We had a fantastic day with our tour guide and driver, Rukun. He was funny, friendly and very accommodating, taking us to all the places we wanted to see, including some great spots for authentic local street food. He also took us to a beautiful waterfall where we could cool off with a swim. Rukun took lots of fabulous photos of us with our own camera, which was a lovely bonus. He made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable, and we would highly recommend him!

I went with Dodik on customized tour of Bali. He picked me up from airport, then we went to Tanjung penao where I did water sports, then to penang penang, and finally Uluwatu sunset. He even took me to place where I can get vegan food for lunch. You don't get bored while on your tour conversing with him. I recommend tour with Dodik. PS If you are interested to watch Kecak dance, make sure you go early to Uluwatu by 4.15-4.30 or buy them earlier somewhere.

This is my second time I booked Putu and he arranged with Dede for us. My family (2 adults and 1 child) had a great unforgettable 6 days of memories with Dede in Bali trip. We planned a custom tour around Bali and he helped us to arrange everything as our need, so we have completed many activities, sightseeing and got many good experience for my family within 6 days. Traditional Barong Dance, ATV Ride, Rifting, Trekking Mount Batur, OKA Agriculture, Tanah Lot Temple, Candikuning Tavanan, Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple, Penida Island (Kelingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach, swimming at Crystal Bay), Kusamba Salt Mining, Kanto Lampo Waterfall. His photography also great so we have amazing photos of our trip, and he made our trip as efficient as possible in accounting for all the traffic. One of unforgotten memory is my wife accidently fall to river while rifting then he immediately dived the river to save my wife and my son also very happy with him to go around Bali during our trip. Dede gave us his service is more than tour driver and took responsible for our safely. So, we felt very safe and very happy the whole tour with him. We will see him again if we have chance to visit Bali. Thank Putu and Dede for great services.

Our driver Dodik was wonderful. We hired him for two days. We went to the monkey forest, turtle sanctuary, butterfly sanctuary, Tanoh lot Temple. I can highly recommend this company. English was excellent.

Highly recommended Putu for private tour. He arrived early to pick us up after we had negotiated pick up time to suit us. We had specific places we wanted to go as this was not our first trip to Bali and we didn't want to go to busy tourist areas. Putu was extremely accomodating to our requests. We had a fabulous lunch overlooking a waterfall that Putu took us to. An awesome day with a great guide.

Dede and Ame were both absolutely amazing! They’re funny, patient, knowledgeable, earnest to share their beautiful culture, and so so generous with their time! For an amazing price, my husband and I got a full day of adventures. I had just a few activities in mind, and Dede and Ame made sure we got to see what we wanted but also made additional stops and suggestions. An example of their dedication is the fact that due to the heavy rain, going to the monkey temple was unfeasible. Dede and Ame were willing to drive around for a good while, waiting and hoping for the rain to stop. When that didn’t happen, they kept on apologizing for the rain. They also went above and beyond by taking us to the rice terraces despite the rain, and both got drenching wet just so we can run out and take a picture. Their tour will be one of the highlights of our vacation!

We had a very good day with Leon. Leon was very nice, energetic and punctual. He introduced us some interesting Balinese cultures on the way. We will definitely book the service when we travel to Bali again.

Had a trip with driver/guide Leon. He ensured the best initerary organization, very relaxed yet on time we reached all the selected destinations. We had a great fun on the ways, not boring :P ..a damn good DJ, enjoyed the singing together :DD Managed to visit Tukad Cepung Waterfall, Besakih Temple, Tirta Gangga Water Garden, and ended with Lempuyang Temple (sunset). Pick-up and drop-off in Ubud provided. 5 stars for this.

We had an amazing day with Leon in the Ubud area. He arrived on time at the Hotel and was very friendly from the beginning. We visited a jewelry manifacture, a nice waterfall, the Monkey Forest, a coffee plantation and a rice terrace. He knows the culture and told us a lot of interesting facts on the road. He has a good sense of humour and is also a good driver. You can always feel safe with him behind the wheel in the crazy traffic of Bali. :-D We are more than happy to recommend him and Putu Bali to anyone.

We had Asta as a driver for the whole day, and he helped us design the trip. It took us to Temple by the water, the twin waterfalls, saw monkeys along the way, rice fields terasses in ubud, coffee farm where we drank diffrent coffee and tea, making shortcuts to drive more at the countryside. Asta is a great driver, real calm in the traffic and was always positive at mind. We talked a lot about cultue and politics, along the way, which where very rewarding for us. Asta is smart and funny. We highly recomend Asta and the company he works for.

