Do any off your guides remember taking a women down the mountain each by turn by a piggyback in June.Due to the fact she had sprained her ankle and could not walk down. Who ever you were, you were all amazing, and I will never forget you. Thank you more then words could ever say. I wish I could have funded you for all your support. We had a fantastic trip. Despite the challenging road, the view from the mountain top was breathtaking. We were both delighted and thrilled to have such an interesting journey. The tour guide and driver were exceptionally enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional. They provided great assistance and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. This is a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Bali.

Got the private tour for 2 pax since we know we are not good nor fast hikers which turns out the be the best decision. our guide Ika was great, always looking out for us and didn’t rush us to summit as it was cloudy. She also directed us to take an easier route down and help take lots of pictures. Highly recommended to take the private guide for pairs or small group.

Our driver Komang was really helpful and friendly. Initially we were supposed to hike on Saturday but it was still raining and he was flexible with us changing our schedule to Sunday. He was also very punctual and also a safe driver. On our way back, he also recommended to us the coffee plantation. really recommend him

Our guide was friendly and enjoyable. The hike wasn't that difficult, and there is a bottleneck so you can climb up easily. You can also choose an easy descent course. It is said that you can also use a bike when descending the mountain. I recommend trekking rather than a jeep. I love the fresh breeze and fresh air while looking at countless stars. Mount Agung and the rising sunrise are truly spectacular.

What an amazing experience! First solo adventure, so I was nervous about being in my own. But right from the start, I was put at ease. My driver, Asnawa was super friendly & spoke to me about Balinese culture & very knowledgeable about Mt Batur as this was his village.

We have booked mount batur trek and legi was our tour guide and driver. He was on time and very helpful with the information. There was another guide at Mt Batur and she was very helpful friendly and very patient with us. Highly recommend!

it was a very nice experience. first time in my life I’ve been trekking into the mountain. at first it was cold so I rented a jacket (I’m Russian) and I had an Indian couple with me in the same group who decided not to rent any jacket as it will be hot anyways during the trekking. I was shocked and impressed by them because I was dying from cold meanwhile they were absolutely fine with temperature. cheers guys, you’re rock! our guide was very caring and nice, thank you for this!

I and my partner went on this trip. The hotel pickup was on time. We were provided tea/coffee when we reached the base of the summit. After that a helpful guide took us to the top of mount batur and not a single moment we felt like we didnt get cared for. Once at the top, we were given breakfast as well.

Good driving service, Extremely good guide. Overall its a good hiking experience, it worth every penny. However, I do not recommend going for rice terrance or waterfall afterwards. We felt so dead tired after the hike, and there is nothing much we enjoyed about these 2 addons besides being a instagrammable spot

We booked this tour very spontaneously, and everything went smoothly. Aries, our great and friendly driver, confirmed our pickup at our hotel in Ubud (2:20) via WhatsApp and reminded us of what we need to bring. He picked us up punctually and drove us to the meeting point where we met our lovely guide Ayu. We ended up getting a private tour by Ayu up and down the mountain, as we were the only ones to book that day (booked a group of max 5), and she is an amazing guide. We went up rather quickly (1 hour to the top), taking short breaks whenever we needed them. She was very friendly and considerate throughout the hike and once we got to the top, she secured us the best seats, brought us breakfast, coffee and some snacks, and later even took some great pictures of and with us. It was a bit cloudy that day, but it was an amazing experience nevertheless; the view is breathtaking even without the perfect sunrise. The climb was demanding, but not as much as we expected. You will still arrive drenched in sweat at the top (at least I did), so a jacket is very important due to cold winds. The path up and down is slippery due to loose ground, so the right shoes are important. Once we got back down, Aries picked us up and drove us to the hot springs. Again, we were among the first people to arrive so we had a while to enjoy the relaxing pools before all of the others arrived. Afterwards he drove us back to the hotel safely. All in all we absolutely recommend this tour, Aries and Ayu, who made this an amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Made our guide and Komang as driver! They so have a spot reserve in Mount Batur that is much less crowded than others. The organization throughout the whole journey was seamless and Made was so joyous and well prepared for the hike. At the summit, we had a lovely breakfast and hot tea, which felt like a great reward after the hike. I highly recommend this experience.

