We had a great experience exploring Nusa Penida. Communication with the company was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. We had great drivers Alit & Wijana Our private guide took us to some of the island’s most beautiful and iconic spots, including Kelingking Beach, Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach, and the Thousand Islands Viewpoint. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and our guide knew all the best places and angles for taking amazing photos. Admission was included. The tree hose had a bit if a wait but worth it Having a private tour made the experience even more enjoyable, especially with our group. It was a fantastic day filled with incredible views, beautiful photos, and unforgettable memories. Definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Nusa Penida

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with a day trip to Nusa Penida. The tour was very well organized & the views were breathtaking. Photos do not do this place any justice. It is absolutely mesmerizing. Yogi, Our tour guide around Nusa Penida, was amazing! He invited any questions we had about Nusa Penida and the Balinese culture. Yogi was very helpful, he assisted with carrying my beach bag because of the exhaustion I endured after all the hiking and the heat from the sun. Impeccable customer service. Yogi also did an amazing job navigating the narrow paved cliff roads which were also riddled with huge pot holes. Driving those roads really takes some skill to maneuver and we never once felt our safety was at risk. Feri our driver to and from the dock to our hotel was fantastic. He was efficient, getting us to and from the dock safely and on time. He spoke English very well which was a plus for us because other drivers we had made it challenging to communicate effectively due to the language barrier. Feri was gregarious and pleasantly kind. And he also gave us insight on the area and culture. He really went above and beyond. Through our morning conversation I mentioned to Feri that I was interested in buying some local mask art. So on our way back to the hotel he offered to stop us by a local shop that sold authentic crafted art. It took me buy surprise because I didn’t expect him to remember due to so much time had past from our morning ride to the evening drop off. Great guy and astounding active listening skills and customer service. Both Yogi and Feri excelled at helping make our day stress free and memorable. And both guys have impeccable customer service! Thanx a million!

We had a really enjoyable day exploring Nusa Penida with ForeverVacation. There are lots of Nusa Penida tours offered by different companies, but I specifically chose this one because it covered both the east and west sides of the island, which felt like the best way to see as much as possible in one day. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. Clear information beforehand, a useful WhatsApp group, smooth transport arrangements and nice little touches such as water and cake. A special mention to Exbi and Wijana, who both helped make the day run smoothly. Exbi handled our hotel pick-up and return, while Wijana was our driver and guide on Nusa Penida itself. One thing that does add genuine value to this tour is that Wijana didn’t just drive us between the different stops, he also acted as our photographer throughout the day. At each viewpoint he knew the best places to stand, the best angles and how to get the shots people actually want from Nusa Penida. He took some amazing photos of us, and that definitely made the experience feel more worthwhile than simply hiring a driver and doing everything yourself. One disappointment was the famous Rumah Pohon Tree House. I had been hoping to get the classic photo walking up to it, but when we arrived there was around a one-hour wait just to take the picture. In the end, we simply couldn’t be bothered to wait that long, so we settled for taking photos of the tree house from a distance. It was a little disappointing as it was one of the photos I’d been looking forward to, but an hour felt excessive for a photo opportunity. It is also worth knowing that the roads around Nusa Penida can be extremely bumpy, and some of the walks down towards the beaches and viewpoints involve steep climbs and descents. On a hot day it can be very exhausting. That said, the effort is worth it for the dramatic coastal views and some genuinely beautiful photo opportunities. For value for money, we paid around £150 for two people, so roughly £75 each. That includes lunch, return fast boat tickets, hotel transfers, transport around the island and your own driver-guide. It isn’t cheap for a day that mainly involves travelling between viewpoints, but the guide does add genuine value by managing the route and taking high-quality photos of you at each stop. More savvy travellers could probably put together a similar day for less by arranging their own transport to the harbour, buying the boat tickets separately and hiring a private driver or guide once on Nusa Penida. Return boat tickets are around £20 per person, so part of what you are paying for here is the convenience of having everything organised for you from start to finish. Having your own guide and effectively a personal photographer throughout the day does make the extra cost easier to justify. Nusa Penida is definitely worth seeing, especially if you enjoy dramatic coastal scenery, viewpoints and photography. I’d just say it’s the kind of trip that makes the most sense if you have enough time in Bali to dedicate a full day to it, as there are so many other things to see and do on the island too. Overall though, ForeverVacation did a very good job. The organisation was excellent, Exbi made the transfers easy and Wijana was a brilliant driver, guide and photographer. We came away with some fantastic photos and had a great day.

We had a great time seeing all the beaches and viewpoints. Everything went so smoothly and we even had enough time to swim in one of the beaches. Huge shout out to our driver Dapet who went above and beyond by not only making our drive smooth and taking all our pics at every spot. He was very accommodating and made the day amazing!

