Gusti Eka was fantastic! Extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable of all the areas I have been wanting to study. He let me know the plan for the day ahead of time so i could get a feel of what i was actually seeing and doing. He looked out for my safety the entire trip to include crossing the road and driving safely. I especially liked our discussions on spirituality and energy. I would highly recommend this tour and Gusti.

We had the most incredible trip! Our guide Raj was just wonderful! He was very professional and very friendly. We learnt so much about Bali whilst we were driving which we really valued. He went above and beyond. The destinations were also incredible and worth every penny!

Trip from Ubud to North of Bali with driver Raj was very good. Although it is a long drive and the traffic around Ubud is very busy, Raj drove us in a safe and efficiënt way thorough the Bali traffic. We had sufficiënt time to visit all the important sights : we first stoppen at the viewpoint on the Twin Lake, then went to the buddy temple, drive through the mountains in the jungle. After the much, we visited the Ulu Danu temple at lake Beratan which was definitely worth a visit. At the end, we visited the Leke Leke waterfall before returning to the hotel. Thanks Raj for the nice trip of the day !

What a fantastic day out exploring! Our guide for the day, Dwi, was a brilliant from start to finish. From negotiating the cars, mopeds, pedestrians and most importantly, dogs in the crazy early morning traffic, to making sure we saw the best sites with what felt like all the time in the world. Nothing was rushed and we were left to explore on our own when appropriate. 0700 is an early start for a good reason - we were able to get to all the sites before the rush started, and that was born out on our return trip where we saw coach loads where previously we were sharing sites with only a handful of people. So a great day out and we were well informed and entertained by Dwi, who is potentially the best and most chilled driver in Bali!!!!! What a star. Alex & Szilvia

Great tour of North Bali. My tour guide was excellent and allowed me to customize my tour. Waterfalls, Temples and the Jatiluwih Rice Fields. I highly recommend getting away from the beach and Ubud to North Bali.

Gusta picked us up in Ubud and took us on a stunning trip to North Bali, 10 hours sounds like a long time but it flew by. The drive itself is just as beautiful as the attractions, always something to see and talk about, very peaceful. Gusta made sure we were always looking in the right direction and happily shared his insights into life in North Bali.

I booked this trip and decided the morning of the tour to change where I wanted to go. My tour guide Norman was extremely accommodating and changed the tour for us. He suggested some changes and made the day an amazing day for my wife and me. Would highly recommend this tour group.

My driver Wijaya was super kind and helpful recommending different places to visit. His driving was phenomenal and got us to our destinations safely and quickly. He’s so considerate and wanted us to experience as much of the culture as possible that he even stopped on the side of the road to feed the wild monkeys and a fruit shop so we can try the native fruits. The overall trip was great but would’ve been better if the weather was clear. I’d recommend this trip for people who want post worthy instagram photos and people who love nature.

North Bali was a very amazing atmosphere, very green and lush landscape. Lake Tamblingan and Lake Buyan the view was breathtaking. Munduk Waterfall was so lovely and amazing to experience, it was not busy so we had time to enjoy the waterfall. The Buddha Temple was a holistic experience. The Banjar Hot Spring is very healing. Our tour guide Kadek was very accommodating and helpful.

Great day out with Dwi. Everything delivered as promised. Can highly recommend Dwi as a tour guide. The Hot spring was particularly good. Bathing in rain and thunder was a new experience!

Our driver was very friendly and a polite driver. Very flexible to take opportunities on the way. Why not! Soak up every thing that Northern Bali has to offer. It's a beautiful and relaxing way to get in tune with Mother Nature. The old Ubud.

Pick up was easy. The driver initially seemed a bit standoffish but warmed up as the day went on . His English was not the best but he tried hard to make sure he understood what I wanted. He was very accommodating. His driving was good, I can be quite nervous when in Bali traffic but felt fine with him.

Would fully recommend. Nice tour with a great and safe driver. The spots are less touristy than Ubud. Would definitely book again

Although the weather wasn't cooperating, we had a wonderful time with Aldo as our driver. He took us to Lempuyang, the water gardens, then lunch, and finally to Virgin beach. Fortunately by the time we got to the beach the weather was perfect. Aldo explained every aspect of the trip for us and waited while we took in the sights (even the 2 hours that it took us to take the pics at Gates of heaven). Great guy, and he was very knowledgeable of the backroads to get to Ubud quickly!

Gusti Eka started the tour as my guide, but during the day became more like a friend. He gave me lot of information and adapted well to my reguests. Warm recomendation

This tour provided a great overview of the North of Bali. There was lots of beautiful scenery and we really enjoyed the company of our guide for the day, Putra. The traffic was very heavy on the day of our tour due to special celebrations in Bali but Putra was so patient and such a careful driver. We learnt lots about life in Bali whilst chatting during the day. A long day out, but very worthwhile! Thank you so much Putra! 👍

