Private Tour : East Of Nusa Penida Day Tour All-inclusive

Tour drivers were on time. Hotel/ drop off and pick up had no issues. However, the site says that all entry fees included. However, when we arrived to Nusa Penida island, tree house was part of the tour and we were asked to pay an entry fee.

The worse company ever. I have contacted them in January 2023 to book a tour in Nusa for 4 people for August 2023. Which they asked me 500.000 per person. Two days ago I contacted them to know how much would be three people because one of my friends couldn’t go. Now they were asking 947,002.00 per person if we are three. Then I tried to maintained the original price and they refused saying that now the price per person would be 900,000,00 even if we are four. When I asked about my previous booking they did not care. They only want money. They do not keep what you book with them. That’s really bad. Unbelievable.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Getting to the island itself was ok, the driver met us at the hotel and we got to a boat. Boat ride was fine. When we arrived at Nusa Penida the trouble started. Our driver was grumpy, did not speak a word of English, and was a extremely unsafe driver. The seatbelts in the car did not work and we almost crashed multiple times. He tried to take us to the West side when we had booked the East side and trying to explain this to him was very difficult. We were supposed to go to two beaches, the treehouse, have lunch, and Teletubbies hill. We went to the treehouse first. It was basically Bali Disneyland. Awful cues and very weird experience taking your photo there. We sat in the boiling hot sun for about an hour waiting to take a photo. We then went to diamond beach which was also just tourists everywhere at the top taking photos, not an enjoyable experience. There’s no way you could walk down to the beach and up in time. After this we had had enough. My partner was vomiting due to car sickness from the crazy driving. We asked to go back to the boats early because the experience was so bad. We left the island 2 hours early and forgoed lunch and the hill because it wasn’t worth it. The happiest part of our day was getting home. In summary, this trip is rushed, the service is awful, and the attractions are just tourist traps. Furthermore, the trip does NOT include entry to anything. You will have to pay extra to go to the treehouse and the beach so if you want to go, you will need to take cash. I can’t believe I spent so much money on this awful experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you desperately want to go I’m sure you could do your own trip for less than a quarter of this price. We paid for the “tour” because we thought it would be easier and more pleasant than going alone - we were wrong

We waited 2hrs because they messed up the driver. Then we were on a 2hr trip and we told the driver we needed to used the bathroom and he did not stop. Once we got to the attractions we had to pay even though the title said all inclusive. The food was horrible and they only let you chose 1 dish out of 4 dishes and 1 water for all 12hrs. We did not bring much cash because the title said all inclusive so we could not enter the main attraction. The driver was not a tour guide at all and made the overall experience even worse. The only good part was after the tour when we were in the pool which is public in the harbor and only cost 20k rp or close to 1 dollar. Then once we arrived they did loops for 30min and were on there phones when there was more than enough docking space. Overall horrible experience, you can do all of this for 2 people for less than 50 with much better food. Would not recommend to anyone and was a waste of 12hrs and 160$.

Our personal driver named ‘Tole’ was extremely punctual, polite and friendly upon picking us up from accommodation to begin our day tour across to Nusa Penida. The efficiency of the ticketing and vessel boarding process was seamless in somewhat congested and choppy conditions located at the harbour thanks to our guide Gd Pasek Putra W (gday). We found that a large part of the day was spent travelling in the vehicle commuting between photographic locations. Although extremely picturesque and amazingly beautiful locations, the experience was slightly dampened by the large crowds at each location vying for the best photographic vantage point. Personally my missus and I were not phased on getting bulk photos but more-so wanted to experience the beauty of the locations and landscape without the crowds. A reasonable lunch was included in the day tour price at a central location before making our way to the final destination for a swim. The beach was beautiful and the water was a refreshing temperature. An efficient fast boat ride back to the harbour and our driver ‘Tole’ dropping us back to our hotel in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle was a nice way to end our day. Highly recommend!

Excellent trip. Our driver Mr.Bawa picked up us from our location bang on time and was extremely caring and accommodating. He dropped at as Sanur harbour where we were introduced to our Tour guide Mr.Mangku Su. He guided us for the rest of the tour and gave us great insights to Balineese culture and helped us out in every way he could. The ferry took us to Nusa Penida and our driver Putu picked us up. He was also super helpful and took lots of pictures for us even by climbing trees. Overall a great experience.

