Ubud City Tour I: Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Art Market, And Waterfall

Very nice tour and nice guide.

Our tour guide Sili picked us on time and looked after us all day. We saw some of Bali's most interesting places and learnt alot about the Balinese lifestyle and culture

Jacky took us to the monkey palace today. he is a very safe driver and great company. He was on time to pick us up and also took us around local area after!

Jacky was ontime, very friendly as always, and again very catering towards our needs, stopping off at shops and service stations if we ever needed anything, no task was too big for him, would highly recommend

Jacky has been great throughout our trip. He is very knowledgeable and can take you anywhere you want to go! He even helped my husband speak with and bargain with the tailor! He took us to the bali swings today.

He took us to the market, Ubud Palace, the Monkey Forest, and a beautiful waterfall. He did a great job making sure we were comfortable throughout the day and gave us interesting information about each place we visited. He was also very accommodating and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was Jacky personality. He was kind, fun, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. Today we participated in Ubud tour that we could adjust to our needs as we preferred visit rice terraces rather than monkey forest. Everything went very well, Netra was great again as a driver and tour guide. Answered all our questions and was super helpful.

Darma our driver was fantastic! We loved our trip to Ubud, he was informative along the drive and we even did an extra stop at the coffee plantation on the way to the monkey forest, we really enjoyed this! Good tour but we’ve had better drivers Tour itself was a nice overview of Ubud but our driver was a bit hard to understand, didn’t turn the car A/C cooler despite me asking twice (it was very hot outside and I continued to sweat on the car rides) and didn’t offer much information about the area unless asked directly. He was nice but we’ve had some other excellent tour guides and that did not happen this time.

The attractions we visited were what we asked for, but an additional stop at a coffee plantation was added. They tried to have us taste and then buy coffee. We declined and we were not excited about this extra stop. Our driver Jacky was good, even if it was hard to understand him at times. He did not give much info just mostly driving only. He was pleasant, especially during our very long ride back to the hotel. He was also very courteous. The attractions were good and we were glad we went and also glad that we had minimal attractions to see because of the amount of driving time required.

Me and my family had a private tour and we really enjoyed it. Driver was very helpful and gave us enough time to visit all the places.

I had such a great experience with Eco Bali Tours, and our guide Taka made the day truly special. We visited several spots including the Ubud Market and Tegenungan Waterfall (beautiful!), and Taka was both incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout. What really stood out was his eye for photography—he took some of the best travel photos I’ve had in a long time! He truly has the eye and such a positive spirit. I’m so grateful to have met him and wish him and his family all the best. Highly recommend booking with Taka if you’re visiting Bali!

Irwan our driver was great and we felt we had plenty of time in each place. We had a private mini van for our family of six which was great. The monkey forest was first on the schedule but it was closed due to heavy rain and because of the accident two weeks previously. Irwan rearranged our itinerary so we went to the market and the temples first. By the time we came back to the monkey forest it was open again. Great experience of Bali must sees. Due to heavy rain the waterfall and river waters were brown, which you rarely see in advertisement photos, so don’t be disappointed! Views of the volcano and the rice fields on the way their and back from Kuta an added bonus.

Gus was our driver and guide for the day! He was super helpful and answered all our questions about Bali and the places he visited. He planned the tour well so we had enough time to spend at each location! glad we had him with us for the day :)

A wonderful trip with an excellent driver cum tour guide, who was always caring, took good care of us. Monkey forest and the waterfall were most interesting. Ubud palace was quite interesting, despite us did not enter the palace premises, as they were preparing for a cremation in a couple of days.

Great tour - Surya (our guide) kept us informed via WhatsApp of his arrival. He was very polite/professional & a pleasure to spend our time with, he was informative and answered questions asked. The tour is worth going on, wasn't rushed & Surya was quite happy to take photos, even suggesting some spots at the Monkey Park & Waterfall to take them, nothing was to much trouble. We had free time at the Market/Palace. The tour is good value and we would definitely recommend the company & Surya as a guide

Excellent tour and driver. Enjoyed the private tour at our own pace. Traffic is heavy but we enjoyed the time sitting in our air conditioning.

We booked this trip as a family (including 7yr old) to see some more of Bali. Our driver Mir was great. Friendly, informative and spoke clear English…he really made extra effort and would recommend if you want to see Bali by this route.

It was a good ride! The driver was very patient and took us to many places. Although it was raining heavily, there was no inconvenience due to the service of the driver. The view is great! The driver was friendly, too. Talking to me all the time, it's fun!

Agus was the perfect host. We loved the monkey sanctuary, exploring the centre of Ubud where we were able to find a bite to eat and look through the art market. A swim in the waterfall was a great way to end the tour.

This was a, wonderful expedition. The driver was a delight, and a font of information on local religion, customs and culture. The monkey forest is home to some deeply evocative temples. The Ubud art markets were filled with delightful finds. The waterfall is breathtaking. This is a fabulous day trip. Don't miss it!

Great driver, clean car and fun day out. The monkeys were abundant and fun. There was a lot of water coming over the waterfall, and could get so close. Wish we took our bathers as you can swim when not too much water.

Ubud is a victim of his success. Super active city with shops, bars and restaurants. Very difficult traffic. Saturated with cars and especially scooters in narrow streets. Noise everywhere. Extremely narrow sidewalks cluttered with trees and scooters, sometimes dirty and poorly lit. On the other hand the Balinese are very nice and everything finally worked out. Watch out for the pilfer monkeys near Monkeys forest.
