Snorkeling With Manta Rays In Nusa Penida Experience (All-inclusive)

Extremely well organised snorkeling trip, I really enjoyed the day with Gusde and Rama, they thought of everything. I also appreciated the small group size, I would definitely recommend!

We were provided with all the information we needed, such as timings well in advance which helped us plan our day. Our guides were friendly and professional. We were lucky enough to see mantas, dolphins, turtles and plenty of fish and we recieved photos and videos of us on the same day! Overall, amazing experience, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience! Highly recommend booking with these guys if you’re looking for a snorkeling / manta tour. If you have your own underwater camera, don’t even bother bringing it as the photos they will take of your group are incredible - quality is so clear and they work hard at getting really great shots of everyone. We had a great day, would absolutely book again if we come back to Bali.

My husband and I decided to spend our last full day in Bali snorkelling and we absolutely loved the whole experience. We were picked up by Sutha from our hotel and taken care of the whole day, it was such a seamless experience. This was my first time snorkelling and our guide Rama was excellent he got us sorted with all our gear, took lots of underwater photos of us and we saw so many fish, coral and even turtles 🐢. Once we’d finished snorkelling Sutha took us to the restaurant where there are showers and we sat overlooking the beach having a lovely lunch - the whole day was well organised and made for a relaxing end to our honeymoon - thanks Sutha, Rama and the whole team at ForeverVacations we’d highly recommend 💕

My wife and I booked the private snorkeling trip for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! Having our own boat and private guide gave us the flexibility to find the Manta Rays and get some awesome up-close and personal encounters! I recommend this over taking the other boats which were crammed with 10-20 people and one guide. Our snorkel guide Eka did a phenomenal job, as did Mang Dut who got us there and back safely and made sure everything was perfect!

The trip went flawless from A to Z. Early pickup from hotell, ferry over to nusa. Then the trip really started when we transitioned over to the snorkeling boat. We did explore 4 snorkeling sites where we saw Manta ray, turtle and an abundant of other marine life. I did book a private snorkeling trip and the attention the crew gave was reassuring as I did the trip with my daughter. Many thanks to Peter & Eka for making the day as good as it could be 🙂 The only thing i wished was that the day was longer and we couls snorkle alot more 🙂

Amazing experience! Had booked the half-day snorkeling only tour and wasn't disappointed! Saw lots of manta rays that were swimming back and forth in between tourists, touching their arms and legs every now and then. Also saw a few sea turtles and was lucky enough to observe one right at the surface, catching a breath and then diving down again. The snorkeling guide Boneng did a fantastic job at spotting animals anf taking stunning pictures and videos of us snorkelling (us meaning me and only one other guest - it was only the two of us on the boat) - highly appreciate having these memories! 🙏🏼 Had a private driver, Alus, who was always there to help, incredibly friendly and also shared great tips for the rest of my time in Bali. Highly recommend and would book again, thank you!

Great trip and we were lucky enough to see the amazing manta rays and turtles. The Boat provided everything and also life jackets to swim in which were great for our two children who aren’t great swimmers and in their words it was the best moments ever to see the manta rays. We had a seamless experience and an amazing snorkel trip! Verry,Ngurah,Wijana and Eva took such good care of us and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. The communication was easy and even though we were a little complicated with our plans and some needing to go to the airport afterward everything was taken care of and made the day so easy that we only had to worry about making sure we had fun! The reef and marine life were some of the best we had seen in our travels!

We had a wonderful day! With the prompt pickup for our early start to navigating some difficult traffic conditions, it was perfect! You can’t guarantee Mantas or even having great guides but everything was great!! No real negative feedback. We are not real beach people so the time at Crystal Bay could have been better used to see more of the island or market shopping but it was just beautiful and the weather cooperated. Alit and Eka were tremendous. The entire trip was well communicated and we knew what to expect. They went above and beyond taking pictures for us and helping us with coffee and breakfast because it was such an early start. The snorkeling with Eka was perfect- he showed us where to look and made sure that we all felt comfortable in the ocean. I will use their services again.

I was lucky enough to see manta rays and sea turtles as well as coral and lots of colorful fish during my snorkel trip. Gusde picked me up from my hotel and took me to the ferry in Sanur where I had time to get a coffee and croissant while he took care of getting ferry tickets. Adnyana met me on the other side and I joined a smaller boat with three other people to go to four different snorkel locations. The first spot is where the manta rays hang out. There are other snorkel boats in the area too, so it’s a little ‘kick-in-the-face’ snorkel like, but not too bad. There’s a lot of plastic and garbage floating in the ocean here, which was sad to see. But the manta rays were there the day I went. The next spot usually has sea turtles. The visibility was good and no trash in the water here. Less people here than at the manta ray spot, which was nice! There were turtles the day I went. The next two spots were for fish and coral and again less crowded and no trash in the water. The fourth spot even had blue starfish. The snorkel guides were great taking photos with a GoPro that they shared through WhatsApp after. The afternoon is to see the island. It starts with lunch at a beach club type place on Khamara Beach. Beautiful beach, clear water, good food. Take your book if you want to relax as if you opt not to see the additional sights on the island, you will have lots of time here. Also, be sure to communicate your preference early in the tour to make sure you have enough time for everything. After that it’s a drive on bumpy roads to see the stunning Kelingking cliffs and beach below. WOW! So stunning. Then it’s back to the ferry and back to Sanur.

I was so lucky to have an entire boat to myself, where Eka and his team took great care of me while snorkeling. Even when I felt scared they were so encouraging and kind. We saw it all; manta rays, turtles and gorgeous shoals of fish. I can’t recommend this tour enough if you are solo or traveling in a group.