My husband and I had a great time on our tour of Ubud with Dede. Not only did he take us where we wanted to go but he also did it with a smile and a joy of sharing all the great information about all of our destinations. Your next trip shouldn’t be complete unless accompanied by the awesome hospitality of Dede. We were very lucky we got Dede as our driver for our day tour in Ubud, Bali. He is such a great driver, who we all felt so comfortable with. We felt very safe with him, especially because we were four girls travelling together for our first time in Bali. Dede  spoke great English and is very friendly which made it very easy to communicate with him. He took us to all the places we wanted to go to and even gave us some great other recommendations of places to check out in Bali. He was also very informative and provided us with a lot of important details about many of the spots we visited and things we should be aware of. He was so helpful when we wanted to get some group pictures and explained some of the history of the places we were visiting that we weren't aware of.  He was very accommodating to our needs. I  will definitely be recommending friends and family to hire Dede as their driver when they travel to bali. My three friends and I booked a day tour with Dede today. We arrived in Bali yesterday and haven't had much time to explore. Dede did an amazing jobs by taking us to all of the main sightseeing places in and around Ubud. He also was very helpful with providing us recommendations for places to see as we were very open to ideas but also fulfilled our requests. We felt very comfortable and safe with his driving as well! I would highly recommend him to all of my friends if they come to Ubud in the future and definitely reach out to him myself next time I come back for vacation!

Prior to coming to Bali I decided to organise a tour of Ubud as we were only spending two days in the area for me and my friends. I found this company through trip advisor and based on recommendations decided to book. On the 29th of December our tour began. GEDE was our driver and guide, he was prompt and was so friendly. Our tour was ten hours but GEDE made it feel like we were old friends hanging out. He answered all our questions and made an effort to get to know us. It was our first day in Bali so we weren’t sure of what to do, GEDE made sure we saw all the amazing places and made the transition from each place seamless. We visited the Elephant Sanctuary, Elephant Cave, Tibumana Waterfall, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Coffee Plantation Monkey Forest and a few more places. At each stop GEDE would bring us around the attraction and again answers our questions (which we had a lot) GEDE has excellent English so communication was not a problem. I would highly recommend this company and particularly GEDE, it was a great way to see Ubud.

We have booked the airport pickup, one day tour, hotel to airport through Putu driver and we found the price very reasonable. We were assigned driver/tour guide Ngurah in our whole journey. Ngurah is young, patient, flexible, friendly and punctual. When we arrived airport it was already passed the lunch hour and we were hungry, he was flexible to drop us a place for lunch when we were on the way to our hotel. For all the trips, Ngurah would try his best to accommodate where we want to go and he is flexible and patient. He is causal and relaxed that makes us feel stressed-free along the trip. He also helped us to take good pictures and we were happy. Overall, we are happy with the private tour and would definitely use them when we visit Bai again, and I would recommend Ngurah to my friends whom will visit Bali in the future.

Private Drivers are a dime a dozen in Bali. A bad or good experience is largely down to luck, especially on your first go. In my case, without going into too much detail, things started out very rocky (quite literally) and I was less than impressed given the glowing reviews I've read on Tripadvisor. However, more importantly, was how the situation was dealt with and rectified. Putu was very responsive and has a very good command of English. Upon outlining the predicament I was in, he acceded to my request within the day and replaced me with a new driver, even asking if he could meet me in person to apologise. On my following trip, my new driver even informed me that the trip would be complimentary, and I only had to pay if I used him overtime. While I did not accept the offer, I appreciated the sincerity and generosity of the gesture. While there can be no guarantees on the road, reliability and trustworthiness are your best friends when travelling. If you are ever in Bali, request for Oka. It will be the best choice you make, even if you decided on the go, or at the last minute.

Found Putu Bali thru good reviews on tripadvisor and truly good experience. Booking via email is a breeze and Putu always answer within a day with suggestions on the itinerary. We are assigned a good driver Dede who is friendly and accommodating. He helps fine tune our trip to make best use of our day trip. Thanks to him, we enjoyed in a relax and fun way. Thank u Dede for helping me keep my cap which i left in the car.

