Nusa Penida One Day Trip With All Inclusive

I gave this a three out of five just because the pictures are misleading. The fast boat you go on is pretty much like a massivebus load of people on a crammed boat. It is not the yacht like experience that is shown in the pictures. The photos are just that-they are photo opportunities of pretty places that you can’t hike down to or sit on those beaches. You just take a picture from far away with a bunch of other tourists crammed in around you. Eventually, you do go snorkeling, but it is brief and it is not like the pictures.

The drive/guide and lunch supplied on the island was fantastic and friendly. Been an older couple some of tracks were challening, but we still got to see all the sites, all admissiom free were looked after by the guide and the transfer driver from the hotel to the port equally helpful and organised boarding passes and guiding us were to go.

Amazing - tour guides were very good. Very well organised. Nusa Penida is very beautiful and you didnt want to miss any stop.

Driver was great, transfers from hotel to Sanur harbour and then transport around the whole island was really helpful and well organised. But the island its self was very crowded and very hard to get pictures and stuff as there is so many people blocking the way and we went super early. Food for lunch was very good and drivers were lovely. I would still do the activity to see the island but you basically just go and take a few photos.

Such a great experience. We had a really good guide with us, who could tell us a lot about the different places, and took it all in our pace.

Driver was awesome, had to do a bit of rethinking as despite what the online description said, parts of it were not suitable for older less mobile guests. Rocky / steep slopes, steep steps. Thankfully the guide tailored the trip to what we could manage. Trip lasted a full day and lunch was provided.

It was an amazing Tour with Candra as driver and tourist guide. All fees were included.

Very organized and well planned trip. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I would definitely recommend to others as well as I would book the tours with this travel company again in near future.

My husband and I enjoyed our Nusa Penida adventure. From the on time pickup at our resort in the early morning to the drop off. Yoga had confirmed pickup the night before. He was informative and got us on our way and on to the boat. Our private driver, Indra on the island greeted us once we came off the Fast Boat. Our drive was scenic and our driver was experienced and safe. Incredibly beautiful beaches and he made sure we got great photos. Lunch was delicious and we saw all our beaches and got back on the boat on time. Once we were back on Bali, our driver was there waiting for our ride home. The entire day was smooth and well organized. Precise coordination and communication. We are so pleased with this adventure and well worth the money. Highly recommended. Wonderful tour company. Wear comfortable shoes!

Beautiful sights to see, you just need to be mindful that the roads are very rough, so you don’t travel far in a hurry! There is also a bit a walking to be done to get to the beautiful views. Totally worth the effort though❤️

We had a wonderful experience from the pickup from our hotel, the entire tour and drop off to our hotel. All went so perfectly. Special thanks to our driver, Tole who organised everything for us and our guide, Unger who drove us to beaches on narrow and winded roads so smoothly. I recommend these guys to anyone who wants to have a well planned and relaxing day tours and, airport transfers in Bali.

The tour was smoothly operated. Well planned and executed. No hassles or disruptions. The guides were friendly and polite. Suggestion is to find a lean time to do the tour as it can get really crowded with too many tourists.

This trip is a once in a lifetime experience. Our first driver Candra was super accommodating in picking us up from a different hotel than the ones listed! He picked up our tickets and tigave us detailed directions for our venture. Our next guide, Wer, was the best! He knew exactly where to take us at each location on the island, navigated the crazy traffic and parking phenomenally, and would give us time and space to ourselves whenever we wanted! The destinations were superb, but keep in mind that the roads between the locations are unpaved and rocky! The boat back to Bali was also very choppy! People who get car sick or boat sick should probably sit this one out! Candra Werdi (Wer)

I had a wonderful experience on my Nusa Penida tour, and a big part of it was thanks to Tole, my driver. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had such a great personality. He created a really nice and comfortable atmosphere throughout the rides, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful he was. When he picked me up at the port to take me back to my villa, he had brought me a cold bottle of water. After a long day, that small gesture meant a lot and showed how genuinely considerate he was. Tole was professional, kind, and a pleasure to spend time with. I truly appreciated his excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

There is A LOT of driving and little reward. The couple of views you see are nice but I hardly worth the effort and the amount of instragram star wanna bees hogging the views…just gross. The ferry ride is another issue-packed in like sardines. We were told there would be a restroom on board-there wasn’t. Our guide offered nothing in the way of being a guide-he was merely a driver. He didn’t even tell us where to walk-he followed us while staring at his phone. This is a hard pass of you value your time in Bali.

