Nusa Penida Instagram Tour: The Most Iconic Spots (Private & All-inclusive)

This was one of the worst tour experiences we have ever had. We booked through Viator, showed up on time for the scheduled pickup, and the driver simply never came. What made it even worse was the complete lack of communication. We called, emailed, and asked our hotel to contact the company. Nobody answered or responded. We were left standing around waiting with no information, no explanation, and no attempt whatsoever to help us. Our valuable vacation time was completely wasted. If you cannot provide the service that customers paid for, the least you can do is communicate with them. Ignoring multiple calls and emails is completely unacceptable.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this tour through Viator, and the driver never arrived for our scheduled pickup. If you value your time , DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We waited and tried repeatedly to resolve the situation. We called and emailed the tour operator, and our hotel also tried contacting them. The Sol Hotel even called the operator’s number on our behalf. Despite all of these attempts, we received absolutely no response. By 7.00 AM, it was clear that the driver was not coming, and we had completely wasted our morning waiting for a tour that we had already paid for. Completely ignoring multiple calls and emails from customers is unacceptable. There was no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to provide any assistance.

This place is amazing and definitely worth visiting as it is stunning. We booked a personalised tour with a guide so that we could have a more indepth experience. Unfortunately our guide Wayan was not very interested and wanted to rush through the day. We hardly got any information and the photos he took were not that good. It seemed like he just wanted to get the day over and done with. Other tours with othe tour operators were so much better as their guides were excellent which ultimately made the difference!

Amazing tour! It lived up to exactly what i expected it to be after a year of researching. True Instagram worthy photos to prove it. Our guide also made an additional stop at Crystal bay where we were able to snorkel off the shore with our own snorkelling gear! If you are all about the photos like me, I recommend this tour while in Nusa Penida!

The tour guide is just trying to rush every spot and end the tour early, he only brought us to 4 spots and said there is not enough time for Broken Beach yet the tour ended early for more then an hour. Moreover he is driving fast af like keep tailgating other car, cut other cars off. And as the roads are narrow sometime he slam on the brakes to avoid crushing into coming cars as hes driving so so so fast. The whole trip felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. The free lunch is also salty af plus many flies. Honesty its not worth the money you can get better tour in this price. Last time when I commented you said cant identity our booking number and try to use this to deny the poor service so here is the evidence u need, enjoy.

It was a wonderful experience. Our driver and guide and photographer was Ketek who was very knowledgeable about the places to take memorable and amazing photos. He drove carefully through the rough roads and stayed with us until we boarded the speed boat back to the main land. He also gave us enough time to shop. Lunch ( included)was modest with not a lot of choices .

My experience on the Instagram tour was somewhat disappointing. Despite booking a private tour with the expectation of receiving personalized guidance and assistance, there were instances where our guide instructed us to explore certain locations alone, diminishing the value of the private tour. Additionally, upon returning from one of these solo excursions, we encountered difficulty in locating our designated driver, resulting in a somewhat inconvenient experience. While the tour offered opportunities for capturing captivating photographs, the lack of consistent guidance and support detracted from the overall satisfaction of the experience

It did not happen. It was cancelled without a reason. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I believe they must leave a message explained why, but didn't. It was a shame.

Good driver. Very hospitable. Couldnt have asked for a better representative for the island. A good tour.

This excursion was better than I expected from beginning to end. We were picked up timely and always kept in the know. The views were amazing and our guide was is the absolute best!!!

We were left very disappointed after this trip. Yes the views are amazing but unless you have the agility of a mountain goat you won't be getting near any beaches as described so leave your cozzie at home. What they don't tell you is that all the beaches are down a mountain walk of about 500 mtrs and most of them you cant swim in as there are dangerous currents. Also the roads Are horrendous. We felt like being sick after lunch As you get shaken about so much. Defo don't go if you are pregnant . You spend along time in the car traveling between beaches , it was Awful.

My whole trip from booking online whilst in Australia was amazing. My pick up driver from my resort was fantastic and caring he never left my side until I was totally organised and knew exactly where to board. My tour guide was also amazing when I got there. Same care was taken with. I cannot fault this experience at all and would highly recommend it.🙏😊

I booked this tour becouse it was showing that a lot of locations were going to shown. Once I came to island i was told that due to silence day only 2 locations i was going to see . I was also told that the last boat is on 3 pm.so they can not take me all places showing on tour. This is not fair at all Driver was so nice and professional by the way .

The trip was packed with stunning views. My driver from my hotel to the boat was so helpful. Mystyca my driver/ guide did not speak much English but he still showed me some lovely places. He was so helpful to get me help going to the boat on my way back when I could not get my feet wet. He got one of the guys to carry me to the boat. SOO NICE!!

The best day in Nusa Penida. The tour seemed to cover everything we wanted to see. Our guide Ketut told us about the island (it turns out that this is the province of Bali, although it is located apart), helped us in taking photos and amused us in every possible way on the trip. We enjoyed the fellowship and the beautiful views from the cliffs and beaches. Great program - we could choose what to visit and of course we visited all Instagram spots. Be prepared to get a little wet in the port as the boats can't always get close due to low tide, but it's even fun and safe of course. We will definitely advise friends and relatives to visit Nusa Penida and even better with Putu.

Nusa Penida is a very beautiful place (and Instagrammable as well). Here you can see views of the ocean from the cliffs and if you go down you can enjoy the views of blue water and white (almost) sand. On our trip in the morning it was raining near the hotel, but it quickly ended as soon as we found ourselves on Nusa Penida, our guide said that the weather on the island is always better than in Bali.

I have been wanting to visit Nusa Penida for a long time, the photos I saw from my friends on Instagram were amazing! When we bought tickets to Bali, I immediately booked this tour. Our trip was very comfortable. In the morning we were picked up from the hotel and brought to the port, where we reached the island on a fast boat. There we were met by a guide and spent the whole day with us taking pictures of us and telling stories about the island. To be honest, we didn't want to go back, we loved it there so much!

The tour included pickup from the hotel, which is very convenient, otherwise we would have to get to the port ourselves and pay for the taxi ourselves. The guide always took pictures of us, so we were able to choose the best photos after the tour. Nusa Penida is not yet as developed as Bali, but this has its advantages, there is no traffic and we were able to enjoy the beauties of nature.

We had a nice day with Ketut, our driver and guide to Penida. We liked his professional manner and clean appearance. The day before the trip, I received a WhatsApp message indicating the pick-up time and the name of the driver. We were picked up from the hotel on time (the tour was personal). It was just a wonderful introduction to the culture of Penida and its natural beauties.
