Our driver/ guide was an excellent driver, which speaks well on the narrow and winding roads we traveled. He was gracious in every way and took many excellent photos of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

Good experience. Our guide Gusti was a great driver and very nice. He offered to take our photo all day. The garden was absolutely incredible!

Was amazing, each activity was wonderful, saw a new side of Bali with each experience. Our guide Putrakirani was great, very knowledgeable. Nice and positive atmosphere, all staff that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend going very early to the Gate of Heaven, as it gets busy quickly and the line for the photo can be very long.

I can’t say enough good things about this group. My travel buddy got sick the night before we were supposed to go on the tour . I contacted the organizers and they were so accommodating in helping us reschedule . We ended up going the next day and we were able to tailor the tour to our preferences . Our driver, Yuda, was so nice and patient! My favorite parts were the honey and tea / coffee tasting and the water Palace . I also loved the restaurant that they took us for lunch . The scenery and the setting was breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour .

We had an amazing experience on our East Bali tour with Raj! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire day. He made sure we felt comfortable, took great care of us, and helped us enjoy every stop along the way. It was everything as advertised and more! Made our driver was great and a real Gentleman. He navigated the Bali traffic with skill and got us to and from our destinations safely.

We had a great time on this tour. We made a few customizations to work with our schedule better, and our driver Pande was very helpful and understanding. As a driver I would say, it was good. But she is not a tour guide, she did not know facts or gave me any history about the places we visited. I could have done it on my own hiring a driver here for less money. I was in Thailand and the tour guides give you history and fact of the places visited

My husband and I loved touring East Bali. Our tour guide Gusti was punctual, helpful, and got us to our destination safely. It is a bit of a drive if you’re staying in Ubud but definitely a must while in Bali!

We had an amazing time at the gates of heaven. We thought the length of time would be longer than anticipated compare to what other people say. We arrived early in the morning leaving the temple around 10am. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful due to the time we arrived the crowd was minimal. Our driver arrived on time safe to drive with and we felt comfortable. I would recommend their services to families and friends. Good value for your money.

Gusti was punctual he le me know when he was arriving to pick us also he wss friendly and we enjoyed the day with him .

Another lovely day out with Gusti who took us to Heaven Gate. He was very polite and patient. Entertained us with music for the long ride there and back. Will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family who travel to Bali

Our guide Wijaya was fantastic and really made the overall experience for us. The attractions speak for themselves but Wijaya made it personal even introducing us to new fruits we had never tried and a quick stop to feed the Monkeys on our way to the village which I personally really enjoyed. Thank you Wijaya !

Gusti was a great driver. He made sure we were well taken care of. Indonesian traffic is inique but Gusti handled it with ease. The temple at heavens gate was beautiful. The Balinese village was very informative with a guide from the village showing us around. Water temple was fun and got lots of pictures. Gusti even made a video of us there. Lunch was yummy. It was a long drive from Semanyak but it was a great day.

We had such a wonderful day with Raj as our driver. He picked us up in the morning and took great care of us throughout the entire day. We were aware of the longer wait at the Gates To Heaven and Raj recommend that we enjoyed the view with a coffee (great advice!) Raj was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He happily answered all of our questions and shared so many interesting stories and facts about the places we visited, Balinese culture, traditions, and everyday life in Bali. It made the whole experience feel so much more personal and gave us a much better insight into Bali. We can highly recommend Raj if you are looking for a driver for a day trip. Not only is he a very skilled and safe driver, but he is also such a lovely person and a great storyteller. He really helped make our day special, and we would definitely choose him again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. All of the destinations were incredible, with the perfect balance between seeing the must-visit tourist sights and experiencing the local culture. My guide and driver, Wijaya, was fantastic. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how kind, friendly and thoughtful he was throughout the trip. went above and beyond to help take photos of me along the way, which made such a difference when travelling alone! I always felt comfortable, relaxed and well looked after. Thank you for making my trip so special!

Hugely disappointed.!! Our guide didn’t provide any type of official documentation to identify herself , no knowledge, no interest or understanding of the history of where we were going or what we were seeing. We were advised against seeing the gate of heaven because of a three hour wait time . Fortunately we put our foot down and went through in around 20 minutes. My understanding is that a travel Guide is Bali is required to be registered with an official license. I don’t know who the hell this person was today but I’d strongly advise you to investigate further. A partial or full refund would be appreciated.

We had an amazing experience on the East Bali & Gates of Heaven tour! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop was beautiful and worth visiting. The whole trip was well organized, enjoyable, and full of unforgettable moments. We did a tour of East Bali for a full day with driver Raj. It was a wonderful experience. We visited first a traditional Balinese village in the jungle, then headed to the waterpalace. Afterwards we visited the Gate to the Heaven, visited a Coffee plantation before heading to Virgin Beach. On all the points we had sufficient time to visit and enjoy ! Raj gave us a good explanation on all the sites we visited and managed the fast and efficiënt entry to all the sites. He drives you very safely through the hectic traffic in Bali. We had a wonderful time with our guide Raj.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the gates of heaven tour! Our guide, Aldo was very kind and knowledgeable about the surrounding locations and gave us some brief history lessons during our 2h drive up from Sanur. The views at all locations were immaculate, but at the gates in particular, there will be people trying to sell you on other views that are around the main photo op. The event staff use your personal cellphone to take the photos, so if you're looking to take the best possible photos or videos, I would highly recommend bringing a solid camera.