On Nusa Penida, our guide Dapet took great care of us. An excellent driver taking us across the island on the several long but necessary drives. You could tell he was better than most other drivers on the road. At times directing them to the best solution. He can take an excellent photo too! Bringing us to some discreet spots with considerably less tourist footfall for better clearer shots. On the main island, Buddy, collected us from our resort in Ubud, bringing us to the port and a nice coffee shop for a light breakfast after our very early start. And guided us to the boat personnel so were never unsure as to where to go. Dapet did likewise on the other end. Buddy picked us up off the boat and dropped us to our alternative accommodation that night. Communication via WhatsApp was clear throughout and at no point felt unsure of anything. I scored low on value for money as I booked through Forever Vacation who I expect out a massive mark up on the trip. I would imagine booking direct would be much better value for money. Some people might have issue with the long drives across often times terrible roads but that is the nature of Nusa Penida and seeing these sights and no reflection on the operator. I advise sinking your tunes to the vehicles Bluetooth.

This trip was truly a highlight to our trip to Bali. We were taken care of from pickup through drop off. We were thankful we were guided along the entire experience. Nusa Penida does is bit more difficult to navigate between the boats, transportation around the island, and just how large the island is. Rather than being stressed out, we were expertly guided by our our guide, Widi. Once we arrive at Nusa Pendia from our boat we were whisked away, while other tourist were stuck in a line, allowing us to arrive earlier than most other tourist. I was also very appreciate, I could just sit back in relax while our guide drove and made sure we kept on time to make it to all our destinations. We were truly appreciative of him and very thankful to have a local guide. We also added on the photographer. Our photography, Cahyadi, delivered photos that were well beyond our expectations. I was very nervous given bright the sun was, however, we were delighted by a gallery of beautiful, edited images. Truly thankful we had someone to capture just how beautiful this destination was, especially give how popular these spots are.

We had an amazing day! The pick-up and transfer went smoothly. Our drivers, Exbi and Nyana, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered all our questions and even took some beautiful photos of us. The lunch was good, and the beaches were absolutely breathtaking. Visiting Nusa Penida on our last day in Bali was 100% worth it, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to our driver Exbi and our guide Robert Exbi was excellent throughout our time in Bali. Having him as our driver really made a difference, and we always felt comfortable and well taken care of while getting around Bali. Once we arrived in Nusa Penida, we met Robert, who was fantastic. He was super friendly, experienced, and clearly loves the island. You could immediately tell that he knows Nusa Penida extremely well and, most importantly, knows exactly when and where to go. He made the smart decision to take us to Kelingking Beach first thing in the morning because he knew it would get much more crowded later, which was a huge plus for us. Robert showed us all the beautiful spots around the island, knew the best locations for photos, and helped us get through the crowds efficiently while still giving us plenty of time to enjoy each place. He was also always happy to help us take pictures and knew exactly where to get the best shots. From start to finish, everything was very well organized. They stayed in constant contact with us, made sure we always knew where to go, and everything ran on time. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would especially recommend Exbi and Robert. Booked this direct via ForeverVacation.com. They have an amazing team on the back end that answers questions (via WhatsApp or email) and are very patient. Seamless hotel pick up by the very friendly Turah Rai. So good with our kids (ask him about his 17 years of working with Elephants in sanctuaries). He got us to our boat and guided us through all the logistics. Upon arrival in Nusa Penida 45 minutes later we were greeted by the ever friendly Yogi Antara. He was an excellent island guide especially as someone native to the Island. He was amazing with our kids. At one of the locations my kids wanted to climb down to the beach and the stairs were very steep and crowded making it hard to go and my wife and I had bags in our hands and so he saw my six year old struggling and put her on his back and brought her down 40 flights of stairs and guided her back up. We some of the most breathtaking beaches and sites. He helped my kids feed some monkeys but in a very safe and protective way. Yogi took pictures of the family and knew all the right spots to go. After a lovely day, he made sure we boarded the boat back. My kids still miss him a week later! Turah was there to greet us back in Sanur port and take us home safely. Amazing experience and we used ForeverVacation for two additional tours (both of which were amazing and led by Turah Rai)! Thanks for the amazing memories!!!

Be prepared , Carry Water, snacks, fruits, good strong Slippers, extra sandals, swimwear, Hoodie, Pick up from Hotel 7.30 am Boat company gives Safety briefing and you collect snokelling equipment. Start 0830 am reach Island in about an hour. Good snorkelling swimming, NO toilets so out in nature, be careful of corals on beach so must protect Feet from Bruising, good strong slippers/ sandals needed. The tour operator will have one area to store your bag, bring Towel. No restaurant there. Boat takes 7 persons plus two boatmen. Boatmen will take all together for snokelling , good corals and fishes really very clear water. One hour snokelling . Same boat company will bring you back around 2 pm in one of their boats

It was more driving than the mainland tour but the beaches made it worthwhile. Widi lives on the island so his local knowledge can’t be beat!
