Private Bali Airport Arrival Transfer: Airport To Hotel (Arrival)

We had a wonderful experience with our airport transfer from DPS to our hotel in Ubud. Communication beforehand was easy and seamless, which made the whole process feel straightforward from the outset. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with our visa on arrival, which meant we took much longer than expected to get through immigration and customs. Chris, our driver, was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the delay, which we really appreciated after a long journey. There was no sense of pressure or frustration, and his calm, friendly manner made us feel at ease. The drive to Ubud was equally pleasant. Chris was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable, pointing out interesting details and landmarks along the way and giving us our first little glimpse into Bali as we travelled to our hotel. It was such a lovely introduction to Bali, and we couldn't have asked for a smoother or more reassuring start to our trip. Thank you to Chris for his patience and kindness. We would happily recommend this service to anyone travelling to Ubud!

Very friendly gentleman. The vehicle was clean and big enough for 5 people with 7 cases (I'd pre-arranged that). I'd also provided the destination address before we arrived in Bali - the driver didn't have that, lucky I did (an easy fix) or that may have been an issue.

Was there on time and waiting for us patiently and car was also clean with no issues happening all over

Driver was very kind but the car was older and the vent that prevents outside air from coming in was broken and we had to breath exhaust for 2 hours in Bali traffic.

A little bit confusing how to meet the driver at the airport. There were tons of signs for other people. I don't know why the drive to the hotel in Nusa Dua was so long ( about one hour). I was told by the driver because of the weather but the road to the hotel didn't seem flooded. What I discovered on my departure day from the hotel to the airport that there is a highway which only took 20 minutes to arrive at the airport! Why the driver didn't use the highway when he picked me at the airport? Did he want to save money not paying the road toll? Does not seem logical because the customer could pay for that and can the added to the transportation fee.

I was contacted through WhatsApp by my driver and he even sent me pics of what the sign with my name looked like, so I knew what to look for when leaving the airport. Driver was friendly and didn’t a great job. Would definitely recommend and use the company for tours as well as airport transportation that I used them for.

Our driver was fantastic. He waited for us for 2.5 hours while we were at the airport locating a lost phone. The drive to our hotel was great with our driver giving us a load of tourist tips, places to go, what to look out for.

Other riders should know that when they book with Viotar tours, transfer from one part of the city to another they safe, everyone that I dealt with has been honorable, responsible, reliable, and punctual. Tour guides are knowledgeable, good manners, and respectful.

We had the best driver! His name is Guna, he was fantastic with communication and driving us to our hotel. He told us a great deal about the local culture and sites to see while we are here. I would highly recommend Guna for transfers or tours in Bali.

Gusti was the best! He was on time and had a sign made so it was easy to find him. He also communicated over WhatsApp . The experience was flawless . He also was very friendly and gave us history and pointers for everything! His driving skills were amazing . Made us feel very safe! We highly recommend his services!
