the he next day so booked Bagus again to explore more. Highly recommend.

Great tour through some very cool spots in ubud, our guide Bagus was superfluent in English, told us a lot of interesting things about Bali, its culture, history and religion, and his fotograph skills were truly impressive.
