We were in Indonesia for almost two weeks and had many drivers during those two weeks. Wira was our driver on our trip home to the airport and one of the best ones we had on our whole trip. He was friendly, extremely punctual, informative, and lovely to have as a driver. Highly recommend!

We booked 3 rides directly with HBD and honestly everything about our experience was great. From the booking process to communicating on WhatsApp, it was so easy and they have unbeatable prices. Our 2 drivers Dekwi and Dekjun were excellent!! They communicated so well with us via WhatsApp prior to pickup and in between as well. We speak English and were amazed how great their English was. Our driver Radi was fantastic. Contacted us on WhatsApp and he told us where to meet him. It’s a little crazy at the airport , but he made it easy to find him. Driving in Bali is an experience, you couldn’t pay me enough to do it, but we felt in good hands with Radi. Highly recommend.

Marco had excellent communication skills and texted me numerous times before our final meeting at the airport. It was a very good driver very safe! It was a long journey and he was very pleasant. We even stopped for coffee along the way.

Our driver, Dexde, was wonderful. Our plane was late and he waited for the over 30 minutes. He communicated very well both verbally and through WhatsApp. He was friendly and funny too. We said we were hungry and needed water in the villa so he took us to a beautiful restaurant as well as a store for water and snacks. Along the way, he taught us about the temples, religions, people and culture. It was really nice to learn from Dexde.

Very clear communication from the start put me at ease. I was also given my driver's details if I needed to contact them when I arrived. He messaged me with a picture of the sign he would be holding and where he would be. They were responsive to my messages when I told them I would be delayed. My driver called PIT was lovely and made me feel very welcome. My guesthouse was tricky to find but he parked the car and escorted me to the door. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! We had a driver for the day to take us from Ubud to a tattoo place in Kuta then onto a beautiful authentic Balinese lunch where the locals dine. Then some cool shopping locations and onto the airport. Our driver was exceptional, so friendly and helpful, the car was comfortable with great air conditioning. The entire process was smooth from booking, communication and final arrival at the airport. I would definitely use this company on my next trip to Bali and recommend to anyone looking for professional transportation at a reasonable price with that special Balinese experience. Hire Bali Driver (yes, that's the name of their company) provided excellent service through initial booking correspondence and when we were in Bali. The day before our arrival, they contacted me via Whatsapp and reassured me that our driver will await us upon touchdown in Bali. As promised, Pit (our assigned driver) texted me the moment we touched down and patiently waited for us as we cleared customs. He was very friendly and professional as he warmly welcomed us to Bali and kindly helped us with our luggage. As planned, we made multiple stops between the airport and our villa in Ubud namely the supermarket, Seminyak beach, lunch at Mades Warung, a traditional market and dinner at Warung Semana nearby our villa. Pit was very accommodating to our preferences/changes made on the day of and recommended good places to visit. He spoke great English so it was very easy to communicate with him and drove safely which ensured a smooth and comfortable ride for us. We arrived in Bali very late, so I knew that pre-booking a taxi service would bring me the peace of mind I need. Sure enough, after a flight delay and long lines at immigration, being greeted by a friendly face was welcome. Our driver provided us water and conversation during the trip, but it was 2 am so we weren’t very chatty. I would highly recommend this service for anyone coming to Bali.

We used this service for pick-up and drop-on and it was phenomenal. Both drivers were very nice and punctual. Took some of the stress off of traveling to a foreign country with kids. Days before arriving to Bali, we were contacted through Whatsapp to get all the specifics down. Once we landed in Bali, our driver was already waiting there for us and took us right to our hotel without any issues. On our day of departure, our driver arrived 30 mins before our scheduled pick-up time and had no issues with us getting our last breakfast before heading off to the airport. I would 1000% use this service again.

I was super expressed with my driver. This is my first international travel and I am going at it solo. I was concerned regarding communication and it proved to not be a concern at all. He reached out the night before to confirm the booking and when I arrived at the airport we stayed in communication and he sent me a picture of the sign with my name and what he was wearing. Super friendly and safe driver, explained so much about the Bali environment and culture, I wanted to absorb it all. Offered any future assistance and stoped along the way to let me experience street food, started with a style of banana chocolate pancake, though that's not what it is called. We talked of our respective families and he really made my trek to my first hotel memorable. What a awesome example of the wonderful people in Bali and what they believe in, Thank you for everything.

Fantastic company& super professional drivers. We had Wayan Suyaka as our driver on Tuesday when we arrived in Bali. Our flight was delayed but Wayan kindly waited for us. He is a true professional, speaks good English, and shared beautiful things about his culture. We were so impressed by Wayan’s professionalism, we had him as our guide the next day for our Ubud highlights tour. We visited the rice terraces, went to a beautiful temple, visited a coffee plantation and had a beautiful lunch with Mount Batur view. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Wayan& his company for anyone looking for a reliable transport and tour operator.
