He managed to include all the places we had planned ourselves, even though our itinerary was quite full, and he organized the day very smoothly without making us feel rushed. He was flexible, listened to what we wanted, adjusted the route when needed and made sure we had enough time at every stop. He was also happy to answer our questions and share information about Bali, local life, culture and traditions. I took a half-day tour which included the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, the Ulu Petanu Waterfall and a visit to a local Coffee plantation. The guide was very patient, gentle and spoke very good english which I appreciated. He took photos all along the routes and was always kind and courteous.

Our driver Komang arrived at our out of the way Villa in Sanur on time. As 3 mature women we did want adventure just to see beautiful Ubud for a couple of hours. We requested a Palace, Temple & rice terraces. Komang took some great photos of us at the rice terraces. He was great at answering our many questions. Very nice young man.

Abdi picked my friend and I up at 8.00 am this morning & we travelled to Tegalalong to see the Rice Terraces. He was so good taking us to 2 different places so my friend who is 89 was able to walk around on flat ground helping her when needed, so I was able to see more of everything. From there we went to Pura Tirta Empul Temple, which was magnificent. He once again he helped my friend up & down all the stairs & over uneven surfaces. He took so many beautiful photos that we will treasure. We then went to Omma for lunch, where Jill was able to use the lift, have a delicious lunch and see the Tegenungan Falls.There was no rushing us. We asked him to take us to Junglegold Chocolates, which was a great drive through the villages and rice fields and was out of his way. He didn’t hesitate. He was friendly, jovial and such a pleasant man. Day was so enjoyable. Thank you Abdi.

Our Guide Mr. Bram is a very kind and experienced driver, he provided water and brought us to the most iconic places around Ubud. On his advice we visited also a luwak coffee farm. The rice terrace is very touristy with different types of swings and other activities. We were expecting a local rice terrace, but it actually includes a fun park. One should not expect to much time for each side, with two waterfalls, one rice terrace and the trita empul temple the day was gone. 4 stars because the rear seat belts didn’t work!
Gusti was a great guide. This tour really fit what we wanted to do, rather than a pre-described “instagram tour”. Gusti suggested an alternative temple to visit from the one we had initially picked and it turned out to be the best stop of the trip.

This trip was really good. Our tour guide Dewa met us on time in the morning and made sure we were comfortable before heading off to our first stop. Dewa was patient with us, always happy to take photos and gave us background places on the sites we were visiting. He did not rush us through anything, which is something we really appreciate. Although the traffic in Ubud was quite busy, the car was comfortable and he was happy to listen to whatever music we suggested. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Bali or the Ubud region!

This day trip was a great experience, we started by visiting 2 different waterfalls (Kanto Lampo and Tibumana), then the Tirta Empul temple and ended with a lunch in front of the Tegalalang rice terrace and a walk in these rice fields. Our driver was Kadek, on time, very polite, friendly and helpful. And a safe driver, which is highly appreciated when you have small kids. If you are short in time and want to see a couple of great places around Ubud, I highly recommend this full day trip
The customisable tour is a great way to explore Ubud on your own terms. We visited the Bali swing, rice terrace, a temple, a waterfall, and also did the Alasan ATV adventures, which was the highlight of the day - so fun! We had lunch at Cretya Sunset (part of the ATV package) which was absolutely delicious! Our tour guide was Kadek Adi who arrived early to pick us up, was ready with an umbrella when it started raining, and patiently waited for us to complete all our activities.

We would have wished the driver was more of a specialty tour guide. He was a great driver and put up with long hours on the road and all the rain, and Bali is not an easy place to drive in, but he was not a knowledgeable guide. We wanted to know more about the culture and about the sites but it was not his specialty so we were disappointed. He was the least friendly person we met while in Bali so that was a bit off putting as well
Dewan, our driver was amazing! He was so so friendly and knowledgeable about everything in Bali and answered all of our questions. We visited the rice patty field, coffee plantation and 3 beautiful waterfalls! Dewan planned our trip around the weather and peak tourist times to make sure we had the best tour possible. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to travel to ubud for the day and request to get DEWAN!!!!
We had an amazing tour with Dewan. He was so attentive and accommodating. He picked us up on time and spoke very good English. We went to see 2 beautiful waterfalls.... a coffee plantation....and the the rice field. Unfortunately it rained towards the end of our tour but he was always there with umbrellas for us so we did not get wet. Due to the rain we did not get to do the bali swing. So he took us shopping instead. Its a private tour and he can cater to what you want to do. I would highly recommend this tour. You won't regret it. Oh forget to mention it included a delicious lunch. 😋

Was very happy with the day and he even stopped off at the coffee plantation even though it wasn't on our list. We had the most amazing day with Whisnu our tour guide and driver!! This experience is very good value, communication about the day (pick up location, time, itinerary ect.) was excellent. We got picked up from Canggu, saw 3 of the waterfalls, did a tour of the coffee plantation, had lunch then stopped by the rice paddy fields as well. Whisnu was an absolute legend, he is so kind and funny as well as very knowledgable and happy to chat and answer questions. I would recommend!

The Ubud Full Day Tour was a delightful blend of relaxation and adventure. The serene beauty of Tibumana Waterfall and Kintamani View were enchanting. The cultural exploration of Goa Gajah Temple and Tirta Empul Temple was insightful. The ATV Adventures and Bali Swing added an adrenaline rush to the day.
Our driver was great - helped us drive to different swing places to compare prices and let us hang out there to take photos. He also brought us to a really good lunch spot and let us check out a random outlet shop we spotted midway through our journey. Would definitely recommend with the flexibility they afforded.
Very very good experience of exploring Ubud. Getting you to the key visiting sites in comfortable and convenient driving. We embarked on a culture trip with our tour guide Abyu, sharing with us various stories in Bali. Our driver and Abyu were very friendly and with such hospitality, taking us to good restos (lunch and dinner) and good massage place. Had a really wonderful trip :)
The driver was punctual, car was clean and comfortable. Driver was able to converse in English. We suggested some places outside of the planned itinerary and he was able to schedule it. Overall experience was good, although the weather was pretty hot. Amazing day in Ubud even though the time spent was quite little.
Our driver Gede Putra went above and beyond to take care of us during the tours. He had the best recommendations and took us to the prettiest sights with loads of knowledge on the culture and history of Bali. He also has a great eye for photos and is more than willing to take as many as you’d like! He has probably taken more than thousands for us and they all look top quality. Overall if you go with any driver please go with Gede Putra, we saved his contacts and will be contacting him for our next visit.
It’s an interesting experience to try out the different swings & photo spots. However, it’s really difficult to get a nice shot even after purchasing for the professional photographer service. Also, the queue for popular swings requires up to an hour
The tour was sensational, incredible and super wonderful. Our guide helped us a lot, he took a lot of photos and videos with our cell phones the whole time. The experience at the waterfalls was great and very good. The car is super new and clean. Our guide arrived super on time and always very kind. The trip was the first one we made in Bali, so it gave us a really nice first impression of the island. Sandy was the best tour guide we could think of. The pick up and the whole tour was well organized. He showed us good spots at the monkey forest and the rice terraces. We laughed a lot and it felt like a friend showed us around. On the car rides he told us a lot about living in Bali and we learned many new things about the real life in Bali.
