Very comfortable. Downstairs, they have air conditioning, and upstairs there are cushions where you can enjoy the sun, the views, and the lively music the staff plays over the speakers. The atmosphere is really nice.

The staff is very professional and helpfull. We travelled from Gili Air to Padangbai by speedboat and then to Kintamani with the most polite and professional driver we met. Kids were very happy and as a parent I'm more than happy (parents will know how much this part is important).

You will receive a confirmation of the ferry in whatsapp. You will receive an entrance ticket upon check-in. You know, 30,000 taxes have to be paid all of a sudden. That should just be in the price. No problem, but the travelers who check in with me immediately find this all annoying and unnecessary. PLEASE NOTE the receipt you will receive is ALSO required at check-in later. This is NOT said to the travellers when paying. In short the trip is good, the hassle with ticket and tax is not good.
