Our guide deserves an A+ for dealing with the traffic, however, he was more a driver and not a guide. He did stop to allow us plenty of time for pictures.

I was absolutely devastated by this tour. I was incredibly excited to visit Tanoh Lot and find out about the Hindu culture from our tour guide. But it turns out this is nothing but a taxi ride to several destinations with absolutely no information about the culture. Such a waste of time and money. At least the locations were beautiful and we got some excellent photos. I will say the driver was nice but his accent was too heavy to have any sort of social conversation.

Driving up the winding mountain roads was an experience in itself, complete with wild monkeys greeting us from the roadside along the way! The air got cooler as we reached the breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the Twin Lakes, and visiting the peaceful temple resting on the water was truly magical. Huge thanks to our amazing guide for making this trip so seamless and special. A must-do when in Indonesia!

This was an excellent trip! Nengah Was fantastic and so fun in the car. He provided explanations and talked us through what we were seeing. It was so wonderful to see everything. 100% worth it!

This tour covered many of the best sights in Bali. All entrance fees and a lunch was included in the tour price. If you book this trip, take swimwear with you for the hot springs and good shoes for a few kilometers long trek in rice plantations. My guide Kadek was a safe driver and always gave good instructions for every stop.

Great day and Made Wijaya was an excellnt host with lits of local knowledge and very friendly . Made akso is an excellent photographer took many photos of our wonderful day .

We booked this tour to see some sights in Bsli. Gusti our driver was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting information about Balinese culture and history. Be prepared for a long day in the car with the heavy traffic, but definitely an interesting journey seeing how people live in Bali and visiting the interesting sights.

We booked the Bali Full day tour visiting 3 temples and the rice terrace and fruit market. Our guide was Nengah and he was exceptional! We liked him so much that we booked a half day tour with him the next day! What we loved about the tours was the fact that we visited different style temples and got to experience the culture at its best. Driving in Bali can be challenging yet Nengah made it smooth and easy for us. We highly recommend this tour and Nengah.

The tour was great, Definitely do the coffee plantation on the way first time trying coffee and loved the experience. Downside was the traffic but Gusti my driver pointed out things to look at while we waited.

Our driver was Nengah, he was very helpful. He showed us the best spots, got Us great pictures. Nengah made sure we were comfortable throughout the trips. All the places on itenery were beautiful and recommended for tourists to explore the real Bali.

My wife and I booked this full day excursion and it was superb. We had Ketut Aldo as our driver, can’t say enough good things about him! Lots of interesting details as he was driving us around, took care of us from start to finish and let us go around the temples and the hot springs at our own pace. All the sites were incredible to visit and see, genuinely can’t recommend this enough as something to do in Bali. So much heritage to experience.

The driver was playing a game while driving. When I discovered it I told him to stop playing the game. On the next step he resumed playing. This was very dangerous on those curvy roads. Would not recommend this company with this driver.

Had such a wonderful day exploring Bali. Gusti was our tour guide, he was 10/10. He was chatty, friendly, and very knowledgeable about everything. He was great. My partner and I decided that we didn’t want to do some of the spots and Gusti was flexible. Not only did Gusti take us to the spots that were more suited to our travel style with plenty of time for relaxing in the afternoon he also took us to a chocolate factory. Really catering to our interests. If you do this tour ask for Gusti!

Dwi was a wonderful guide and driver, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to show me around Bali. He was courteous, friendly, and had a great sense of humour, but what really stood out was how intuitive he was. He seemed to know exactly when to step in and offer guidance, and when to give me the space to simply take things in for myself. His local knowledge was excellent, and he was always happy to answer my many questions about Balinese spirituality, prayer and local traditions. He was also incredibly flexible, happily departing from our original route when a different option was better suited to what I was looking for. Most of all, Dwi was wonderfully patient. He never rushed me and was completely happy to wait while I slowed down, stopped, explored or simply sat and absorbed a place at my own pace. His English was excellent, so communication was effortless throughout, and everything flowed beautifully. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dwi and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely lovely guide who will take the time to understand what you want from your experience of Bali.

