Everything went smooth according to plan. Received a video message showing the meetup location and was able to find it easily by looking at nearby landmarks like the restaurant and fence style. There were like 200 people with pickup signs in the arrival area so it was easier to just watch the video than try to read every single sign.

Viator has been my preferred airport transfer in Bali several times a year, and whilst in Europe also for a long time. Mostly satisfied with the professionalism, courteous manner and safety, albeit my most recent from Denpasar airport was not. I was notified there was a change of transfer driver when I landed. Let’s say, I cannot trust Viator again as it is the second occurrence. As a solo traveller one needs to feel comfortable, safe and relaxed but, not with this driver’s demeanour. Take a chance if you like but I will be using hotel transfers from here on.

Excellent service and so easy. Booked and paid online in Australia then arrived and saw my name. The driver had sent me three photos of his location on WhatsApp. He was generous and kind. We were so grateful after leaving Tasmania at 10am and arriving at midnight. 10/10

Our driver was very friendly, welcoming and patient. Our flight arrived about 45 minutes late, and we then faced a huge customs queue with around 300 people. Despite this, he waited approximately 40 minutes for us, which we really appreciated. During the journey, we asked him to use the toll road to save time. The actual toll was around IDR 15,000 (approximately AU$1.50). There was initially a little confusion because the driver requested US$5 for the toll, referring to conditions published through Booking.com. However, we had booked our transfer through Viator. We explained this and gave him IDR 15,000 in cash so that he would not be out of pocket for the toll. Apart from this small misunderstanding, the transfer was pleasant and comfortable, and our driver was friendly throughout. We also told him that we would be very happy to use his services again for other trips during our stay in Bali. Thank you for the warm welcome to Bali and for patiently waiting for us after a very long arrival process!

Met as agreed with name sign at the arrivals hall. Waiting there on time and driver was polite and friendly. Unfortunately the traffic was bad especially as we neared Ubud and the A/C wasn’t working well.

I enjoyed my driver a lot. His name was Jero. He was able to take me two hours to my villa from the airport in rush-hour. He was a nice person and personable, and it was easy to find him from the airport. He kept in contact with me the whole way, and by the time I got into the car, he gave me a lot of information about Bali as well as tours and his WhatsApp to contact him later if I needed any help finding experiences. What a friendly person! It was lovely to me after such a long flight

OMG!! Kadek Gio was AMAZING!! He was on time for our pick up and waited patiently as we navigated almost 2 hours after arrival the hectic airport shenanigans. Sutra was a great driver. He was right at arrivals with a sign with my name on and helped us with our bags to the car. He was very friendly throughout the trip. Then he was careful and efficient as we navigated through Bali all the way to our hotel in Ubud. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Ended up booking him again for our trip back to the airport.