It’s a definite must do. My driver was Ngurah he’s the best, very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We went to the Tegenungan Waterfalls, Monkey Temple, Rice Terrace, the Temples to mention a few. I enjoyed my trip from Ubud and back to Legian. I would highly recommend them. We traveled as a couple to Bali with my wife. Initially, we scheduled two day-trips with Putu Bali driver. Unfortunately could not take the second trip due to personal reasons. The experience I am sharing is of our first trip to temples, lakes and Sekumpul waterfall tour. I booked Putu Bali online reading reviews from Tripadvisor and I was surprised how responsive and fascinating the interaction was. Very well planned, executed and delivered trip by Putu Bali. We drove with driver Ngurah, very good guy, on time, polite and interactive. Reasonable price and very good guest relationship management. All the best team Putu Bali driver !!

We had 2 full day tours with an amazing tour guide - Wayan Ari. On both days we got fetched by Wayan on time at our hotel in Legian. On the first day - we went to the beautiful Tegenungan waterfalls, monkey forest and then to a temple in Ubud. The second day we went to hidden beaches, Uluwatu temple and then for sundowners went to Single Finn. Wayan also took us to the airport on our last day. He’s is very well spoken, very interesting - he knows a lot about Bali, you can ask him anything. I would highly recommend doing tours with this company and specially Wayan Ari! He was also our personal photographer and took amazing pictures!

Friends of us recommend us the Putu Bali drivers and we weren't disappointed. Very nice service, always in-time and we even were able to organize/plan our day tour with them (so we skipped some stations and added some others that we would like to see). Communication via WhatsApp worked well, fast responses all the time! If we come back to Bali definitely get in contact with Made (our driver) again! He was very nice and reliable and spoke English very well!

Wow, having a private driver was a game changer for us. We got this recommendation from a friend and will definitely pass this onto others. Communicating with Putu via email/wechat was easy and he was very prompt with responding. We had Ravy as a driver and he was wonderful. He was a safe driver/efficient, professional and very friendly. Putu was recommended through a friend because he speaks English very well. I was a little surprised when in the end it was not himself who showed to pick me up but one of his drivers. His name is Made. He was always on time and very responsive. He drove me safely from one point to the next and stopped in a few places to do some sightseeing. The sites were nice (two templates and one coffee Luwak plantation). Thank you

I don't really do reviews but Oka needs a recognition. I have booked airport roundtrip transportation and two full day tours with Putu company who my friend Apple recommended to us. Our driver was Oka and he communicated with me throughout the whole time by WhatsApp. First, our flight was delayed for almost two hours and he was very patient upon our arrival as we arrived at midnight. On the way to our hotel, he confirmed our itinerary for the next day and what time we will start our day. He is always 15 minutes early. During our tour, he gave us recommendations where to eat and gave us information with all the questions we asked. His schedule was very flexible and ensured our time was spent well. Also, we found out our friends from Cali visited Bali the same time as us and he offered to pick them up and have dinner together. Amazed how awesome he is!!! When he was about to bring us back to the airport, he surprised my husband with local donuts as he knows my husband searches for the best donut in the world. Thank you Oka for your patience, communication, and making our visit to Bali very memorable!!! We miss you already!!!

Me and 6 friends signed up to view the sites around Bali and had a blast! Our tour driver was Ravy, he spoke perfect English and was able to answer any question we had about Bali or Indonesia in general. The rice terraces were nice to see, the coffee we got to try was delicious at the plantation, and the waterfalls were of course a must see if you come to Bali. Ravy was a great defensive driver on the crazy Bali roads and got us to all of our stops and back home in one piece with ease! Thanks again sir!