The tour packages are perfectly organized, their team works well The pick-up was on time, the guide was very experienced and had extensive knowledge of the history of Mount Batur and the surrounding area Our guide was also very kind and helped us a lot going up and down Mount Batur, He also took lots of photos and videos for us I highly recommend this company to other travelers on Mount Batur hiking activities

We loved it. A really beautiful morning. Our guide Made was brilliant, he made us feel very comfortable and was always making sure we were okay, we had a good chat with him too, and he took some great photos! The only thing we would improve is the breakfast. I think improve the food and make it an optional extra. we enjoyed the coffee though. Would definitely recommend!

We had an extremely beautiful trip to mount Batur. Everything was taken care of! Our ride from the hotel to the mountain was very nice and our guide Ketut made this trip extra special. We saw a beautiful sunrise and Ketut helped us take lots of picture’s, we even got to hear a song on the guitar! I would definitely recommend booking this beautiful journey!

Magnificent experience I recommend taking the guide Riski she accompanied me during the hike and explained all the points of view in addition to that she offered me Lunch which was not included during the excursion go there for your eyes farm !

Our driver's name was Ketut. It was a very pleasant trip with him. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The climb up Mount Batur is a bit strenuous, but you will be rewarded with a fantastic view. Visiting the hot springs and the coffee plantations were also great. We can only recommend the excursion

A great experience in overall. Our driver Made the journey very smooth and enjoyable. Watching the sunrise as a reward after the hike was amazing, the hot springs afterwards was exactly what my body needed.

The driver Wayan was super nice and polite. Our guide Ketut did a very good job. 5-🌟 frem us. Very polite, nice and we had some good talks with her during the trek. We wanted to hike a little bit fast, and she was totally up to it, so that was perfect! Would recommend her to everyone.

The day was so well organised. Our drive Ketut texted the night before to tell us when he would be arriving. Then the next day he was on time and drove us to the drop off point. Cam our guide was lovely so helpful and fun. We got coffee and tea to start then we climbed up. Got a beautiful sunrise and cam gave us breakfast on the volcano. Then we got down so quickly which was so good. Highly recommend was a great experience for great value of money!

Amazing, can't get any better! I'm so glad I booked this via TripAdvisor. My driver, Made, came on time to pick us up from our Ubud hotel before the comfy ride up to the meeting point. They have a dedicated clean and welcoming shelter where we gather before we hike up with the guide. Special thank you to Made my driver for being so friendly and driving us to and fro. It was a really great trip, I got picked up by man named Wayan and he was good at making conversation which is nice when the drive was long! We didn’t catch the sunrise because of clouds but the hike was nice, and there were motorcycles for those who couldn’t walk that steep. Our guide Ketut was really great and good at taking pictures :)) All in all a good experience

This hike is highly recommended! It was quite tough, but the fantastic sunrise from Mount Batur was completely worth it. We think everything is very well organised. We were picked up at night by our driver, who spoke good English and arrived perfectly on time. During the hike itself we were accompanied by Wayan, our guide. He was super enthusiastic and got everyone through it. He also told all kinds of fun facts about the volcano and nature.It was a super fun experience and it is definitely worth booking this activity during your holiday in Bali!

I don’t think it could be improved any. MADE made sure we had enough water , stopped when I needed it, made great recommendations. He was also funny and knowledgeable when conversing! The trip was great. Really nice driver Wayan picked me from Ubud. Then we arrived to the meeting point. We could drink tea and coffee with some biscuits. Then we started trekking. we were 4. The guide Ketut was really nice. He was making sure we were all fine. Trekking was a bit challenging, but we had many breaks and made it to the top. The view was beautiful and we could enjoy our breakfast. The experience was great! Transport and service was perfect.

Our tour guide Komang is the best. Very friendly (explains us all the stories and the areas) and helpful all the times..she is a legend! The hike is quite adventurous and Komang always made us feels easy and we stopped for a rest at the stopping point area to catch our breaths. i would recommend this tour esp with Komang.

