Private Transfer: Bali Airport (Dps) To Hotel

Great service. So easy! My driver, Yos, was very friendly, kind and communicated updates and details.

Yos was great, good communication when organising pick up at airport. Friendly and courteous - a perfect driver!!!

Yos was amazing. Very professional, on time and dependable. This was a great experience. We will use them every time we can.

Get a Bali taxi more reliable they didn’t turn up for me and refuse a refund if I could go negative I would

Our driver provided a nice history regarding Bali’s history and culture as he drove us to the hotel. Very good experience.

Friendly, helpful and efficient - and I learned a lot about Bali in the trip, as a bonus.

Yos was a great driver. He communicated clearly with us prior to our flight, then let us know exactly where he would be waiting for us at the airport. He was friendly and chatted to us and our kids about Bali and its culture. He drove safely to our villa in Sanur.

Yos was prompt and polite! Fantastic englisha nd very knowledgable with helpful trips and tricks for our first visit to Bali. We felt safe the entire time especially being driven from the airport to ubud late at night! Yos has a fantastic sense of humour and was a pleasure to talk to on the trip to Ubud Would highly recommend Yos as he openly communicated with us and made arriving to Bali easy and stress free!! I would highly recommend to family and friends!!

Excellent service. Yos was exactly where he said he would be and made the whole pick up process straight forward - a relief after such a long flight! A smooth, safe drive to our hotel, Yos shared information about Bali culture and was happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend and we will be contacting him again during our stay to arrange further trips. 😊

Professional and friendly manner. I will recommend this transfer. Grab is cheaper but specially when you arrive day one at the airport great to have this kind of service thank you

Our driver Yos was absolutely fantastic. Pick up was smooth. Waiting for us at arrivals and swiftly transferred from the arrivals to his vehicle. We had a wonderful introduction to Bali from Yos who gave us some amazing insights into the local culture and history as well as his top tips for first time visitors. He was very knowledgeable and it was like chatting to an old friend. Would definitely use his wonderful service again.

Excellent service would definitely book with them again

We were picked up very pleasantly, and afterwards we were well assisted with our suitcase; he also gave us information about Bali. All in all, a great start to the holiday.

I had a great experience with Yos as my driver! He gave me a lot of tips as it was my first time here and i was travelling solo. Great energy and will definitely engage him again if i’m back!

Smooth experience, very friendly and professional

Yos was great. Polite, knowledgeable great English.

Our driver messaged us a few days before then again the day of our travel, to introduce themselves which gave us great peace of mind in the lead up. Once at the airport he was standing in a clear visible location with our name visible and guided us to a waiting area where we sat for 5 minutes while the driver got his car. You was very knowledgeable and friendly, giving us some great info about Bali as we drove to our hotel. Once we arrived he helped unload and gave us his details in case we needed any further help while we were here, im sure we'll message him for help to get to nusa dua later in our stay.

Excellent communication and impeccable service with Yos at Jatu Bali Tour. Our flight was delayed and Yos waited without any problem, managing perfect communication, confirming pick up the day prior. We will be booking him again

Very pleasant and kind driver. We had a great conversation, and he even shared more about the local culture, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Yos! It was a pleasure being your passenger.

We arranged the transfers from the airport to our hotel for 6 ppl but at 3 different pickup times. Jatu Bali Tour communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided our driver, Bhaskara’s contact info the day before with our flight info confirmed. Our flight landed at 11:45 pm and Bhaskara was already at the airport waiting for us. He sent us a photo of our name sign via WhatsApp and tell us where to meet. The immigration took very long and we did not see him until 1 hour later. Bhaskara spoke English very well and he was extremely pleasant, patient and professional. He knew how to avoid the crowd and took us to a comfortable and clean SUV, even though there were only 2 of us. Once at the hotel, it was already past 1AM and he wanted to wait for us to make sure that we are done with checking in before leaving. I had to ask him to go ahead and leave since it was so late and he had to wait for us too long at the airport already. Our encounter with Bhaskara gives us a great impression for Bali and the nice people here. The next morning he had to pick up the our 4 children. It feels great knowing that they will be in good hands with such a nice and reliable person like Bhaskara. We truly appreciate him and highly recommend this company.
