Our guide Suriatnata was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed and sharing interesting facts about the area. After snorkeling, we visited some of Nusa Penida's breathtaking viewpoints including Kelingking Beach which was simply stunning. The whole day was perfectly organized allowing us to soak in the beauty of this incredible island. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore Nusa Penida and enjoy some amazing snorkeling.

Itinerary
Once an enormous cave, the collapse of this rock formation has turned Broken Beach into a mesmerising swirling whirlpool. Sit back and let the blue and green waves hypnotise you!
We'll stop at Korawa Beach for a brief photo op, where the breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect backdrop. Its natural beauty makes it an ideal spot to capture that perfect Instagram shot. Note: Due to land erosion and unsafe road conditions at Korawa Beach, the destination is currently closed until further notice. We are making adjustments to the itinerary with the following alternative options: Tropic Beach or Virgin Beach.
This craggy headland is known as T-Rex Beach due to its distinctive shape. Whether or not you can see the dinosaur resemblance, you’ll agree this is a truly stunning photo stop. Look out across the sparkling ocean for miles around. While this coastal wonder is a breathtaking sight to see up close, going down to the beach is highly discouraged due to safety and tour scheduling reasons.
Known for its clear waters and colourful sea life, Crystal Bay is a prime spot for diving, so take plunge and get friendly with the fishfolk while you’re here.
Another must-see on Nusa Penida, this natural infinity pool is at the mercy of the changing tide. Sweeping white waves dissolve into gentle foam as visitors gaze in awe.

Views were good. Guide and driver were great. Price was a bit high for what we got, so not value for money compared to other tours available out there.
Great tour. Nusa Penida is very hot but breathtakingly beautiful. The guides did a great job driving us from place to place on really tight roads and were great at taking pictures. Would recommend to friends
I've seen photos of Nusa Penida online and it was my top bucket list item for Bali. The thing is I found it difficult to try and organize a trip there myself. Arranging the boat, finding a driver I don't ride a motorbike), and getting shuttled to all the places I wanted to visit. I stumbled on this tour on Viator that had everything I wanted and more! They picked me up from my hotel (which took so much of the stress out of my trip), arranged the speedboat, and then had the driver with the comfy van ready to bring us around the island. The places were just as good as the photos!!! I have Kelingking Beach as my background on my phone! Komang was so nice and polite, never rushing us and super willing to take endless photos. Book this tour if you want the convenience! Very much worth it!
First off our tour guide was awesome and we had a great tour day and saw some really cool sights. However, I feel the title of this is misleading. The only boat your are on is to and from the two islands which is a public ferry with 100 other people. It's crowded and hot and it took us over an hour on the way there, a little under on the way back. Once you get to Nusa Penida, the tour is by car. I guess if you were in a boat, you wouldn't get to visit these really high cliffs which were beautiful, but we had just done a four day tour in Ubud by car so I was really looking forward to spending some more time in the water. However, if that isn't what you are looking for - this tour is for you. We did decide to do some snorkling (not including in the tour, we paid separately) so ultimately we got best of both worlds, but it was just not what I was expecting. That being said, the tour guide was fun and took some great photos of us at the cliffs!
Kadek picked us up from our hotel at 6.30 am we drove to get on the boat and Kadek came with us, another driver picked us up and went to all of the beaches, they are beautiful but we only got to spend some time on the beach at the last stop. The others we saw from the cliff and we got some amazing pictures. Kadek was a great driver and very helpful. Trip is lovely but maybe a bit overpriced
Thank you so much to Gusti, our amazing guide/photographer/food recommender! I’ve been to Nusa Penida before but I went a second time with my friends (who had never been) and we decided to book this tour. So glad we did because Gusti was AWESOME! It was a very hot day but he came prepared with umbrellas for us. He also carried our bags, took our photos, and made recommendations on what to get for lunch. The island itself was beautiful as always. Bring swim clothes because you’ll have free time to swim at Crystal Bay. I even saw a few fishes too! Thanks again to Gusti, we will definitely book again when we come back.
Our tour guide was very kind and helpful. He made sure we god pictures in every place we visited. Due to the time of the last boat to Sanur at around 4 PM, there isn’t time to go down to the Kelingking Beach. I would recommend this trip if you want a lot of cool pictures for your instagram.
Had a fun adventure on the west part of Nusa Penida. Our tour guide Agus was great, he even climbed to the trees like monkey and captured some amazing pictures for us!
Komang, my tour guide, made this whole tour spectacular! I was a solo traveller and he always made sure to take lots of pictures, which was really appreciated! Really great tour with a really great guide!