My wife and I did the North Bali tour with Bali Full Day Tour company on 09 May. We selected this private tour online, based on the sightseeing locations that were mentioned on the itinerary. Payment was made in full to the driver on the day, at the start of the tour. This was the second day of our private tour with the knowledgeable and pleasant Gusti Ekaputra. Apart from Toilet stops which we made at Indomaret outlets, we could also make quick photo stops any other point along the way. Just as in the East Bali Tour which we had taken the day before, distances were long but the car was very comfortable and Gusti gave us many interesting facts about the sightseeing locations we visited just as he had done the previous day. We were very happy to have Gusti as our driver for the second day and would definitely recommend him for full day trips such as these. During our North Bali tour, it rained but we could still view the Lakes (Tamblingan and Buyan) as a drive-by stop both ways. Because the rains had stopped on our way back to Kuta and the views afforded by the change in weather were breath-taking. We decided not to visit the Munduk Waterfall (which was on the itinerary) for safety reasons because of the weather and the long walk to the falls, almost entirely off-road. We visited the Banjar Hot Springs in time for lunch. This is a set of two open sulfur baths, very nicely done, with a restaurant above the Baths. Our last sightseeing stop for the day was the Buddha temple. For us this was the highlight of the day because we could feel the peace and tranquility that the place exuded. There are some steps to climb to enter the temple grounds, which are extremely well maintained and felt very serene. The views were breathtaking from the top end of the hill which is but a short walk up another flight of stairs. Beautiful places to see in North Bali, well worth a visit.

Our tour guide Naya made our day trip an excellent experience. His knowledge of the area, especially with shortcuts to avoid traffic jams, allowed us to spend more time seeing the sights and appreciating the beauty of the area. Naya helped us enjoy more of the area and even treated us to a special ride through a local area that was spectacular.

Very good, especially Waterfall, hot spring and view of lake. By the way, the driver has a great driving skill.

An unforgettable tour all thanks to Ngurah Naya. There was not a question he could not answer regarding the Balinese Culture and sites we visited. He was extremely patient and always smiling and telling us jokes as we were en route to the various sites. The best part, better the highlight of the day was the shortcuts we took as we got to see how the Balinese people lived their daily jobs, and the meaning of their daily offerings. Thanks so much for making this tour memorable.

Raka was an awesome Tourguide/ driver. Very nice tour. Better than everything we had done this far as there are far less tourists in the north. Buddhist temple was awesome. Loved the waterfalls. Long day but took our time, not rushed at all.

Here is an honest and insightful review of our recent family trip to Bali. We were a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 children - 4-10yo), who travelled in April 2023. 4 ex Melbourne and 7 ex Adelaide. FYI this was our third trip to Bali since 1999. Luxury escapes - this trip was partly funded through a credit we had to take when our 2020 trip was cancelled due to Covid. The LE staff were great to deal with, but appeared hamstrung by operating policies that left us with little alternative options. Great deals, so long as you are happy with staying in their swim lane. Jetstar - We flew Jetstar, and were dreading having our flights cancelled/postponed, as had been reported widely in the media in recent weeks. Our experience turned out ok - with the Adel departure delayed 10 min, and the return Melbourne flight delayed 30 min. Not bad by international standards. The counter staff in Adelaide were not terribly friendly, and acted like they didn't want to be there. Whereas the flight crew on both flights were amazing - especially as we were travelling with 3 kids ex Adelaide. Bali - it was obvious that the tourist areas in Bali had been severely impacted by Covid - with many establishments being mothballed during the height of the pandemic. Some of the impacts of that are still visible. Merusaka Nusa Dua - we stayed at the Merusaka resort at Nusa Dua. This appeared to have been mothballed for a period of time as well. It was obvious that maintenance had not been kept up, and the place did look a little tired, however, there were signs of these works being carried out during our stay - and certainly not in an intrusive way. The staff were amazing, and were genuinely happy to have tourists back in numbers. The food was faultless. There are four restaurant ares to choose from, including a beach front bar area. We opted for the 'free flow' food and drinks deal, and were not left wanting. Bali Honest Driver - we used this transport service on 2 occasions - once going to Waterbom Park, and the second being a day trip to Ubud and Kuta. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. The vehicles were modern, clean and most importantly - the AC worked well, as these were both quite humid days. Both drivers spoke good english, had a great knowledge of areas and issues. It was sad to hear that both drivers had been out of work for almost 3 years, and only returning to work in the last 3 months as tourist numbers are starting to improve. In summary, would we go back - most definitely.

We had a. very varied full day trip with Aldo. We had enough time at all stations to take a look at everything in peace. Our driver Aldo is very friendly, speaks very good English land it has brought joy to ride with him. Despite the traffic we felt very safe at Aldo. Lunch was very delicious. Everything was already included in the price as stated.

We were particularly impressed by how flexible he was in responding to all our wishes – whether we wanted to make additional stops, take photos or spontaneously change something, Dwi made everything possible. Thanks to his patience, good mood and humor, we felt comfortable all the time. The tour was perfectly planned, safe, comfortable and full of unforgettable impressions. In the morning, we got in the car and asked our driver if we could make any changes to the attractions we would see during the day. The driver gave us carte blanche and especially based on his advice we did a very personalized tour in bass to our requests. He took us to places outside of North Bali and was therefore very helpful to any of our requests. For the drop-off we asked to be dropped off at a different place from the one established and took us without any problem. A truly exceptional driver and a super recommended tour!
