Nusa-penida Customize Tour - All Inclusive

It was very nice experience, however first snorkling area is somewhat dangerous and people don't know how to swim should avoid the first area only other areas are quiet. The guide (moris) was very helpful and friendly. The return from nusa Penida to the harbor was very tough and they should decrease their speed.

What an experience! Very reactive, offered us taxi transfer during all our trip on Bali! I recommend it

I took penida day trip it was amazing and wonderful.my guide Dewa was super nice guy.he is not just guide but he was like my friend.we spent the time for exploring east and west side. The road on the island was not so easy and bumpy but caus of his skill and. His entertainment make me the trip more enjoy able: and the view was super wonderful, kelingking cliff was my best one from the whole spots. I really recomended dewa as your guide to explore the island

First the good parts - hotel pickup was on time, flawless pickups and drop-offs at all ends, tour covered 4 beaches, the guide showed good places to take pictures and took pictures.. Not so good : - the "English - guide" in the tour description is misleading. There was no guide. Ours was a private tour. The driver was the totally inadequate "guide". The driver who did the hotel pickup and dropoff was prompt and attentive, but knew very little English. The driver on the island also knew only a little English. All he was interested in was to take us to the Instagram picture locations and help take those pictures. Inspite of being native to the island, he knew very little about the island and offered no information. He was not keen or enthusiastic. We eventually stopped asking. - The boat trips were through 'Axe Stone'. The outward boat ride was horrible. The boat was stuffy and every seat taken. Seats were dirty and life vests are too filthy even to touch. Passengers were forced to buy overpriced drinks while boarding if they wanted to take upper deck. The return trip had a slightly better boat. - the 'included lunch' was too basic- one entre and one drink - from a special menu. The serving size was too small and we had to order additional paid menu items.

This was a well executed trip. Well worth the value and gentlemen who ran it made the experience care free for you to enjoy. Each segment was planned and smooth. Well done.

We did west trip experience,we booked through viator and we found gede as our guide on the island. He was super amazing guide. We went down to kelingking beach and was radiculus super amazing. We Will do again next time with him for sure.thank you gede

The entire trip was very well organized and felt safe throughout. The guides and drivers were kind, professional and helpful. Our guides shared interesting stories about Bali and also recommended and took us to a great authentic restaurant in Bali. It was a pleasure meeting our guides, Dewa and Moris, who played a major role in helping us fully understand and explore Indonesia. We highly recommend this trip, as it is both enjoyable and safe.

We had wonderful day ,start from the pick up in our hotel in Bali.our driver Made who pick up was very informative ,he help us for the boat ticket and brought US small local food ,but liitle bit spicy for US lol. And on the island ,dewa is our guide ,he was on our opinion did the perfect trip. He toko so many picture and video and he was so fun made our time on the island even more wonderful.

Best exeperince ever! We booked through online / viator than we went to explore the beauti of under water creatures and lucky us we saw manta ray. After the snorkling we went land trip and it was even much better nice ,especially our buddy on the island took us so many pictures and vidoes for our trip. And for sure next time we will contact our guide again once we are in bali again.

You must do this trip in Bali. Explore the hidden gem of Bali ,it was called penida island and we went for snorkeling and land trip. Our guide was profesional,he explained us all about the tradition and culture in additional he took some photo and video for us.really recommend it

The Ferry ride was a big disappointment and was scary. More people were boarded than the available seats. We were offered to sit on the top deck with the condition of buying a drink per person. We were asked to come down as there was customs around and we stood in the aisle of the boat for 10 minutes even after paying extra money. The boat had no aircon, the seats were very congested and after putting on the life vests, humans were shoved into cramped seats like sheeps. Very suffocating. Apart from the Instagram famed views there was nothing else to do. The steps to go down to the beach were TERRIFYING, small / un-even / side railing missing / ropes broken. The dock where the boat docked was a disaster. The roads to the famous beaches were so bad and scary that we will not go there ever again. All the famous beaches were at least an hour away from the boats. The infrastructure is very bad even though the island gets 1000s of tourists everyday. Will go to Bali again and but not to Nusa Penida.

This is a trip must to do or not to be missed if you are in Bali,whatever challenges you encounter ,whether its bumpy roads ,you being overweight struggling to walk for each spots however the team will meke you more fun,take an incredible picture and videos. And other thing is you must to do that snorkling experience ,the experience was perfect to see manta ray.overall the trip 10/10

The experience that we booked was land private trip with our local private driver on the island / gede. We spent lovely time to explore the island eenthough it was bit raiining ,the place which we visited was so amazing.

We can not thank the team enough for making this one of the most amazing day. Dewa our tour guide was briliant and took care of us. The snorkling guy made sure we were safe in the water at all the time and took some video and amazing photos. Swiming with manta ray was amazing experience for us.thank you so much team.

We booked the private day tour nusa penida and had an all round great day! Communication was easy and everythings went smoothly from the pick up in seminyak,the boat croosing and meeting the private guide on the island.our guide yogi was perfect,he was friendly,gave us all the time we needed at the spots,took photos and provided us alot of useful information. Had the most amazing ride today with our driver on penida ( dewa ). Even after doing snorkling in the morning,we did a tour around the island and saw the spot with incredible natural beauty.highly recomended to do a day tour on this island.

