Raka was the best guide and driver we could have ever asked for. We could choose the destinations we wanted to and he also gave excellent recommendations!!! Definitely go to the coffee plantation (his suggestion). These were our tour stops: 1. Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary 2. Coffee plantation 3. Pura Puseh Desa Batuan 4. Tegenungan Waterfall 5. Tirta Empul Temple 6. Tegalalang Rice Terrace He was very knowledgeable in Balinese traditions and all the places we went to. We made us fall in love with Bali and all its traditions. He was also quite funny at times and did not hesitate to make jokes when we were tired to lift our spirits up 😅😅 The restaurant we were to for lunch served excellent food and the view was incredible. I 100% recommend this tour company, especially Raka!!!

We had an absolutely brilliant day. Yasmika was such a wonderful guide and skillful driver. He shared a lot of fascinating information about Bali and answered our many questions. We saw some amazing sites. Our favourites were the volcano viewpoint and Grudugan waterfall.

Worth it! Worry it ! Worth it! The driver and Sudi the guide are very helpful and patient! If you want to see multiple sights this is the way to do it! 10/10 experience!!

Darma was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing day. He’s a very cheerful and selfless guide who took the opportunity to get to know us on a personal level. We laughed and enjoyed teaching him some of the Aussie slang. I would highly recommend him to anyone and engage his services again.

Horrible experience, we stopped the tour after 5 hours. The guide was actually a driver; didn’t know anything about the spots we went to, didn’t really tell anything about the culture and traditions or anything about the areas we visited. We asked a lot of questions to get some sort of insight but was very disappointing as we could have just gotten a driver for the day for half the money. The ‘guide’ didn’t know some of the spots well enough so we had to walk a far way after he dropped us off and made us walk back uphill instead of driving to us. We then went to a temple where apparently there was a festival and there was no access to the areas we wanted to see; after we drove 1,5 hours to get there! We eventually figured out if you paid extra for traditional clothing you could go into other areas but he still didn’t really share much about the temples, the practices; unless we asked. He just made videos for himself. When it started pouring rain he jumped on a scooter back to the car and let us walk 1KM back. We were hoping to get some local insight on the areas, the food, the temples and the practices but really just got a driver; who then also took the longe router directly through crazy Ubud traffic instead the shorter route north that would have avoided all of that. Wish we could get some of the money back, but no response from the company so far.

We had such a great day with Chris and we will be highly recommending him to others. He taught us so much about Balianese culture and took us to all the attractions we wanted to see and explained about each place. This is definitely the way to see Bali.

It’s the best way to see Bali and it’s amazing temples annd landscapes .Our driver Krishna was very knowledgeable and managed to negotiate the traffic and roads which are not for the faint hearted. An excellent day not to be missed.

Excellent!! Our wonderful driver Yasmik was fantastic, very funny, informative and helped devise our custom tour to capture everything we wanted to see. Yasmik was very prompt at pick up and the meeting points throughout our day. We felt at ease throughout some of the busiest and seemingly organised chaotic traffic. We had a private tour, whole day. Our driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the end of the day. I wish I could remember his name but he was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Helped us curate an itinerary that was logical and included what we specifically wanted to see. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and professional. We went to temples in Ubud, jewelry making location, wood making location, coffee plantation, monkey forest, rice terraces and waterfalls. It was perfect!!! Thank you!

We were able to explore the sites we had picked out with the help of our excellent driver and tour guide, Rudi. And in the process we learned so much about Balinese society and culture. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. Rudi steered us safely through Bali’s at times dense and confusing traffic. Would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to explore Bali on their own terms.

Our driver Ardi was amazing! So kind and informative during our tour. He took us to some beautiful sights in and around Ubud including the Monkey Forest and the Tegalalang Rice Terrace. He also had to navigate some rainy weather and crazy Bali traffic which he did like a pro. Ardi made our day!

Take was wonderful. Raka was friendly and accommodating, showing us the various locations we had requested. He knew EVERYONE and made the day relaxing and enjoyable. From the Monkey Forest to the temple, he seamlessly navigated us through a great day. The lunch was especially great, getting us to a place the overlooked a rice paddy and allowed us to feed the coi while we waited at the table. I highly recommend this tour and especially Raka.

Raka was The Best tour guide. It was a wonderful driver, entertaining, and very informative. He answered all of our questions. He called ahead and got reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant that overlooked a Ricefield, which was just exquisite. He took care of our needs and showed us the beauty of the Ubud area. We had a wonderful experience with Darma. He tailored our tour to include the types of places we were interested in, such as temples, galleries, rice terraces, waterfalls, and a coffee plantation, and he did a perfect job because he is such an expert. Darma is also a kind and gracious gentleman and he took really good care of us. We learned so much about Balinese culture and hospitality. Darma also provided helpful suggestions about things to do near our hotel. He provided excellent door-to-door service. Bali 4U tours made it easy to set up the tour.

Ayung was an incredible guide. We chose our itinerary and he shared his knowledge about Balinese culture, the religious temples, food and more. He suggested a stop at a coffee farm and a lunch restaurant which were both fantastic!

The best part of our trip was our visits to the temples by the volcano and in the paddy fields. The drive enabled us to see the beautiful countryside.

Sudi and our driver were amazing! They were early and ready to pick us up and throughout the entire day they did everything to make sure we had a good time. Sudi has a lot of knowledge and can tell you so much history about Bali, while also being a great photographer! He also is good to us introverts and will give you the space to take in the scenes for yourself.

Such a memorable experience. There was only one word to describe this day and it was incredible. Our guide was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, the hike, the monkeys, the experience, I just cannot say enough. One thing that made it particularly amazing was our guide was taking pictures on his phone (without us knowing) and airdropped them to us at the end of the hike. His photography skills only enhanced this already amazing experience. When the saying is a picture is worth 1000 words it is absolutely true and he captured this moment for us. Thank you!

Our driver, Tegeg was wonderful! He knew his way around the island and knew exactly what was possible to see in a day, even with all of the traffic. He had many recommendations regarding roadside points of interest if we wanted to stop and see them. I would use Bali 4U Tours again.

The best part about the tour was the knowledge Kresna shared with us about the area, the history and the people. Being able to visit the places and hear the passion of his heritage made it seem more important for us to learn, we tried the famous Kopi Luwak and tried some Balinese cuisine The car we drove around in was comfortable also and made the drive easier!

We only were for 3 nights in Bali and we did the custom tour so we could see as much as possible and it was the best decision we ever made! We went to Tegenungan Waterfall, coffee plantation, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Tirta Empul Temple, Dolphin sightseeing, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and we loved them all! It was an amazing day seeing everything. We want to especially thank Raka! He is very knowledgeable, patient, funny, kind and was very easy to communicate with! He answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of information about the places we went and he speaks English very well! He also brought us to the airport for a very fair price. Next time we will book the tour again with only with Raka