Really well organised day with spectacular results. Mega charmingly met us and looked after us all day. The snorkelling with Borning was amazing and - the cherry on the cake was that he turned out to be a great photographer as well. The photos are fantastic.

Had an amazing trip so well looked after by the entire team, especially Agus and Eka. As a solo woman I loved how safe I felt, and how thoughtful you were about what I was interested in. This trip did exactly what I wanted...focused on a quality snorkelling experience with maximum time in the water and great photos. Despite the windy day and choppy water I felt safe and was delighted we managed to see manta rays. It was incredible. Also enjoyed the other snorkel spots especially the beautiful soft corals with little clown fish, and then the turtle spot at the end! Everything was well organized, and the small group size was perfect. The lunch was delicious. A brilliant day and honestly and unforgettable experience with the rays. This was an incredible experience all around. The company was communicating since I booked the experience so all of my questions were answered. Tomato was our driver and very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and travel. He made the car ride to the trip extremely informational. Then Gede /Benne was our snorkel guide and took the most impressive photos and videos for us with the Mantas. 10/10 would recommend this experience!!

Amazing experience! The planning and communication was so incredibly easy and organized. We felt comfortable from the start. They are very flexible and easy to deal with. Could not rate the team highly enough especially Beni and Eka. We had the greatest day on the Manta Ray Snorkeling Tour. We got to see Manta Ray and turtles as well as a lot of fish and coral. Ekka drove the boat around until we found a Manta Ray. Would suggest getting a private boat as much more enjoyable. Thank you to all the team for making our day enjoyable.

Great expierence, up close with the mantas was amazing and the second reef we visited really impressed my friend that hadn't snorkled before.

The tour was great! The team was super communicative and everything was smooth from pick up to drop off. Aprio picked us up directly from our hotel, took us on the speed boat to the island, and made sure we got to the snorkel boat safely. Eka was awesome, he got into the water with us and pointed out fish, turtles, and mantas! He even sent us his GoPro footage after the tour. We spent a good amount of time (~30min each) at 4 different spots and really enjoyed the diverse sea life. Afterwards, we had lunch near the speed boat drop off and Aprio took us back to our hotel. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a half day snorkeling around Nusa Penida.

I will start with this is a great company…we had bad weather and were unable to even get to Manta Bay. Instead of giving us the option to cancel this tour, the company brought us to Nusa Penida to see a couple of turtles in the harbor. I wrote the company and shared my disappointment, not with the weather but the lack of giving us the option to cancel given the poor weather. We were offered a sincere apology and a remedy that suited us. This company is professional, helpful and responds to communication promptly. We felt heard and respected at the end of our experience. Additionally, our driver was great, transportation was also good as was the food.

I booked the snorkelling tour last minute and was so glad I did! Everything from the booking process, to the pick up, tour and drop off was very well organised. I couldn’t get myself sea sickness tablets and the team kindly arranged it for me. Didnt have to worry about anything other than simply enjoying the day. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Our two guides - sutra (who took care of us getting too and from the island) and roeyal (our snorkelling guide) were both excellent!! Unfortunately the waves were too big for the boat to get into the bay so we weren’t able to attempt to see any mantas; however, at the other sites we saw plenty of fish and turtles. I would recommend a waterproof bag as there is no dry area to store your bags as the boat the we went on at least didn’t have any space for bags etc( just on the floor in the foot space and with getting in and out of the boat water does end up getting on the floor. I know it says all inclusive but definitely take water with you as there wasn’t any on board the boat. The lunch after was very good and includes one meal and a drink- you can buy more drinks and ice creams after if you want to. Roeyal also took photos and videos of parts of the snorkelling and sent them to us that evenimg via wattsapp. The overall communication was very good and I can’t fault the tour one bit- it’s just a shame that the weather wasn’t on our side to see any mantas. If you’re coming during rainy season I would check the forecast and waves if you can in the bay. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Wow! What an experience! A big thank you to the team for organising such an awesome tour, and especially to the guides we met in person today, Buddy, Sujana and I believe Eka. From pick up til drop off, (apart from sleeping in the car rides😂) we’ve had a blast. Great conversations, understanding a bit more about the culture and nature that surrounds us. Smooth transitions all around, awesome photography skills by the team and very thorough itinerary. I commend the team for catering it as much to what we felt for the day as possible. They allowed us to pick what we wanted to do but also, if we decided to change our mind on the go, they allowed room for that too! Not to mention the restaurant food and view is amazing. Although we weren’t able to see the manta rays, we saw 5 turtles, flourishing coral life, clear water and skies, and even fish we’ve only ever seen on tv/ movies. Best in the game!! Fantastic tour from point to point! Agus was so friendly and informative, let me know what was going on every step and also friendly conversation since I was travelling solo. Eka took us snorkelling, he was great, so friendly and helpful, pointing out things and taking lots of pictures- I can't wait to see the pictures! Unfortunately there were no Manta Rays today :( But it was still a great trip anyway! Would recommend 😊

Apart from the bad weather heavy rain and choppy sea! The guide made the best of our snorkelling Trip, we saw turtles and plenty of fish and as soon as we were back on the boat the photos and videos from the GoPro were sent to our phone, hassle free. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers, definitely recommend this trip!

If someone will consider to go for some snorkeling in Bali and like to see beautiful places please go with this guys they was so professional and very caring and you will feel so safe. Angga and Eka was fantastic. You will bring home beautiful memories with awesome photos. We went in December in rainy season and at morning we where little be worried about weather but even with out the sun was fantastic. You can do this adventure in any season.