I really enjoyed this mount. The trip and transfer were organized flawlessly. Our driver Jenar was very polite and punctual, he warned me in advance that he would pick me up early and was waiting for me at my hotel exactly at the appointed time. At about four in the morning we were already at the trek starting point. Our guide Gede was waiting for us there, he gave us flashlights, bamboo sticks and water, and we began our climb. The climb was not difficult and the views at sunrise from the top were simply amazing. On the top we were kindly proposed to have a very tasty breakfast which included banana sandwiches, eggs boiled in the volcano crater, fruits and chocolate. The descent was a little more difficult, especially the slopes were quite slippery, but our guide helped everyone in difficult places, so everything went well. Thank you again to Jenar and Gede for the wonderful tour, good organization, friendliness and care!🙏🏻😊

The trip was worth the money. As experienced mountaineers, the climb was a nice and refreshing change for our stay in Bali. Of course it was also very exciting to climb up a volcano in the middle of the night with a stick and headlamp along a very dusty path. About booking: It was my first booking on tripadvisor and it worked surprisingly well. I had only booked it the day before, but overlooked the fact that no transfer to the starting point was included. With a short email to the operator, something could be quickly organized for an additional charge. Our driver named Ketut was very friendly and was able to fulfill our wishes during the trip.

Rido took us to Mt. Batur and back to our hostel. He was really kind, stopped at the coffee plantation (so we could visit it an do a coffee tasting) and told us a lot about living in Bali. His English is really good. The Trekking to the top of Mt. Batur was exhausting, because my group was really fast and I felt a little sick. Our guide Nengah mentioned it, slowed down and took some short breaks to make sure I feel good. He took photos on top from us in front of the sunrise. 👍🏼 I can really recommend this whole trip! 🙌🏼

This is an amazing activity that was challenging for me. The guide named Juna on the hike helped me when I was struggling with the tough terrain. He was beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend this activity. If I could have done it again I would have dressed in lighter clothing and worn better shoes. The driver picked me up at my resort and got me at my destination his name was Kinyong. I chose this activity because it has the option to pick up at the resort I was staying at. I had already done the coffee plantation visit before. It was nice. I felt very safe doing this activity by myself.

A big thank you to our driver Komang and our hiking guide Nengah for a really enjoyable day. We were collected at our resort an dropped back later on. We stopped off at a coffee plantation on the way back after the hike. Komang provided us with lots of local knowledge. The hike was tough in parts but the views are spectacular at the top at sunrise so it is definitely worth doing. Nengah checked in with us all the way to ensure we were doing ok and provided a nice breakfast at the top for us. A really enjoyable experience and I would def recommend doing it to anyone who is thinking about it.

Putu my driver was friendly and very punctual with great communication. He arrived on time to pick me up from my accomodation and explained the itinerary thoroughly. Our tour guide was also great. He did well to motivate the group and took regular breaks to ensure everyone was well. The hike and view were truly amazing and breathtaking. Worth the 230am start. After the hike, Putu took us to a coffee plantation and was on time for my hotel drop off. Thank you for making this experience great!

We had an excellent experience with our driver, Ketut, and our Mt. Batur guide, Putu Wijaya. They both had impressive English language skills and were incredibly welcoming. We highly recommend this tour, which offers convenient hotel pickup and drop-off. Additionally, for the river rafting portion of the trip, it’s advisable to bring toiletries for showering and booties.

it really nice. my first time. definitely tiring but adventure and views comes at some cost and pain. I really enjoyed the company of my fellow tourists and the guide. the view was really beautiful at the top. I would strongly recommend this to other tourists coming to Bali but please take good rest during day time and need to be fit to take this tour.

We enjoy a lot! Although have to wake up very early as the pick up time is 1am, but it’s worthy for the sunrise, we crew prepared breakfast when we reached the top and hot drinks! Guide and driver are doing their good job! Very attentive and responsible! The rafting also worth to join, we do have a good fun!!! Thank you for organising and taking care of us!
