Our driver was very friendly and we appreciate how long he waited for us despite our arrival being delayed. He was communicative by messaging me with WhatsApp. He even paid attention to my profile photo and easily recognized me when we were looking for him among the other drivers waiting for pickup. He was very pleasant to talk to on our drive and even offered to help take us around during our stay.

This was our first trip to Bali so I had researched many transfer companies. We were very happy with our choice. Our drivers Rata and Wayan were awesome and very knowledgeable about things to do while we were on our holiday. Rudi, my driver was extremely patient with me on my arrival. This was my first visit to Bali, and my flight landed close to midnight. Enroute to my hotel, Rudi went out of the way to explain the little nuances of the surroundings and made me feel very safe.

We were met at the airport and had no problems. They picked us up on our departure day and we were at the airport in plenty of time. One of our friends was not able to joins us and they refunded her money for the transportation which made me appreciate.
My wife and I had prearrange a transfer from the airport to our accommodation slightly north of Ubud and then a few days later from there to near West Bali National Park and then a few days later back to the airport. My younger sister had recommended them with no hesitation from a trip a year earlier in which she had engaged them extensively for tours and transfer during her 2 week stay. A friend of hers had recommended Bali4U for the same reason. When we go back we will engage them again. The drivers were very polite, engaging, drove safely, knew where they were going, and were timely. We felt very comfortable having just arrived in Indonesia for the first time.
On time pickup and clean vehicle. Driver knew the route. After a lengthy journey, it was nice to have someone pickup right at the door instead of waiting in line for a taxi.