Had a lovely time on this trip. Gusti was an awesome tour guide always making sure you were ok and had a chance to take pictures. This was my first time traveling to Bali and Gusti made me feel very welcomed and answered any questions I had about the culture. Nasu Penida was such a beautiful island. We spent a bit of time traveling from one place to another. If your on a short trip to Bali then I highly recommend it. But definitely would come back and stay there for a few nights to explore the beautiful beaches.
Fantastic day tour of Nusa Penida with guide, Gusti. Highly recommend! I went on this tour as a solo female and felt extremely safe and looked after. There were only three of us total on the tour. It was nice to not be in a group of 50+. Gusti did a great job of attending to us. He was timely with picking us up and a safe driver. He took lots of pictures for us, which was an added bonus. I’d recommend bringing flip flops and also sneakers for this tour. I’d also recommend wearing quick-dry bottoms or something you don’t mind getting wet. There is a part of the tour where you’ll have to wade in water up to your knees/lower thighs to get on the speed boat.
Having just returned from this tour, I can't say enough about how incredible the places we visited were! Bring your camera and/or phone because you are going to be taking a LOT of photos of the beautiful scenery while you are there. We were lucky enough to capture some fantastic pictures while we were on Kelingking beach. The guide Ketut was a great guide who let us choose our pace and was super accommodating. TripGuru handled this trip for me, and I was highly satisfied with the overall experience. We didn't have to do a thing except wait and they handled everything for us - getting the ferry, getting around Nusa Penida, having lunch, etc. It is the perfect choice if you want to avoid a headache in arranging all this on your own and with your group.
The tour guide was racist and he cater to the 3 white ladies on the trip. At 1 point he help each one of them down a steep hill but when it was my turn he turned his back on me and walked away I almost felled but I caught my self. And he also would only take there pictures and would put me last I never got any pictures on the cliff. He was so inappropriate touching the women while he took their pictures and telling them he likes white people that was so uncalled for he also recorded a video of 1 of the young girl that he fancy on his personal phone which I find very inappropriate but he treated me a black woman like a piece a gum at the bottom of his shoes. And he would call me American I have a name and it's not American but he would call the other ladies by their name.He ruined my time in this beautiful island
All of thr sites were beautiful! Our tour guide was extremely helpful in explaining the history of the area & was aka,ing at helping our group to get photos of all the views.
Overall we really enjoyed the tour, our tour guide Sinta was an absolute gem. She made sure that we were comfortable & showed us great spots for best views of the beaches as well as for photos (spots that we don’t have to line up for). She even climbed up a tree to take a photo for us. The only downside was we booked for hotel pickup & drop off but there was some miscommunication and we had to go to the pier ourselves (but later on we were reimbursed & dropped off at our hotel). We also thought we were getting a full speedboat tour as per the title of the tour. However, we got on a small ferry boat to get to the main island and had to be driven to the different beaches/bays. We still enjoyed ourselves regardless, but if you wanted an actual speedboat tour with chances to snorkel this might not be the right tour for you.
Great tour and visits. Our guide Komeng was very friendly, well spoken and did his best to make this tour enjoyable. Good cameraman also.
As a solo female traveler I liked that this tour offered hotel pickup as an add-on. Ketut Tawan was my driver and our guide. He was kind and helpful and explained the day’s itinerary ahead of time. He also went out of his way to help me when I forgot my wallet at my hotel. The sites were gorgeous, the lunch was wonderful. One of the best Nasi Goreng’s I’ve had in Bali. This tour is essential for seeing the great sites of Nusa Penida in just a day, but be prepared that there’s a lot of driving (on very bumpy roads) involved, as well as traffic because so many people want to see the sites; so it might not be the best for someone who gets road sick easily or has health issues.
Very nice day yesterday at Nusa Penida thanks to our great guide Agung! :) We went to Broken beach & Angel’s Billabong, ofcourse to Kelingking beach and Crystal Bay. Would recommend!
We had a great tour with Tripguru to Nusa Penida. We had some spectacular views, and then went to Crystal bay beach for swimming and snorkling. Great corals and some fish if you look closely. Our guide, Dewa, was great! Really good mood, and showed us the best sites and helped us taking good pictures from the best spots.
