Smooth ride to the airport. Friendly and even came early for us due to a flight change. Thank you! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!
I booked an airport transport. No one contacted me to confirm the booking, I'm the one who reached out. Turns out they have the wrong hotel, despite all the details provided during the time of booking. They also had the wrong timing. After I corrected all their information, they change the driver. The new driver doesn't have the right info and I had to give him the correct info all over again. He shows up very very early more than 45 mins, during which my flight got delayed. I informed them of the new timing and they tried to blame me for the delay. It was a real struggle to agree with the driver and his boss on a new time I even offered to pay extra. After all of this, the driver didn't show up at all and ignored my messages. Moral of the story: These amateurs will take your money and leave you stranded.
We had a great experience on our departure from the hotel to the airport. Very friendly and helpful with the luggage. We highly recommend them!10/10
Driver was on time and safely got us from our hotel to the airport. Driver was good at communicating and kept in touch so we knew we'd make it for our early morning flight!
We were ridden by Angelo, really a winner! He picked us up from the airport, and had to wait 3 hours for us since, despite this he stayed. After this nice ride we approached Angelo to show us the whole island, as a private driver. Again a very nice experience. There was room for our own ideas, but Angelo also came up with nice ideas that we could do, where he took us. English is easy to understand, and in the car it is certainly not boring! Angelo is a winner and definitely highly recommended! THANK YOU🙏🏼❤️
Very nice driver and comfortable ride. A little bit more 🤓. Very good once again. Nice weather, about 28 degrees outside and sunny.
Angelo is a friendly and patient driver with excellent local knowledge. We initially hired him for sightseeing only, but very impressed with him so asked him to take care of our departure transfer. He always arrived early and always there if we need him. Highly recommended.
Angelo picked up ok us at our hotel and took us to the airport, he was on time and very professional. His car was clean and funny with coloured LED everywhere. On the way to the Airport we asked him to stop and McDonald's and he accepted: we went to the Drive-through by taxi! Amazing!
After a long flight, Sam our driver was easy to find at the meeting point; agency contacted us before. Very pleasant and smooth transfer, highly recommended!
Our driver was named Sam. The service provides a great airport transfer. They make sure to let you know where they are in the arrival hall through messaging and then takes you directly to the hotel. Good chat, very cheerful and all round reliable service. Would use again!
I ordered a taxi through gettransfer.com and my Driver, Bagus was really nice! I was very pleased with the way he kept me up to date on where he was through whatsapp. During the short drive to my hotel we talked a little about my plans in Bali and had a nice conversation!
They sent me an email and also sent a confirmation message to the hotel. I was given a lift to the airport with peace of mind. Thank you very much.
Super driver, very nice and helpful. I had to wait a bit at the airport but the staff and Naghita were great.
Very satisfying, good service. Guide to help with information about destinations Friendly and cooperative
I highly recommend the Service with Robin, it is reliable and also knows perfectly the area for the Tour. Very good value for money!! Thank you so much for everything