Amazing day trip around Nusa Penida. Our driver Ketut Putra Gerhana made sure to show us all the best sights, took amazing photos for us, and was extremely friendly. The included lunch was surprisingly delicious, and the beach club at the end, was a perfect end to unwind and cool off before the trip back Bali.

We had an amazing trip! We got picked up perfectly on time by Adi, a friendly and happy guy who drives safe and has WiFi in his car! Our tour guide was ketu putra gerhana who made us models for a day, he took so many beautiful pictures. We didn't have that much time on the first stops because it was only to make pictures. But at the last two stops ( klinging beach and crystal beach ) we had plenty of time and could swim :)

Ketut Putra Gerhana was our driver this day and we had a wonderfull time. We saw all the beautifull places and felt like models for the day he made so much pictures!! The time management is fast but not to fast and we had all the time on the world to swim at the crystal beach :)

Ketut Putra Gerhana and baruna, two awesome tour guides. Really knowledgeable of the island and know all the perfect spots for photos and less touristy areas. Would defiantly recommend if you want to see the island in it’s full glory. Speaks good English and keeps you hydrated and relaxed throughout the journey. Amazing photographer and takes all the pictures for you getting some really good angles and shots.

Excellent tour guide at Ketut Putra Gerhana , really liked the humble nature and pleasant welcoming nature of Zaki, the Leader. You should book with them and leave the rest to them. They are perfect in their business and are very nice people. Zaki made me feel like family member and not just guest. I vouch for him and his company. Give them a try and you will really enjoy the worth of your trip...Zaki you Rock Man....

We booked this tour with Ketut putra Gerhana and did everything as advertised and more. Our driver Putu Alex was very kind and patient letting us check out the sites at our own pace. Beautiful locations definitely worth checking out!

We had a great day our driver John pick us on time in our hotel to Sanur pier. The whole trip was taken good care from the private driver and tourist guide at Nusa Peinla. We have a fun day. After we returned to Sanur John already waited us and send us back to hotel safety.

Ketut Putra Gerhana was the best tour guide we’ve had in Bali, and we’ve been here four times! Our trip around Nusa Penida felt like we were travelling with a friend, not a driver. He was so accommodating, funny(had us in stitches!) and takes the best photos! He took us to all the great secret spots and made sure we had the picture perfect photos that we wanted. He picked a perfect spot for us to lunch and the Mi Goreng was amazing. If you want a tour of Nusa Penida and want a great host, this is the man for you. We’ll head back next year and will definitely be back to see more of this beautiful island with Ketut Putra Gerhana 🌴🌺

The trip is definitely worth your penny if you have only one day and wish to visit some of the best spots on the island. Our guide and new friend Ketut Putra Gerhana was so fun and informative. He also makes for an amazing photographer and knows the best locations for those perfect Instagram snaps. Our driver Komang yadnya was sweet enough to be patient as we were slightly late but made sure we reach on time. Over all we leave Nusa with amazing memories, images and new friends.

Our driver Candra picked us up right on time and got us set up with our ferry tickets upon arrival. Make sure to wear flip flops and avoid long pants because you will need to wade through a foot or two of water to board the ferry and they collect your shoes in a bin for the ferry over. When we got to the island, our second driver (Gede, I believe) was waiting for us with a sign with my name and we left right away for the first location. We got some terrific pictures and took in amazing views, but just a heads up that there are a couple spots that require you to pay a little extra to take a picture in a certain location. This doesn't prevent you from enjoying the tour at all, but it's not quite "all-inclusive" - the bathroom at Molenteng also charges a small fee. There are tons of stairs at all locations, so be prepared for that - bring lots of water (the driver gives you one bottle per person when you arrive on Nusa Penida). We didn't make it all the way down the stairs to Diamond Beach for that reason. Atuh Beach was absolutely beautiful and we spent several hours relaxing and swimming there (a little rocky on the bottom). Again, we faced a small charge to use two beach chairs and an umbrella. Lunch was tasty, and our driver was also flexible and brought us to a bar for a drink and a snack since we had some extra time before we caught the ferry back to Bali. Overall a great experience and worth doing!

