We found this private Bali tour to be somewhat below expectations. While the driver was polite and trying his best, he seemed unprepared for guiding a full-day tour. The vehicle was older and the air conditioning struggled in the Bali heat, which made for an uncomfortable ride. Communication was also a challenge — the driver’s English was good but limited, and if my wife hadn’t spoken Indonesian, it would have been difficult to get directions or ask questions. This tour has potential, but needs improvements in vehicle quality, guide preparation, and communication to be truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful private tour with Agus. He was kind, knowledgeable and great with our two boys (13 & 10). We toured a temple, a coffee plantation, rice fields (more like an amusement park) and monkey forest. Agus was happily taking us to a waterfall when we all agreed we needed to call it a day. Highly recommend!

Ketut, was very helpful with lots of insight as to the culture and history of the locations we visited. We were travelled with my mom in a wheel chair and he assisted us during the tour. Bali has been an enjoyable trip, with lots of different activities even for seniors. What we enjoyed the most was the awesome company and friendliness of our tour guide. We will definitely come back and recommend his services to our friends and family.

Driver Vito was fantastic and very attentive. Came on time and was great at taking lots of photos of us at the sites. Views were amazing . Trek to the waterfall not for people with walking difficulties but amazing when you get there you can pay extra for your photo on a swing . Ayuni was a very happy driver for our day. She amazing and entertaining. She made our day happy. She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining everything we asked. Rian picked me up every day for four days and drove me to all the places I wanted to see. He made a few suggestions of other places to go to. His English is excellent, he is a very safe driver, his car is clean and his music is great! I will definitely ask Rian to drive me again when I come back to Bali!

Throughout our 7 day stay in Bali, Ketut looked after us in terms of transportation to and from the airport/hotel. Before the trip, we provided a list of places and activities which he then arranged for us into days by relative proximity and our personal preferences. His english and communication skills are one of the best there is in Bali, so you'll have one less thing to worry about during your trip. Me and my wife's first trip to Bali. We started in the Sanur area, decided on the 3rd day to take a full individual car trip - we did not have an agenda. We med our driver (Yogi) in the morning and he set a plan for us. He did a good job of giving us options and set a plan that took us right up to 6pm. The car was clean and it was an enjoyable trip - he seemed very knowledgeable about Bali and other countries (we are based in the Philippines). Only downside is that is was so hot and humid but obviously not the driver's fault ; ) Overall it was a good trip, we mostly we to central locations - monkey forest, coffee/rice site, etc. We had a good time - next time we will do this again and see the many other things we didn't have time to get to. We hired a car for 3days of our bali tour.The driver ketut agus was an excellent driver with all knowledge and experience about all the places in bali with good english and was very friendly also very reasonable price. enjoyed every second of it.

We had the pleasure of having Agus and his brother Nyoman takes us on private full day tours for 2 days. They were both so pleasant, very easy to get along with and wonderful people overall. Communication skills were excellent and we were made to feel comfortable everywhere we went. The tour was private so only my husband and myself and we were able to tour bali and visit the places we really wanted to see. Agus was excellent in recommending a fantastic restaurant where we had amazing views of rice terraces and greenery as well as exquisite Balinese cuisine. His brother nyoman was also so pleasant and took us to a lovely quiet beach in nusa dua for the day. God bless both of you and thank you again. Our driver Mr Putu was amazing with all the patience ever. Was very informative and made sure we went to all the destinations that was on our list. We got to see many Hindu ceremonies as well which was so lovely. Highly recommend this day trip with Mr Putu.

As returning customers we booked Putu as our driver. He was by far the best! Honest, reliable, friendly and his English was great! We organised many activities over several days... monkey forest, atv adventure, white water rafting, Ubud traditional markets, shopping and sight seeing in Kuta and Putu was always patient and reliable. The tours are fantastic, good value for money, I can honestly recommend this company and Putu. Every time we come to Bali we book Putu for our driver. Gold stars all the way! Agus is an amazing tour guide. He is very accommodating and was never late for all our tours. Driving through Bali is tiring because of the traffic but he never lost enthusiasm. My driver Ketut provided two wonderful days of adventure from the time he picked me up from my hotel to retuns. He made great suggestions that allowed me to make the most of my visit. I had a wonderful time visiting the Temples, waterfall, taking in the breathtaking views of Mt. Batur and Mount Aging. The visit to the zoo was amazing with the unforgettable elephant ride. I cannot say enough about my day's visit to Nusa Pineda and the great opportunities provided for photos I will forever cherish. We had an amazing day with Agus our driver who was so thoughtful and understanding of travelling with three young kids. We ended up doing four different tours with them. 1. Sunset @ Jimbaran beach transfers 2. Bali Zoo with transfers 3. Ubud Temples, Rice Paddies full day 4. Airport transfers Honestly couldn’t be happier with the driving, the local knowledge and being made to feel so welcome.