We had such an incredible experience with Putu Bali Tours. Gede was our driver and guide for our full day tour and we loved him so much that we booked a second full day with him. Not only did he tour us around for 2 days but he also transferred us between hotels in Ubud and Nusa Dua. Gede arrived always on time and communicated very well with us through WhatsApp! His English was great and he was really fun to be with for the day!! He took our pictures for us at all of the sights he brought us to and they turned out amazing. He was even taking some candid ones that he sent to us later that day! They were beautiful! We had a list of things we wanted to see and do, he made sure to accommodate everything as well as giving us plenty of recommendations of other things we didn’t know about! Day 1: Gede picked us up from our hotel in Ubud and we spent the day at temples, rice terrace, monkey forest, Bali swing (adventure), restaurants, art gallery and ubud market! I would do all of this again in a heartbeat. Day 2: Gede picked us up in Nusa Dua at our hotel and took us on a beach adventure!!! We toured around to all the different local beaches, stopped at an awesome place for lunch and saw Uluwatu before going back to the hotel. We had so much fun laughing all afternoon and taking in the breathtaking scenery. Gede really made us feel like the trip was all about what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable the entire time! Being in a new country can be intimidating and I never once felt uneasy. Gede really made our trip perfect!!!! It would not have been the same without him! If you’re reading this and seconding guessing whether to book or not.... do it!! It is 100% worth it! Can’t wait to be back in Bali and requesting Gede again!

My husband and I hired Putu Bali Driver for several day services while staying in Kuta from 3/10- 3/16. I reached out to Putu early October to start planning our trip in Bali. This company was one of the few well rated companies in TripAdvisor. I continued to monitor the feedback over the months prior to our vacation and they were consistent. Our vacation is in March and since this is our first time to visit Bali, I wanted to determine the most cost effective, flexible, and safest way for us to tour Bali. Although Bali is small, compared to the other islands that we have visited, it takes a while to go to various places due to the roads and traffic. According to several books and articles that I had read, hiring a private car and English speaking Driver was the most cost-effective, flexible, and safest. This is one of the best decisions that we made since it’s crazy driving in Bali having to navigate through unwritten rules and chaotic driving. Putu was very responsive to my inquiries on e-mails and WhatsApp. He had excellent written English language. I requested for his recommendation for tours and the approximate costs. He was flexible. I was concerned about the weather and the status of Mount Agung so I want to have flexibility to modify our tours. I wanted a stress-free vacation and read about the taxi scams. I hired Putu Bali Driver to pick us up at the airport. Putu provided the contact info of the driver via WhatsApp. Ravy was our driver. He picked us up at the airport. The initial plan was to also give us a tour around Kuta and Jimbaran Bay after we checked into the hotel. It poured when we arrived at the hotel and there was thunder. My husband and I was so tired and didn’t feel like touring in pouring rain. Ravy was so accommodating and was ok with not touring. I only paid for the Airport pickup. Ravy was our driver for the rest of our stay in Kuta. We toured the southwest and Ubud area. Ravy’s English is proficient and he provided insights to the places we visited. He was both a driver and tour guide. We wanted to experience delicious and reasonably priced local food. He took us to warungs that were local favorites and we invited him to join us for lunch and dinner since he was great companion. He also was great offering to take our photos! Ravy provided great tips. As an example, Ravy warned us when we visited Uluwatu Temple to be careful with items such as eyeglasses since monkeys that reside there will steal them. We saw several monkeys with eyeglasses, shoes, and other items stolen from the visitors. Ravy is an excellent driver and we were comfortable knowing that we were in safe hands. He was trustworthy as well. Always on time and we felt safe leaving our valuables in the car. Overall, we were very satisfied with hiring Putu Bali Driver and having Ravy as our driver.

We hired Putu for the day as our son in law had previously used him. Putu was on time, he was accommodating to our needs and offered great suggestions as the best way to spend the day. We went to the waterfall, holy water temple on a holy day which was extremely busy and gave us great insight to the local customs and culture. Lunch at D'alas amongst the tree tops which is a must visit. If you want a fantastic day Putu is your driver highly highly recommend. We will see you again Putu.

It was our first time in Bali, we booked a day tour with Putu Bali Driver Private day tour. Our driver Wayan was very comunicative and super awesome, he told us everything we need to know about Bali and he shows us all the nice places. The next day we booked him again for Ubud Tour because we really are comfortable with him to be our Private driver and guide. Wayan always came on time and very helpful. I was lucky enough to have Ravy as my driver today around waterfalls and temples I chose to visit. As a solo traveller it was great to have someone that made sure I was looked after, descending what seemed like 50 million stairs to the waterfalls, taking photos for me and making sure I had an umbrella when the rain hit. He was entertaining and a lovely man. Highly recommend for anyone wanting tours of Bali!

My wife and I spend 5 days in Bali for our honeymoon. During our visit there, we spend most of our time traveling all around Bali with the help of Mr Jul. He is punctual, kind and very helpful. Definitely going to recommend him to anyone in need of driver in Bali.