We had a good overall experience. Especially Mr Bawa our driver was very welcoming, punctual and showed atmost patience during the trip. Also, the crew including driver and guide for Nusa trip were welcoming, patient and polite.

We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida. John our driver picked us up promptly from the hotel in Ubud (he was waiting for us in reception before the allocated time) and drove us to the harbour to catch the fast boat over. The car was in excellent condition: very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. He waited with us until we boarded the boat and assured us he’d be waiting when we got back. Our tour of the island was fantastic, with a great range of activities and delicious lunch included. On arrival back to Sanur beach our boat was late, but John had been waiting for an hour and was ready to take us straight back to the hotel. Instead of driving in traffic he took us along the back roads of Bali to see what the local villages are like at night. Fantastic service!

Pak Joni was a great driver who helped us to reach sanur harbor from our stay in kuta, he was very patient and guided us about the local places to visit. He was on time and helped us communicate with the people around while shopping near Sanur harbor. Overall it is a great experience to have such a friendly driver and I highly recommened having Pak Joni as the driver while planning any commute around bali area!!

We got off to a great start with Adi picking us up right on time at our hotel lobby. Adi was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and we really enjoyed learning about Balinese culture from him. All stops on the tour were beautiful and presented stunning views, particularly Kilinking Beach. One point that could be improved by the tour company is to clarify the expected time at each stop. Expect the Kilinking stop to take the longest due to the long trek down and back up (absolutely worth the time and effort). It was our favorite stop. Note that this is a difficult climb in high heat. Bring drinking water and good footwear. Adi was waiting for us at the fast boat harbor when we returned and we enjoyed more pleasant conversation on our way back to our hotel. Thanks, Adi!

Ketut putra gerhana Was also so friendly, gave us the best driver and even let my wife and I ride the boat with him and the captain on the upper deck! The day started with our wonderful driver Adi. He was really friendly, happy and we felt very safe with his driving. Then we met the lovely Kutuk (Shooki) and the wonderful Indra who was our driver/guide. Indra was really helpful, friendly and aldo a really great driver. We got picked up from our hotel at 7am from Yogik in Seminyak. He was great, taking us to get breakfast before our day trip. The day was really good with our tour guide taking us to four different beaches. Yogik Astra was waiting at Sanur to take us back to our villa. Highly recommend!

John was awesome and we definitely recommend him! He always arrived early and was in a great mood making our experience more enjoyable. We hope to have John as a driver in the future when we return!!

I start by a special thanks to an amazing young driver Adi who picked us up from our hotel, very nice and caring for his customers and well speaking english he was always being a good company telling us so much information about Bali we learned a lot from him today and if we do more trips we would like to have him again. I was a bit scared of the bumpy roads after reading all the comments but it went fine thanks also to Kadek the excellent driver on the bumpy roads of nusa penida. Even if he dod not speaks english it was not a problem at all to communicate.

We booked the private Nusa Penida day tour for two people. Our driver Johnny was extremely prompt and courteous. He is a wonderful, reliable driver and an all-around nice guy. I would highly recommend him for ALL driving services in the area. Our tour guide was the remarkably fun Ketut Putra Gerhana. Ketut is an expert at caring for his clients. He showed us stunningly beautiful island landscapes and took pictures to help capture the special moments. He is also quite the vocalist who sings a mix of Balinese love songs and Backstreet Boys! I will forever associate the song "I Want It That Way" with anything Nusa Penida :-) One last mention: BRING WATER SHOES or Neoprene type socks! Embarking/debarking the boats may require walking on rocky & coral-covered ground. It can be quite painful which is why I recommend something to provide a cushion.

Gede panda the driver was fantastic, lovely guy very chatty. The trip does require a lot of travelling 30mins on boat and then in the car maybe an hour between sites, but if you want to see these beautiful places it’s the only way to do it. Our driver on the island was also really nice, climbing trees etc to get the best photos of us! our English speaking tour guide couldn’t speak any English which wasn’t brill, so there was a barrier at times when we had questions. It’s a very long day but you will see some great sites and some great photos.

What a good day tour. We had driver who arrived on time to picked up us to abroad. He is Nyoman, a nice guy. Exiting trip to Klingking and Cristal bay beach. The landscapes was very stunning. Enjoyed every move of this trip. Highly recommend!