This is a tour not to missed if you are in Bali,whatever challenges you encounter whether it's bumpy road,you being overweight struggling to walk to the sites or throwing up just because of the road making like a shake ! despite the jammed packed crowd fighting to get photo the team really came through as they were professional and did their best to accomdate you in all aspects throughout the trip.

We chose the land tour with the 3 snorkeling points The land tour was very nice Our guide was a professional young and kind man ! We had many interesting conversations during our trip (the best part of our trip) The snorkelling part was not good at all The partner company provided a very very bad quality of equipment which made it difficult to inevitable to watch underwater We had only a few minutes per bay which was not pleasant The whole snorkeling part lasted approximately one and a half hour including transit The weather was not the best on that day and we did not feel safe in the boat Last but not least, the hygiene of the snorkelling company is the worst Dirty toilets , and the towels provided at the end of the activity were super dirty Generally, not recommended because of the snorkelling. Maybe a land tour only would be a better option The booking operator was very kind and direct and responded to any questions/inquiries we may had

The tour should have more time or be better organized so that tourists can go down the stairs, look at the scenery, and take more photos. I think the time was too short, and we didn't get to see the main sites properly; everything happened very quickly.

I booked for solo trip for the west. I had good experience with guide ,he was very good and humble ,highly recomended for solo trip for the rural area.

What made the experience great was my driver Yogi who took me around! He was very patient, kind and took amazing photos.

Booked this trip couple days ago for my family and we absolutely loved it.the team was quick to get everything organized and they were super hand on and customized the trip exactly how we wanted.

I appreciate the team, our tour supervisor, who took us to Nusa and the driver we had, he was really good, however, this is a very generic tour. I felt rushed and so did few people who was in our group. I would rather stay longer in 1 or two places and enjoy the beach then spend most of the time in the car. Crystal bay wasn't anything special and I don't think it is worth a visit. Broken beach and Angels are ok but the most what we missed is Kelingking beach and the opportunity to have time to go down and then come back up as it is challenging climb. I am planning to come with my partner and I think it is best to come to Nusa and hire a driver who will take you where you want. By doing so you will time your self and do the things you want. But the team was great!!!

Dewa was excellent host,he did amazing experience for us.from the start till ye dropped us to our hotel , everything well organized. And we got so many amazing photo and video by dewa.

1) The pick up was 1 hour late, without any notification. If there’s a delay, the company should have sent at least a text message to notify us of the delay. 2) Extremely disorganized. From beginning to end. Getting on the boat and getting back to our hotel was a disaster. 3) Lack of disclaimer. We were not notified that we would need physical cash for necessities such as use of the toilets. We don’t mind having to pay to use the toilet but at least give us a heads up. We only had credit card, the majority of the shops are cash only. Luckily, there was one shop that was kind enough to charge usthe 10,000 and give us the cash to go use the bathroom in the next hut. 4) we spent more time in the car on the bumpy narrow roads, more than we did doing anything else. We only got one hour in crystal bay beach. 5) The boats and shuttles were over booked and in need of maintenance. Many of the chairs were broken on the boat and shuttles. 6) what should have been a half day tour, turned out to be a full day and night ordeal. With dealing with the chaos of us looking for our driver instead of the driver looking for us. after the boat ride and dropping off so many other ppl at their hotel, we did not get dropped off until close to 8:30pm. What hurts the most was that we lost a day of our vacation just to be left uncomfortable and sad. 7) Crystal bay beach was unfortunately Rocky with a lot of trash on the surrounding grounds. 8) This tour was not made for anyone who suffers from motion sickness of any kind like car sickness or sea sickness. Car and boat rides were extremely bumpy. 9) The only reason we are giving a one star is that the drivers worked hard to drive the guest around. We would not recommend this tour to anyone at all.

The experience was really good! The tour started with our driver, Sadu, picked us up at 6am to the harbour. He helped us to collect tickets and tags for the ferry and provide clear instructions for pick up later on. We really enjoyed the places included in this tour! Our driver/guide, Yogi, helped us to take many nice photos and videos which we really appreciate it! His navigation was good and occasionally he will notify us that the roads were going to be extra bumpy due to bad road conditions. Recommended to have motion sickness pills. Similarly Yogi helped us with getting the tags for the ferry back to main island. This tour we had sufficient time for everything as stated in the initinary. The lunch included was good too! Will come back again for this tour!!

Our experience with yogi and dewa couple days ago was absolutely amazing ,they knew exactly where to go, all the best photo opportunities, they took amazing videos for us as well and was so kind and polite. Dewa was knowledgeable and informative an excellent driver on the narrow bumpy roads ensuring we were safe and comfortable. He checked in on us made sure we were able to see all the landmarks we wanted. Would highly recommend Dewa and yogi as the guide for penida trip

One of our memorable trip for our Bali package. We spent the time with our local guide for the whole day in the island ,his name is dewa. He was really nice guy , event he help for photo and video like pre -wedding time. And the island has magnificent view. Overall all the best

I booked what I thought was a private trip just for ne, but they wrote me the day before through whats app saying that its a "small group". I complained and they cancelled the activity the day before at 11PM. I was angry because, were I am going to find another tour to Nusa Penida now??. Anyways, the tour seems to still be booked even tho I recieved the cancelation email

Beautiful trip! Big thanks to Yogi, he was an excelent guide and photographer! We had an amazing time and visited beautiful places. Little tip: take dramamine before you go on the boat trip, specially if you are not use to boats (my boyfriend vomited several times while snorkeling and after, lol).