Arya made this day so special! From begging to end it was a fabulous trip! I loved everything included and the trip covered so many important aspects of the Balinese culture. Arya was so passionate talking about his culture and I learned so much! So many important things about this culture-and I feel honored to learn about such an awesome culture. I could not have asked for a better trip in Central Bali. I LOVED the rice terrace-and the swing… …everyone who comes to Bali must experience the swing! The temple was my favorite-and I learned so much! I would not change anything about this excursion. Thank you Arya!!

A very nice tour that went to multiple sites in East Bali. We stayed in Nusa Dua so it made for a very long car ride through congested streets. The sites were all nice and a we stayed a sufficient amount of time at each site for our needs. We left at 6:30am so it would be better to leave sooner to have less traffic. We reached the Gate of Heaven about 9:00am. Not too crowded but still a long wait for the photo shoot there. We opted out of that and took our own photos. The Tirtagangaa Water Park was very scenic but also very crowded. We ate at a nice restaurant just beside the Water Park.

It was an overall good experience. The ride from our hotel in Nua Dua to Heavens Gate was long. Be aware that the line to get the heavens gate photos was over 2 hours so be prepared to wait. We passed the time doing other photos shoots which the locals have going when you get there. P.S you will need to pay for this though but you can dress up like the locals and get memorable photos with the help of the locals while you wait. The waterfall palace was beautiful as well and lunch at the nearby restaurant was delicious. Because of the late timing we werent able to experience the village properly as it was almost closed when we got there. Our driver Putra was amazing staying with us untill the end. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Putra.

A Beautiful scenic tour, the natural beauty of Bali is breathtaking but also you get to see the Balinese people live their daily lives. Truly remarkable experience!

We took this trip with Discova who provided a knowledgeable, English speaking, guide (Sukarta) and driver (Peter). Whilst there was an amount of driving involved, given the distances travelled from our location in Canggu, we were in safe hands with Peter who was an excellent driver. In fact the travel was part of the fun as Bali’s roads and traffic do have to be experienced in themselves. Sukarta knows everything worth knowing about Bali and the locations visited. He was full of fun and facts and made our trip. A gem of a guide. The sights were as anticipated and worth the trip as well as the 04:00 start!! Thank you Bali. Thank you Peter. Thank you Sukarta.

Perfect day out, plenty of photo opportunities. The guide, Gusti Dwi let us stay at each location for as long as we were interested, making it more enjoyable. He was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable when asked about the locations. We left at 5am, which was a smart idea, considering the crowds for the Gate of Heaven, which was the busiest location, everywhere else, was more spread out and easy to navigate. Need to be reasonably fit, plenty of stairs to climb, but also lots to see if you don’t want to climb them all.

We were told to arrive early as there are always long wait times. We left Seminyak at 5.00am, 2.5hr drive and still had to wait 2hrs. You can pay to jump que. Lots of tourists even in off peak. Lunch was very average for this expensive private tour. Driver was very knowledgeable and made the day so much better.

Bhagas was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and we had an amazing time. We did a lot in one day: Heavens Gate, 2 water palaces, Luwak coffee plantation, Virgin beach, and a cultural town. The tour was worth every penny and Bhagas was awesome.

Fabulous tour with Bhagas - he was on time and a wonderful tour guide. We visited the Heavens Gate along with a few water palaces a beautiful beach and a village. He helped take lots of pictures that was helpful. We also very much enjoyed the lunch.

Our trip to the Gate of Heaven and East Bali was unforgettable, thanks to our guide and driver, Raj. Since our hotel was quite far from the sights, we were worried about the long drive, but Raj made the time fly! He is incredibly friendly and we spent the journey having fascinating conversations about life and traditions in Bali. It felt less like a commute and more like a cultural exchange. He made sure we were never bored and took such good care of us throughout the day. Highly recommend requesting Raj!

Excellent trip to East Bali. The Gate of Heaven, Virgin Beach, Tenganan Village and my favorite Tirta Gangga. Gusti , my driver explained everything to me and made the long drive very comfortable. I would recommend this trip when traveling to Bali. It’s a great escape from the beaches and congestion.

We took this tour from our cruise. We were meet on time by our guide. Unfortunately it was raining. He had extra umbrellas and ponchos for us if needed. We had quite a drive from the port to gates of Heaven. We stopped at a coffee shop, which was beautiful. Then continued to The gates of Heaven and a few water temples. Everything was breathtaking. Our guide was very informative. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience Our drive Gusti eka was very kind, cooperative and guided us very well throughout our tour. He even gave us useful insight regarding Bali culture. His humble nature and friendly interaction with us made our tour more enjoyable and memorable.

My wife and I were picked up from our hotel on time by our tour guide and driver Gusti, he briefly detailed th activivities of the day to make sure we were happy. Our first visit was Gates of heaven and was well worth the 2 hour drive the to the temple, it was inspirining. Gusti arranged all additional transport and led us to lunch after visiting the Palace water garden which was stunning. Gusti mentioned many different things on the way to each location and back to the hotel that helped us understand what we were looking at and why. We also visited Virgin beach but unfotunately the rain started to pour down but we both thoroughly enjoyed our trip to East Bali and would reccommend the trip and tje driver to anyone hoping for a great day out. and Gusti helped to make us feel comfortable and assisted us every step of the way.