Snorkelling was amazing, we saw a lot of different fish. All is well organised, drivers nicely on time and very friendly. The part of discovering the cliffs and beaches was less optimal because there are tons of people and you almost have to wait in line to see something. However our drivers adapted to our wishes and changed the itinerary.

The tour is for 4 beaches 7-12 hours. 3 out of 4 of the beaches you can NOT get in the water. You can only take pictures. If all you want to do is take pictures this is the tour for you. Be mindful of the last time of the fast boat (water taxi) because that will determine how much time you actually have once you arrive on the island. It takes 45 minutes or more to get from beach to beach, please consider that also. We were only able to visit 2 beaches due to the heavy traffic and a cremation ceremony. We opted to go to Crystal Bay the only one that you can get in due to the time constraints. When I reached out to the company and requested a partial refund because there was no way we could have visited all 4 of the beaches, they rejected it and threatened me with a lawsuit and said a complaint was filed against me with the Bali Immigration Department. If all you want to do is sightsee this is fine. If you want an experience where you actually can enjoy the beaches this is Not the tour for you. Choose wisely.

Amazing drivers and guides, super fun experience. I recommend to anyone traveling in a group as this was a good full day for activities.

The trip is average due to the fact that viator outsourced this to a local travel agency. The car sprovided were nice, but the boat riding was average and very chaotic. As the agency clubbed all the booking together, so the boat was crowded, there was no seat allocation, plus adressing the safety gear was just for tick box. After the speedboat started they will just tell you that life jackets are under seat, where the fact is they should have handed over life jackets to people while boarding aa if accident happens no one will get time to search for jacket. It was quite miamanaged. I have taken viator tours in Europe, but this is very different. Also, the food provided under all imclusive package was of not good quality. We couldn't eat. Luckily we carried some packaged food with us, so we survived on that. They have fixed restaurants under package. We find there were much better restaurants available in the island. But I must say that both the drivers were really good and helpful.

Our hotel pickup driver, Krishna, was very friendly and professional, and the tour company appeared to have good overall coordination. While Nusa Penida is absolutely stunning, our experience on the island could have been better—the fast boat was quite crowded and may not be suitable for those prone to seasickness, and our guide/driver seemed to be rushing between sites, making it difficult to enjoy the visit at a relaxed pace. We appreciated that he took some photos for us, although they didn't turn out as expected. If possible, I'd also recommend visiting outside the busy morning hours, as the attractions become extremely crowded and hot, making it harder to fully appreciate the island's incredible beauty.

Incredible sights. The beaches and lookouts over the coast are incredible. It does get extremely busy, especially Kelinking.

An incredible experience and seamless way to see so much of Nusa Penida. Everything was so well organized and our drivers were amazing and so accommodating. Wahyu was so helpful and friendly! We felt very comfortable as a queer couple as well. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. Absolutely stunning views.

The arrangement for pickup point is very misleading. It mentioned departs from Bali but I was told the night before the travel that I have to make my way to Nusa penida by myself. Last minute I have to book cab and ferry to the island.

Adm Bali Natural Tours did not show up for Pick Up and want you pay extra for the pick up service even when you have included it in your package. Aviator Agents tried to sort the issue on their side however it hit 07H30 the Adm Bali driver did not show up. Note: the Adm Bali Natural Tours operator was extremely rude, Horrible experience!

Curtious and friendly guide. The process went smoothly and the sights were magnificent! I would definitely book another tour with this provider.

We were told to start the trip early 6 am which is ok , but then Nusa penida was all about beaches so “it gets tooooo hot , to actually enjoy beaching at the Crystal Bay, where we reached after lunch at around 1:00pm!! . Also this trip has to be made more interesting . Please think about it. All the associated drivers were good esp. Kumo at Nusa Penida who drove us around ! He was knowledgeable & tried to do his best. Drop off back from Sanur to resort was not organised well, as the driver Wayan kept waiting in the parking lot and did not answer the phone! Had parked far away & instead of bringing car to us , he started taking us , to the parked taxi . The Viator team has to make them understand & train all drivers etc. that we pay high premium for these trip so that our connections run SMOOTHLY & COMFORTABLY. Viator needs to put this message thru , that for private tours customers Timing, smoothness of connection & comfort , cannot be sacrificed. Also I feel some training of knowledge about the tourist places , needs to be given to these driver cum guide esp. in developing countries like Indonesia .

