We chose Agung tours as suggested by one of my friends and let me tell you it was worth it. They made sure everything was comfortable for our family. Mr. Wayan Widarsana was our tour guide. He was extremely polite and caring. He even took care of my elder parents. Helped them walk through the steps through our way to the local sites. Smallest of the details and concerns he took care of such as making sure we don’t get wet in rains instantly providing a hand for an umbrella. Such thoughtful gestures are much appreciated. Thank you Mr. Wayan from team Agung tours for always accommodating to our needs and timings. He didn’t rush into completion and gave us the time that we needed. He helped us with understanding the money conversion and would guide us to all the details that we weren’t sure about in a new country. He is the best tour guide we ever had. The management of Agung tour is top notch right from the pick up at the airport to the drop as the tour ends. The head Ms. Wati was also polite and considerate to our tour needs. It’s a must recommendation from a traveller visiting first time to Bali or internationally. Everything was taken care of very well as we stepped out of the airport with local tour and the choice of hotels. Though we would have liked some more spots that were not included in the itinerary possibly for the number of days we had. Yet some more important inclusion would have been nice as we had some time in hands at the end of the day. Nevertheless whatever covered was good enough and relaxed. Kadek was fantastic and very kind. Thoroughly enjoyed all our stops. While it was a long day we were thoroughly looked after. It was great to see Denpasar and surrounds.

Bali Agung car rental service has been the best tour experience so far in our lifetime. They provided clean and tidy car with a lot of flexibility and no harsh rules or regulations. The highlight of the entire experience was their driver Mr Wayan Widarsana. My parents rented the car and availed Mr Wayan's services for three days. And they are more than impressed with not only his service, but also with him as a human. A very decent, down to earth and polite person with forever smiling face. On all three days the trips exceeded the stipulated timing, but neither Bali Agung Tours nor Mr Wayan raised any objection or demanded a single penny extra. Moreover, Mr Wayan is also an excellent guide and took my parents to the best spots in an efficient manner. He is a very very patient person and if you happen to avail his services, consider yourself very lucky. Chances are that perhaps we might never come across such a service and such a person in the future !

We would like to highly recommend this shore excursion. One of the best, if not the best excursions we have been on. Our guide(Oki)was not only knowledgeable, and polite but one we trusted immediately. He was proud of Bali and its culture and we appreciated how he tailored our needs to this unforgettable experience.

The whole day was memorable. Our driver Agus was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship. He took us to the north and we were able to see the terraced rice fields, the sebatu temple and the volcanic mountain. Along the way Agus shared insight into history and way of life in Bali. We were very pleased that the car was air conditioned and we were given bottles of water.

I had very best experience with Bali Agung tours and the driver named Oki was so professional and caring with my senior citizen parents. He took care of them very well and he was also very helpful in guiding us to take shortcuts to avoid long waiting time for my parents. Oki is also very friendly and has good knowledge of history of Balinese Culture and tourist attractions.

Gusti Tirta is a very good driver and his defensive driving skills are much appreciated. His punctuality and his extraordinary behaviour are notable.. His English speaking skills assisted myself and my family during our stay in Bali

Bali was a blast!! Our guide Alit, was wonderful. He was timely, professional, informative and most most importantly, a master driver. You will understand how important that is once you get to Bali😊. We drove through Bali to a place called Ubud. Beauty & balinesian culture everywhere. The most beautiful hand carved and hand made items I have ever seen. Made me want to redecorate my entire home. Temples, ceremonial traditions, crazy giant statues, tropical flowers, and fauna everywhere. So much natural beauty! Indonesia used to be considered a Third World country, yet in Bali, you can see the economic strides that are being made. Went with another couple to a Hindu temple, beautiful waterfall, woodworking gallery, and amazing rice terraces. Lunch at an authentic Indonesian restaurant was yummy. In this case, pictures are worth a thousand words. Will definitely come back!

Our driver Oki was outstanding and kind to customize our day excursion in Bali. All his recommendation exceeded our expectation. His driving was calm amit the driving jungle on the Bali road. If you need to hire a car and driver for the day in Bali, special request him, you will not be disappointed. The car itself is a newer Toyota Avanza with plenty of 7 seats. Sufficient bottle water is also on standby once visiting the historical and beach sites during the trip. 🌟 10 plus 🌟
