Taman Ayun Temple complex comprises four different divisions, one ranking higher than the other. The first is referred to as the Jaba or outer division, accessible only through a single entrance and walkway over the ponds. Inside, near the entrance is a small guardian shrine and on the right is a large wantilan hall where the communal gatherings take place. A tall fountain with spouts jutting up and out to the cardinal directions can be seen in this area.
Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is one of the most popular Bali Places of Interest famous picturesque landmark and a significant temple complex located on the western side of the Beratan Lake in Bedugul, central Bali. Candikuning Fruit Market is famous for its fresh fruits and vegetables. All the fruits and vegetables sold in this market is fresh because it is supplied from the local agriculture field in the surrounding area. A wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables can be found in this market such as Pomelo, Durian, Rambutan, Manggis, Salak, Mangoes and passion fruit. Bedugul is famous with its strawberries, fine and sweet strawberries are easy to be found in this market.
Once a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site Jatiluwih Rice Terrace comprises over 600Ha of rice fields that follow the flowing hillside topography of the Batukaru mountain range. These are well-maintained by a traditional water management cooperative known as subak, which dates back to the 9th century. The cooperative itself eventually won recognition as a dominant factor in Bali cultural landscape entry on UNESCO World Heritage List.
Penatahan Hot Springs beckons travelers seeking relaxation and natural beauty. The hot spring complex features a central main pool situated at the lowest level, gracefully adjacent to a flowing river. Complementing this centrepiece, are smaller pools strategically arranged along the riverbank, offering a serene and picturesque setting. Sourced from the thermal waters of Batukaru Mount, the hot springs meander down the hillsides, providing a rejuvenating experience for visitors in the quaint village of Penatahan.
Although you cannot enter Tanah Lot Temple grounds, the panoramic views and cultural offerings are highlights to enjoy. On the holy day of Kuningan, five days prior to the temple anniversary date, the heirloom pilgrimage is one of Bali festive parades worth witnessing.

I booked a full-day private car charter. The experience was great. Since this is a private charter, I got the flexibility of choosing the sites I preferred. Besides, my driver Kadek not only provided safe driving service, but also has good knowledge about the sites, culture and history. Overall, I have a great experience with Kadek.

Our guide, Kadek went far beyond what we expected. Even though the job only required driving, he took the initiative to explain places, answer every question in real depth, and share fascinating details we never would have known on our own. He was incredibly patient and attentive with my grandmother, always helping her in and out of the vehicle and making sure she was comfortable. The day felt smoother, more informative, and genuinely enjoyable because of him. His attitude, generosity, and willingness to do more than required made the entire experience stand out.

Wyan Balik was our guide in Bali and was absolutely brilliant. He loved his country so much and explained so many things to us, along the way, on our trip. When we were at any of the 3 locations he took great photos of my husband and myself. The trip includes 2 temples and the rice fields and the scenery on the way is spectacular. A lovely lunch was included. Traffic was awful but Wayan knew all the back roads which also let us see and embrace the local culture and countryside.
Good experience. They pick us up on time at our resort. We had the car for ourselves and the driver explained us the main information about the places visited. Having the car for us only allowed us to decide what we would see and how long we wanted to stay at each place.
My driver/guide went above and beyond showing the sights and working as my photographer at Ulun Danu BeratanTemple, the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and the Tanah Lot Temple. I booked through Viator and would definitely recommend for the simple reason that the customer service is top notch, the guides work very hard to see that you had a good time and you come away with a good perspective.
My partner and I had a wonderful day with Kadek, he took us on an amazing tour around the different temples and Rice terraces. Our driver, Dwi, picked us up from our hotel and arrived not just on time but early. His car was spotless, and he kindly offered us water. Dewey drove safely and was flexible, letting us choose which sights we wanted to visit. We decided to see the temple, and the trip was absolutely amazing! When we had trouble using American money, Dewey helped us exchange it with ease. He even took us to a store when I wasn’t feeling well and was incredibly kind and attentive the entire time. As a travel agent, I’ve experienced many tours, and I can confidently say Dewey is one of the best. Our all in inclusive private tour included a tour guide. We were advised by our “tour guide” that she was only there to drive us and take pictures. She was extremely unprofessional, didn’t respond to any questions about the temples visited stating “it was made before I was born” and she also did not follow the itinerary. She spent more time being on her phone then educating us on the sites visited that she seemed to know nothing about. Extremely disappointing.
We had such a fantastic day with Yuda on the private full-day tour to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, Jatiluwih and Tanah Lot. Yuda was an incredible guide – super friendly, funny, and full of great stories about Bali and its culture. He made the whole day feel easy and relaxed, never rushed, and always made sure we were comfortable. The temples were absolutely beautiful, and the Jatiluwih rice terraces were breathtaking. Having Yuda explain the history and traditions made everything even more special. He also knew the best spots for photos and little local tips we never would have found on our own. This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. If you’re looking for a great tour with an amazing guide, we can’t recommend Yuda enough!

Our experience with Mr. Wayan as our driver and guide was exceptional. His proficiency in English made communication seamless throughout the tour. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the temples we visited and thoughtfully explained the significance of the statues and cultural details we inquired about. Mr. Wayan also took the initiative to capture excellent photographs of my wife and me, which added greatly to our experience. The buffet provided was both flavorful and beautifully presented. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations, and I would confidently rate it a 10 out of 10.

This is a great way of experiencing a bit of Bali culture and go to places you otherwise wouldn’t have gone to. I particularly liked the rice fields and the hot springs. Even though it’s high season it wasn’t busy at all. Driver and guide was very super friendly and knowledgeable!

We had a lovely day with Adjik! We visited 3 temples in total, a jewellery shop specialising in sterling silver and a natural hot spring. We also saw some beautiful rice fields that were much nicer than the popular tourist spots. Adjik knew so much about the area and all of the locations. We often found ourselves in quiet areas only frequented by locals away from the busy crowds. At the end of the day, Adjik managed to get us to the west coast where we watched a gorgeous sunset. This really was the highlight of the tour. It was so much more than we could have hoped for and Adjik was a great driver and such a nice man. Thank you!

This tour was absolutely amazing! The views were amazing and our guide, Wijaya was just phenomenal! He explained the temples we visited, their significance and importance as well as the many interesting sights and experiences we had along the way! Overall he was such a time saver, helping us take those much wanted photos so we could get to enjoying the actual locations! He was extremely knowledgeable about routes too, we avoided so many traffic jams through these side detours that saved on so much travel time. I highly recommend this tour and Wijaya, he's a great guide and a great guy!
i did this trip on August 2025. Our local guide Nyoman was very kind and polite and he let us discover many beautiful places in Bali. I apprecciate mostly Tanah Lot temple and the bath in the warm spring. The food was good also. i strongly raccomando this tour, it worth it all.

Everything was handled very well! Gusti was an amazing driver come guide. Saw most of the itinerary to my satisfaction and even got to see some amazing butterflies at a farm. Even organised a follow up tour with Gusti to see the Legong dancing in Ubud before I depart Bali.