Overall it was a very nice experience, the communication with the tour team and the drivers was flawless, the landscapes were pretty and our drivers were very fun ! The only bad part was the group snorkeling. The snorkeling was nice but it gets too crowded in the water. Overall it was enough snorkeling for us (with about 40 minutes in total in the water, and the rest moving between the different snorkeling spots. Would advise if you didn’t have any other plan that day and the weather is good.

Our driver Kadek handled all the stops and admin smoothly. He was very friendly and engaging and explained the tour stops well. The trip was very stress free and enjoyable.

Not only was he an excellent driver, but he was also an incredible tourist guide who made our entire Nusa Penida experience seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable. His local knowledge was next level — he helped us avoid the huge queues at all the famous photo spots, which saved us so much time and made the day far more enjoyable. We were able to experience all the beauty of Nusa Penida without the chaos and waiting around. On top of that, the lunch recommendation was fantastic and one of the highlights of the trip. Professional, friendly, organised, and genuinely caring about giving us the best experience possible. If you’re visiting Nusa Penida, I highly recommend booking with Gu — you won’t regret it.

The Nusa Penida diving package overall was okay, but the highlight of the trip was definitely our driver. His service and attitude were excellent throughout the whole journey. He was very professional, helpful, and caring — especially when one of my family members slipped while boarding the boat and couldn’t go snorkeling. He kept helping us along the walkways, making sure we were safe, and explaining the places and viewpoints to us. He truly made the trip much more enjoyable. The snorkeling experience itself was quite average. We didn’t get to see manta rays, and there weren’t many fish either. The included lunch was also just so-so. Each person only got one included meal, and honestly the extra dishes we ordered ourselves tasted much better. However, Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach were absolutely beautiful and stunning in real life. Those places were definitely worth visiting, although the schedule felt a bit rushed and we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy them. Still, special thanks again to our driver for his amazing service — he was honestly the best part of the entire trip.

Great one day trip from Kuta with amazing view. Wahyu Astiti was our driver from and to hotel. Very nice girl, great driver and knowledgeable person who answered all of our questions we had about Bali. At the island we met Gu who did great job driving us around, taking pictures and explaining how people live at the island

We really enjoyed the trip! We left from Sanur and on Nusa Penida our driver Dedi picked us and helped with everything. The snorkeling was fun, we had videos and photos taken with underwater camera. Unfortunately we couldn’t see mantas but we saw very beautiful fishes and corals! When we finished we went back to the meeting point and Dedi took us for a lunch, then we saw the marvelous view of Kelingking beach and then we visited Broken beach and Angels Billabong. Amazing views!

From booking with the tour provider, everything was so seamless and easy with clear communication via WhatsApp. Our tour guide Igo was brilliant, kind, punctual and extremely friendly. My husband and I had a great time. Would recommend. When you book ask for Igo, he’s brilliant.

We had a great time, all our drivers and guides did a great job! We did leave a little bit early but it was nothing to do with the service. It was very crowded at all the locations which is no one’s fault. We had a great time and got a lot of great pictures!

Exploring the island was honestly one of the highlights of my Bali trip 🌴☀️ From hidden beaches to breathtaking viewpoints, temples, cliffside roads, and little local spots I never would have found on my own, every stop felt like an adventure. The roads were definitely wild at times 😅 narrow, windy, bouncy, and busy but I always felt completely safe thanks to my amazing driver Gu. Gu was hands down the BEST driver ever. So kind, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, and always making sure I was comfortable and safe no matter how long the drive or how crazy the roads got. He knew all the best beaches and landmarks and made the whole experience stress free and fun. Could not recommend him enough if you want to truly experience the island without worrying about a thing 🌺🚗✨

Wahyu was a fantastic driver. She was safe, knowledgeable, friendly, educational, timely, and had great communication. I especially loved supporting a wonderful female driver. She made the whole day feel easy and comfortable, even on the busy roads. Highly recommend Wahyu! Gu was kind, polite, and honestly the absolute best driver on all those busy roads. I felt safe the entire time. He took pictures, showed me all the important spots, and let me enjoy everything at my own pace. He was thoughtful, helpful, and made the day such a great experience.
