Start to finish we used this company and got our driver Adi for all sorts of experiences. We did the waterfall tour, specialized tours, the nusa pendant tour with private snorkeling, the sunrise mount batur hike, and transfers as well. Adi was an amazing driver and guide to help get us around. The tours are wonderful and Adi was great!

A massive thank you to Gusti Yudi, our driver/guide. We travelled with 2 young kids, one of them having nut allergy - gusti went above and beyond to help us make sure the food my son was getting served did not have any nuts in them. He was so patient, understanding and down to earth we gelt like travelling with a friend not a guide. We had Riki as a driver on both occasions. We did a hotel transfer + added stops along the way, and an airport transfer. They happily accomodated a custom itinerary and was very easy to work with. Riki was super chill and a good driver!
The monkey temple was great! Seeing them up close and personal, and the general ambiance of the place was just amazing. I also really enjoyed the rice terrace and coffee plantation. The highlight for me though was probably the holy spring temple, there was a public bath and I took a dip with the locals there. The water was so crisp and clean and refreshing!
Pande was our driver. He was very informative and took us to all the places listed as well as another place that wasn't on the list. He was very patient and took great photos of us. We have seen so much in one day and learned so much about Bali. We were quite tired as it was a long day but it was so worth it. The car was very comfortable and well air conditioned which was much needed in the heat. Going down to the waterfall and back up was quite challenging so beware if you've bad knees or any sort of leg problems. There are drivers on scooters that can bring you back up for a fee but there is still a bit of walking required. Good shoes are a must.
Favorite part was seeing the Tenungnan waterfall up close from afar and the Tegallalang rice terraces experience. Good time away from citylife and to countryside. Our guide Nyoman was very considerate to us, as my mother cannot walk far, he consider the little details like which entrance to enter so as to avoid steps and have the best experience at a safe and comfortable pace for my mother.

We have liked mostly the hospitality of the guide who was with us throughout the trip and helped us at every place. Riki has been the guide for us for the 3 days as he was so good with places and easy to talk to. Would recommend him strongly for tourists in bali. On the last day he dropped us at airport. We had a fantastic day seeing the sights of Ubud with our very knowledgeable guide, Nyoman. Each location was well worth the visit and Nyoman filled us in on all the information as we walked around. We enjoyed a great lunch too, complete with a giant swing into the valley.

I can't rave enough our time on this tour and with amazing guide kacung. Bali is so beautiful but an amazing guide make all the different and Kacung make made this experience beyond incredible. He is so knowledgeable, funny, kind, He knew all of the best place for photos and took amazing ones.