This was not a guided tour. We essentially had a taxi driver dropping us off at sites, in virtual silence. He gave no information about any sites. We had to rely on google for information. Not what was advertised. He also cancelled the first stop on the tour - Lake Tamblingan and Buyan without telling us, and only when we realised and questioned it, did he tell us that he did not think it was worth it as we were already seeing another lake on the tour?! Thankfully Viator have fully refunded us. The tour itself would have been amazing - I presume our guide was just having a very bad day. In comparison, we went on the Ubud tour last week with a different guide and it was absolutely amazing - the guide then was so knowledgeable and helpful. So we know the guide makes a huge difference.

This was our first time in Bali and we wanted to take a tour which showed us a number of the highlights. We were picked up, on time, in our own chauffeur driven car by Raj who was a great guide and drove well through all the Bali traffic. On our itinerary there were a variety of places which included Coffee tasting, where we sampled lovely coffee and tea and homemade chocolate. We visited some lovely parks with temples at the sea and experience lunch at a restaurant with a fabulous view overlooking the rice terraces. It takes quite a while to get to each venue, but it is good to sit and relax in the car and watch the world of Bali. This tour combined quite a variety of different places and was paced very well for those wanting a slower walk. This was quite a long day but well worth it.

This was a huge day of travel; much more time in the car and getting from one location to the next than the itinerary might suggest. All the sites were picturesque and interesting. Teri, our guide and driver , was very friendly and helpful with taking photos. He did not bombard us with heaps of facts and figures which can be overwhelming at times. He happily answered our questions.

It’s our first time in Bali and our driver is so pleasant and nice. He took our pictures and very accommodating! I had fun at the coffee plantation and enjoyed tasting different flavors of coffee and tea. We enjoyed wearing traditional costumes. Some people were taking pictures with us. That was a very fun experience! The rice terraces is such a nice view but because my husband has a knee problem, we weren’t able to walk and get up close to the terraces. We just took picture and head to our next destination. I also enjoyed the temple at Tannah Lot and r joyed watching the waves at the ocean but it was too hot and we were sweating a lot. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

An 80/50 Mother and Son holiday and staying in Seminyak chose this tour from an earlier review. Lucky to have Gusti as our Driver/Guide. Kind thoughtful and a very safe driver. Visited the twin lakes and all points between there and the amazing Tannah Lot. A 10hr+ day. Lewak coffee and tea farm different, the Jungle,Swing an added bonus. Hand feeding monkeys at the side of the road typical of a varied day. Gusti became our chief photographer giving us a wonderful record of a standout trip. The included lunch more than adequate in pretty surroundings. Dark by the time we returned and Gusti had the patience to take us grocery shopping. What a Guy. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic full-day tour with Raj and would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Bali. From the start, Raj was prompt, friendly, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. As it was our first time in Bali, the tour was a brilliant way to see a lot of the island and some of its highlights in just one day, without ever feeling stressful or rushed. Everything was completely seamless. Raj organised all of our tickets and liaised with the staff at the different attractions and ticket desks, so we didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics ourselves. He was also really accommodating when we decided to change part of the planned route and skip the hot springs — nothing was ever a problem. He also took some great photos of us throughout the day, which was such a nice bonus and meant we came away with lots of memories from the trip. Raj was great company throughout the day and made the whole experience relaxed, easy and enjoyable. A brilliant introduction to Bali and definitely a 5-star experience. Thank you, Raj!

The rating for this particular tour was very high… I will beg to disagree now. While the itinerary booked through Viator is packed with great sights and definitely sparks your interest in Denpasar, the execution fell far short of our expectations. We booked this tour well in advance, so we naturally presumed a knowledgeable, local tour guide would be scheduled for us. Unfortunately, our guide did not provide any historical context or explain the cultural significance of the places we visited. Instead of an educational or engaging experience, it felt like we simply hired a driver who dropped us off at each destination listed in the package. The local operator did not provide an actual guide, or at least someone well-versed in the history of the sights. In fairness, I must highlight that the driver was very cautious and drove safely throughout the trip, which we appreciated given the traffic. However, if you are booking this package through Viator expecting to actually learn about these places, you may be disappointed.

This was our first time to Bali and we had the best tour guide, hands down. Kadek Darma was knowledgeable, accommodating, hilarious and made the entire experience memorable. The Temples, Hot Spring, Rice fields, Villages were amazing. Kadek taught us about the culture, different religions and Indonesia overall not just Bali. If you are planning an adventure to Bali, request Kadek Darma.

Yuda was a very friendly guide who was happy to guide us around and give us space when we wanted. He was flexible with the tour and gave us the options to make the most of our day. The locations were all excellent and worth going to.
