Best tour in Bali. Hat down to our driver/ tour guide (Mr. Yanse) for his expertise and hospitality. He was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the history of the sites. My wife and I had an amazing time. We definitely recommend this tour and you get a bonus if get Mr. Yanse as your guide.

In Bali, finding a driver is easy. Finding someone who can turn a day of sightseeing into a genuine cultural experience is something quite different. YANSE did exactly that. From the outset, he was punctual, calm and professional, but it was his willingness to slow the day down and share the meaning behind Balinese traditions that made the experience memorable. There was no sense of being moved quickly from one attraction to the next. Instead, there was time to ask questions, observe and understand. The standout experience was a Melukat at Pura Mengening, an ancient water temple surrounded by greenery and the sound of flowing sacred springs. Rather than leaving us to navigate the ritual as tourists, Yanse stayed with us and patiently explained the process. He taught us about the offerings, the prayers, the sacred water and how to respectfully take part in the purification ceremony. Knowing the meaning behind each step changed the experience entirely. What could easily have been another photograph on a Bali itinerary became something quiet, reflective and deeply personal. That is perhaps Yanse’s greatest strength as a guide: he doesn’t simply show you Bali; he helps you understand it. For travellers searching for a driver who is reliable, safe, patient and flexible, but who can also provide a genuine connection to Balinese culture, Yanse is an excellent choice. Our Melukat at Pura Mengening was one of those rare travel experiences where you stop feeling like a tourist and simply become present in the moment. A beautiful introduction to the spiritual heart of Bali and a memory we will carry home with us. 🙏🌿💧

In September 2025, my friend and I visited Indonesia for the first time. I did research on TripAdvisor of fun things to do in Bali and I found the Ubud Monkey Forest, Holy Water Temple & Waterfalls Tours. I figured this was a great way to see a lot of sites in Bali, all in one day. The day of the tour, our tour guide was Yanse. It was just us and Yanse. I didn’t realize it was more a private tour than a tour with other people. Sadly it was raining when Yanse picked us up. I learned later that Bali had experienced 48 hours of heavy rain which was very uncommon for this time of year. Bali had a lot of flooding and landslides due to all this rain. We stopped at all these places during our tour (in this order): Nadisuari Batik Factory, Monkey Forest, Abian Desa Rice Terrance, Cantik Agriculture Luwak Coffee, Lunch: Waroeng D'Yoni, Pura Tirta Empul, Taman Sari Waterfall & Natural Pool. My favorite places were Monkey Forest and Cantik Agriculture Luwak Coffee even in the rain. One monkey touched my arm and I have some funny pictures from this. At Cantik Agriculture Luwak Coffee, they let us try 13 Coffees/Teas. Then they had a store, that sold the coffee and teas we tried. I purchased two teas and one Coffee and Cocoa Mix which taste like hot chocolate. Lunch at Waroeng D'Yoni was good! I enjoyed my food. It was raining hard when we stopped at the Pura Tirta Empul temple. We had umbrellas but had on shorts and were wet and cold. We did not want to get sprinkled with temple holy water. In order to go to the next section of the temple, you had to get sprinkled. We were find with not going to that section of the temple. Yanse did not like this and started explaining why you get sprinkled with holy water. His explanation did not change our mind so we walked back to the car. After this, Yanse had an attitude the rest of the trip. My friend and I saw Yanse two days later at Happy Swing. He was so excited to see us. It was so funny how his attitude switched.

This was really tailored to what we wanted to do. Knowledgable driver/guide. Well worth it and would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our tour. Our driver, Yanse, was great. He took us to some off the beaten path waterfalls to avoid the masses and it was wonderful. The monkeys were very well behaved and we were able to do a purification ceremony with Yanse’s guidance at a less well known temple and it was beautiful.

We had Yanse as our guide. He was prompt, pleasant and very polite. He took us around without catching that for time and took lots of pictures for us voluntarily. But we were driving to all the different tourist destinations he constantly told us about the relevance of the different things that we saw while riding in the car. Highly recommend him.

The trip was so wholesome. Went to all the places in the comfort of our guide’s transport. Our guide was Moler and he was very accommodating and friendly. Although it was raining, he ensured we still go the full experience we needed. Worth every money spent and definitely loved the overall experience. Moler was an amazing guide! We learned a lot about the Balinese culture. He's not just your ordinary driver and tour guide but he's became our friend! It's my 2nd time to hire him and he's always fun to be with. He's the best! We'll hire him again if we come back to Bali!

Before our trip, we were messaging Kadek about our itinerary. He was extremely responsive and quick. It was so easy to customize a plan that would allow us to add places we really wanted to see. We ended up booking the experience for 2 days, which turned out to be perfect. Yanse, our tour guide, was AMAZING! We did a mix of the IG tour and added ATV, monkey forest, elephant bathing, and water ceremony activities. Yanse spoke fluent English and was so friendly and welcoming to us! He was always exactly on time when he picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off. He told us about the Balinese culture, his family, and the Balinese language as we toured each location and in the car ride. My husband and I didn’t feel so well the first day and he even brought us to a pharmacy to get medicine! He was so understanding and allowed us to move our 2nd day of activities back by a day so we could rest and get better. Yanse was very attentive to us. He took sooo many amazing photos for us and was so patient with us. Yanse knew what was needed and not needed for each activity and the prices for everything. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and versatile - Yanse is your guy. I could not recommend this experience enough. It was the highlight of our trip and we are so grateful.

A really great customized tour for me and my group of friends. Chikki was our tour guide for the day and he was very knowledgeable, informative and funny. We changed a lot in their given itinerary during the day but he was very patient with us and accommodating. Plus it doesn’t hurt that he will take good photos of you on these amazing sites! Overall, a recommended tour as an overall opening to what Bali has to offer.

We went on a Bali Private Instagram Tour with Kadek Tours recently. Our host was Yanse, who was very accomodating, patient, friendly & took us to several places in one whole day, which was well worth the money spent. We (my boyfriend and I) decided to book the Ubud trip that was advertised on Airbnb. Was the best decision ever!! Our tour guide name was Yande. He is really good, puntual, friendly and even went beyond by helping us arranging our trip to Nusa penida. While we were doing the reservation and seeing everything around he took care of our luggage’s wow. I had many valuable things in there so I was kinda afraid, but once we returned everything was just how he left it. Yande is the best tour guide.

We had an amazing time during this tour! Our guide, Mr Chiki, was absolutely the best! He was with us throughout the day from being on time in the morning to making sure we had fun the entire day, even kept us entertained in the car during the long rides. Was very patient and well spoken! It was one of our best days in Bali!

Yanse was a very generous and fun guide for myself and my boyfriend. He showed us several places that were on the itinerary as well as pit stops that were random and he was more than happy to accommodate all our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the cultural and historical information during our drive and sights around town and answered every question to the best of his ability as a tour guide. The tour itself was very flexible, we constantly changed our plans and Yanse was more than willing to accommodate. We even had to cut our tour a bit short because of some health issue but continued our tour with Yanse at a later date and had a very romantic time. I highly recommend Yanse, he was very personable, friendly and a great singer!