My partner and I had a great day at Nusa Penida, some of the best views you will see. We were very lucky to have Komang and Yogi as our guides for the day, they taught us a lot about the island and Balinese culture. For those doing the experience - expect a lot of travel, 30-40 minute trip in speed boat, heaps of time spent driving on broken/ bumpy roads
Thanks for Koman for being such a commendable guide! he is such assertive and he really knows about Bali's history for having asking so many questions, this made my trip not pointless with only nice scenery shots. ponctuality: on time assertivity: always here when we need it ride: the speedboat is filled like a mackerel can. and roads on nusa penida are so shameful, i noticed lot of locals destroying rocks for future purpose to make buildings instead of making safe roads. price: really good render. i really recommend the 30dollars ride for the pick up and drop off at the hotel. after the trip you only want to make sure you wanna be at your hotel, it was really tiring because of the sun. restaurant location: food was nice, but place was near the road (dust on your food and drinks are unavoidable) and servers are still living the slow life, you have to call them many time before they come to serve you food. Cheers, Krisna
I paid for this trip in advance $80 and I got an email a week later saying if nobody else joins the tour, my tour would be cancelled. I called to speak with a representative who explained to me that if nobody else joined it would be cancelled or I could pay an extra fee to go on my own. I told her then that if nobody did end up joining (which she said was unlikely as its a popular trip) then I could pay $50 extra upon arrival from my hotel. A month later and the day before the trip I didn't hear anything so I was very excited that my trip was on and I didn't have to pay extra. Then at around 8pm THE NIGHT BEFORE I got an email that my tour would be cancelled unless I wanted to pay extra for my solo trip. I explained that I found two friends who had cash and would be joining me or if that didnt work I would pay extra to go alone. At this point it was my last day on vacation and this was one thing I wanted to do the most so I was willing to pay extra or do anything to not loose my money but also go on the trip!!!! I wasn't getting any email responses back and I called their number multiple times and I didn't know if this meant I couldn't go on the tour or that they just weren't responding. I got ready anyways at 5am and sat in my hotel lobby ALONE FOR 2 HOURS waiting to be picked up!! I was absolutely devastated and humiliating (my hotel felt so horrible this happened) as it was my last day before my flight and I had no other opportunity to do this again, and I may never get the chance. Later that day they said ooops we didn't see your email it was too late, (but i immediately responded to their email they sent so late the night before!) Either way I wanted to move on and get my money back! Since then it has been 4 months and they keep telling me they sent it to my account and I explained to them they have not! They stole $80 from me and this experience. I wish I could go back in time and book this tour with the hundreds of other tour and travel guides on the island. If you are a solo female traveler it seems like a great idea because there are not a lot of tour groups that offer a single spot! DO NOT DO IT!!! WAIT TO GET TO BALI then you can find a driver or tour group from word of moth that will not screw you out of this experience. SHADDDDY!!! SCAM!! THIEF!!!
We booked our day tour to nusa Penida at very short notice and had a great day with our guide Dewa. He customised the tour to be exactly what we wanted. He even carried our bags most of the day and we had some great conversations, we were laughing a lot so that makes the day even better. I would highly recommend and we will be back to see Dewa when we are in Bali again!
Not often I write reviews but I had a ball on this tour. My tour Guide Komang was fantastic his knowledge and sense if humour where first class. I would recommend that he is champion of Trip Gurus team and if he is your guide then you have won the lottery. Great tour with a great driver who I was confident and felt safe the whole tour. My American friend Christine who was on the tour was a perfect lady and helped make the day amazing. If you going on this tour then I recommend Trip guru when there team..
This is a perfect tour to take if you are a solo traveler. It is a popular spot and easy to get lost if you are in a big group but the small group size made it perfect :) also a very friendly tour guide that went above and beyond.
We had a fantastic day without Dewa & would highly recommend this day tour on the beautiful Nusa Penida Island!
We had a really good time with Dewa our tour guide. He showed us all the spots and we felt safe with him. Dewa is so funny and we had a really good time together. I recommend this trip especially with Dewa as a tour guide :)
Yogi was a perfect guide. We learned so much and saw beautiful scenery, this was one of our best days in Bali. Thanks Yogi!!!
We had a great time touring nusa penida. Komang is the best guide you could ever ask for. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys his job. He made sure to contact us the day before our tour to ensure the address for pickup was correct as well as verified the pick up time. Everything went without a hitch!
Komang is a nice person and a good guide. Nusa Penida is beautiful. The view was amazing but the last spot was not good for swimming at all and you have to pay 100k rupiah for equipment.
Such a wonderful time!! Our tour guide Komang is an AMAZING guide who really takes good care of you throughout the trip! He knows all the best photo spots and knows how to bring you to areas where it’s less crowded. Nusa Penida is be a really hard place to explore on your own because the road is so bad, but thankful for this seasoned tour guide and a driver to take you. The only thing thing that I wish would improve is to not go to Crystal Bay to swim because there are way too many rocks, and the water is really shallow. I think we would have liked it even more if we had more time to go down to Klingking beach instead of going to crystal bay. (Just my opinion.) however THANK YOU Komang for a wonderful guide and I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Bali! ❤️ WORTH IT.
