Baligilifastboat are an agent and I booked the Wahruna Dharma Fast Boat for a one way trip from Nusa Penida to Sanur. This ferry ran a bit later in the day than most ferries, allowing me a bit more time on the stunning island of Nusa Penida. The agent were very good at communication, supporting me during my entire time on the island and ensuring check in for the ferry as smooth. The agent offers very competitively priced excursions on the island and I am sure they would be professionally managed. Unfortunately I did not have time to avail myself of their excursion offerings, though the ferry journey back to Bali was pleasant and quick

Had a great experience with the info ke Bali team. They keep checking promptly to ensure everything goes smooth, they offer 30-40% discount over boat tickets and are cheapest. I had booked two and fro tickets with them, and my flight was late so we were tired to catch an early morning boat that we had booked, without asking any questions or additional money, they moved us to the afternoon boat. Very prompt and a great staff, 10/10

Great value for money fast boat service. Good experience and simple online booking process. Boarding from Sanur is well managed at dedicated port. Heads up - Nusa penida doesn’t have local grab/gojek. Pls plan pick up from hotel if you want to avoid haggling within local cabbies.

The places were fine but the boat had no AC and it was too hot inside. On the return journey they asked for IDR 50k for the top deck which was more airy. Also, the guide had no idea about the places (relevance and history) and couldn’t understand English properly; language barrier was there. He took photos and drove us on time to each place.

This company was very organized. The check in process and retrieving the boarding badges was quite easy given the crazy amount of boats at the Sanur port. I would recommend reserving your tickets online first and NOT in person at the office. Pleasant experience and the staff was helpful!

The service was fine. Angel Billabong staff was not very kind but apart from that all good. We left Penida and arrived Sanur on time.

I highly recommend this company, Wayan was so attentive, quick responding. He offered a great customer service. We booked our speed boat ticket from Bali to Nusa Pedina and the prices were affordable and everything was so organised. We also booked our west tour in Nusa Pedina and it was amazing. Our private driver Made took us to do snorkeling and to visit the best beaches from the island, he was awesome always willing to help. Thanks again.