Had an amazing experience with our driver Arta or Ardy (sorry my friend if I got your name wrong). He arrived at our hotel on time and greeted us warmly. We had our day plan with a bit of flexibility and the driver suggested several places to visit along the way. We started our journey towards Ubud. Stopped in at a Legong and Barong dance then next to the monkey Forest. After the forest we stopped in a Satria Coffee plantation then last stop to Tanah Lot. On our way back we stopped in at a warung for Babi Guling. The driver spoke really good English, with a wealth of knowledge about his culture. Thoughout each place visited he enlightened us with history which I think we should really understand and embrace. He is very relaxing and we enjoyed a few laughs. I would definitely book this service again and happy to share this with family and friends.

Today we had a lovely day with Mr Putu who shared his knowledge of Bali and showed us some beautiful views of the island! He was very friendly and professional and if I was to book anything again and needed a driver, he would be my go to man! Thank you so much Mr Putu! Two adults and two child booked for one day. Email confirmation recieved. The next day our driver Putu arrived at 8.30 we had a chat about were we wanted to go. Agreed locations and approximate times. Then to the hot springs in Batur, rice field's and monkey forest. A first class service by Putu thank you so much for your time and serice to us. Putu went over the agreed time due to heavy traffic without any complaints or fees. Made a great day for us.

My husband and I booked a full-day bali car charter through Marriott Moments. Our drive, Arta, was hands down the best driver we had during our 10 day stay and that is saying a lot because we had many! First and foremost, Arta spoke perfect English and was so incredibly personable. This is very important as he gave us so much information on Balinese culture, past and present, and I really appreciated that he was honest about Bali tourism, culture, and history. We had another driver who sugarcoated everything and I felt I didn't get an authentic Bali history lesson. Arta told us about everything we asked and more! He knew exactly where my husband wanted to go based on his vague memory of something he saw on a previous day tour. Our tour included Ubud and Kuta. We even requested Arta to take us back to Ubud the following day for dinner at Locavore and he was able to accommodate for a very reasonable price considering Uluwatu to Ubud is about a 1.5-2 hour drive. If you are planning on booking a day tour, I would highly suggest you request Arta as you will have a wonderful experience guaranteed. Thank you so much for making our first Bali trip so memorable! <p>If you are looking for the real Bali experience off the beaten track straying away from the crowded tourist sites this is the itinerary for you. </p> <p>We were two girls travelling alone. We got picked up at our Hotel in Ubud at 07:00. Our first stop was a beautiful black sand beach called Wates beach near Candidasa.</p> <p>After we made a stop at Taman Tirta Gangga, a unique water park in a mountainous area. You can buy fish food and feed the multi-coloured Koi fish of all sizes. Yogi best guide we could have asked for showed us the statues on the grounds and told us the folklore they were based on. Just outside the temple, you can spend time with small tame owls, you can play with a Luwak and even take a selfie with an Iguana. If you are an animal lover, the best part is that the animals are still in their natural habitat and can roam freely whenever they please. A small donation is required at your discretion. </p> <p>As we moved further up we had views of Mountains, Ocean and Rice fields as far as the eyes can see. Our next stop, Lempuyang temple was definitely one of the highlights. If you are fortunate enough to go on a clear day this temple offers an iconic view of Mt. Agung. Even on a cloudy day, this is still an awesome experience. Ensure that you enter the temple using the side stairs as the middle set is only used by the Gods. </p> <p>Yogi stopped at a local vendor where we bought some Rambutan, a local fruit that is very common in these areas. Dont be fooled by the warm weather and humidity in the south, this area gets very chilly due to the high elevation. Yogi stopped at a village called Kintamani Bangli. Here we had lots of photo opportunities with small local houses and farmlands. Local kids playing and chickens roaming with the clove forest in the background. This is the real Bali!</p> <p>Driving through the northeast area Yogi took us off the main road for a detour and showed us the seaside villages. Diving facilities on every corner with Mt Batur visible in the far distance. </p> <p>We reached Tukad Bangkung, the longest bridge in Bali designed by an Italian architect where Yogi dropped us off to cross it by foot. The views were astonishing with a river flowing far below and forests all around. If you are ahead of schedule you can request to make a pit stop at Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, three lakes surrounding Bratan. </p> <p>On our way to our last stop in the south, Tanah Lot we drove through Plaga and Mengwi, some interesting history sounding these villages. Tanah Lot was the busiest site on our tour being the most visited temple on the island. We enjoyed a Bintang with the sun setting behind the temple. </p> <p>The last leg of the trip we got to see more of Denpasar on our way to Sanur. This was a good way to change location as we did not have to pay an additional transfer fee from Ubud to Sanur.</p> <p>Bali Yowana tour offered flexibility and professionalism. Its much more than just a private charter. Our driver Yogi was more than just a driver and a guide, he is an island expert with a wealth of knowledge. He is passionate about his job and went out of his way to make this experience memorable.</p>

Wife & I and another couple just got back from an all day tour of Bali with Dewa Tours. This was the first time in Bali for us as we arrived a couple of days early before starting a cruise. Our drive Dewa was excellent. I'm sure I would not have been able to navigate through the heavy traffic and the numerous motor bikes on the road but he did it seemingly without any concerns. Dewa was on time and reviewed the itinerary with us while we waited for the other couple to arrive from a near by hotel. As we set out we learned that Dewa spoke very good English. He was informative and courteous. We especially enjoyed the Balinese dancing, wood carving store, and lunch. I would recommend this tour agency and driver to anyone looking for a good experience in Bali.