Our driver/ tour guide, Komang, is very nice and accomodating to me and my friend. He made sure that we will enjoy and know the culture and history of Nusa Penida as well.
Don’t get me wrong, Nusa Penida is a beautiful island and well worth the visit. The local guides are awesome, very generous and full of information about the island but the management side of this company is pathetic! After booking online and paying in full they could not tell me a pickup time from my hotel. After several emails they replied with the whole “unfortunately we will have to cancel your trip unless you double what you originally paid” Being that it was 8pm the night before when they sent me this it was to late to rebook with another company and it was my last spare day in bali so i hesitantly paid the money. This is not a solo friendly company, the statements on their website are a bunch of bs, they will rip you off! Shonky business! You have been warned! BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
I never write reviews but this had to be written. My tour guide Komang was amazing. Besides the fact that he is HILARIOUS and keeps his group entertained at all times, he got GREAT eyes for the perfect spots. He will even SUGGEST he takes a picture of you if he thinks it’s picturesque enough. He is honestly the best tour guide I have ever had and because of him, my trip to Bali ended in such a bittersweet way. Bitter because I don’t wanna leave, sweet because I hold a special place in my heart for the Bali and it’s people. Thank you Komang for your outstanding service. I will never forget you and when I do come back to Bali again, you’re the first person I am coming to. Thank you thank you thank you!!
I had an absolutely amazing tour to Nusa Penida with Komang! I ended up being paired up with two other female solo travelers and we had so much fun! Komang was SO funny and attentive. He took so many great photos for us! He knew all the best photo spots. He made this day great! Thank you, Komang!
Yesterday we took a jet boat out to Nusa Penida with our travel guide Agung and it was amazing! We got shown around the beaches and went for a swim at crystal bay! The views were amazing and Agung was very informative about the island and provided us with free water and catered to our needs. I will definitely be back 😊
Had a great day with Agung on Nusa Penida. We booked very last minute - as in 11pm the night before and Agung was there the next morning for our trip. As a guide he was absolutely brilliant even climbing trees to get you the perfect shot for your photo album. The island is beautiful and well worth the visit and the boat trip was an adventure on its own. Book the trip and you won’t regret it. Thanks Agung for a great day and the in car chats!
Ketut is an awesome travel guide! Ask for him by name if you can! Knew lots about the island and was happy to take questions and photos! Some fantastic views on this tour.
Komang was a great guide. Thank you for taking care of us and showing all of the beautiful sites on the Nusa Panida
The only downside is that we sometimes feel a little rushed on each site, without being able to linger too much. For the rest, the organization was really impeccable, nothing wrong! The drivers were excellent and, despite some mixed opinions about the boat company, everything went very well for me.
You will be picked up on time and will be told what time the night before. You go there by boat and then back in a car. Then you are brought after 2 different places (viewpoints) then you are brought after a food tent (was fine by the way!) but own costs. As a last stop is crystal Beach (don't expect too much of this) stand is black but fairly blue water you can swim and sit there eat and drink tents on the beach , very small. Then you will be driven after the boat and you will go back by boat and be dropped off by car at hotel if you have chosen. The tour gide was nice and fine tour. You travel a lot keep that in mind, bikini towel recommended.
I was going with my girlfriend and it was a really cool experience. However, you should be aware that you only see the beaches, we came to swim only because we bought a snorkeling tour above, which we then had to give 400,000 rp each of theirs. And not the 100,000 that big on Tripadvisor.
We booked the tour through get your guide. We booked the tour without hotel transfer, as the additional cost of 30€ per person was too expensive for us. Took a taxi to the port and paid for 100k and back 150k, which is the equivalent of 16€ and is therefore not related to the 60€. The day before, we received an e-mail with the meeting point at the port and met there on time with our guide Ketut. This is with us together with the speedboat to Nusa Penida. Once there we had to wait together with him for our driver for a relatively long time. Nusa Penida is known for its bumpy roads. We were prepared for it, but the long rides were really striving and after a few minutes the back hurt. Ketut was a great photographer and has been really super friendly. However, he did not explain anything about the respective stops. We made 3 stops: - Angels billabong with broken beach - Kelingking Beach (after that lunch) - Cyrstal Beach (1 hour bathing time) The views are really great and the pictures really great, yet it was a very long day out. Speedboat leaves at 8:00 and returns at 16:30. The journey takes one hour each.
